Sarah C. is amazing! I booked a blowout and didn’t know what to expect (first time at this salon). I knew it was a little pricey but wanted to give it a try. OMFG i was blown away! The shampoo and wash was so relaxing. There is a head massage element and the products smelled so good. It ends with a hot towel covering your eyes where you get to relax for a few minutes. Sarah then gave me an awesomeblowout—my hair looked awesome!Highly recommend this place. 5/5.Employees are super friendly too—and try the free tea! It’s delish.

My 1st time at N-Touch Salon and I received a 90 minute facial that included a foot massage by Kacy. Awesome experience! Staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Life happens and sometimes a cancellation might be necessary. So, I would recommend informing clients of the cancellation policy and its terms. Also, I was surprised with a discount because of it being my birthday month. Otherwise, again great experience and I would definitely return and recommend.

Wonderful experience! I totally recommend this salon. I have been an Aveeda customer no matter where I have lived. NTouch does everything they can to assure your experience is a positive one. All natural products are easy on your scalp and skin.

Upon arrival, the ladies working were very courteous, friendly, and helpful since it was my first time there. I had a massage done and it was amazing! April was my massage therapist. She was very knowledgeable, understanding and helped me understand what the muscles do. It was an overall wonderful experience and I have already booked my next massage!Thank you!

I cant give anything less than 5 stars! I went for a 1 hour massage with April and it was better than I imagined. As a 1st timer she was patient, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable through the whole experience. The facility is clean and super relaxing. 10 out of 10 would recommend Ntouch and April! I will definitley be returning to see her.

Olivia was great! I came in with a hair disaster from a previous hair salon and she was so helpful and she was able to fix my hair its still not perfect but she did so good working with what she had I left happy and my husband liked it. Definitely going back!!!!

I had several treatments. They were pleasant; service seems to have taken a hit from Covid, and service didn’t always seem accessible and/or attentive. Overall, it was a good experience, with some small kinks left to work out

I went for a wax. Ashley is hands down the best at what she does. Her waxes are very rarely painful as she is not what I call a heavy handed “waxer”. The atmosphere was relaxing and soothing and everyone from the moment I walked in the door was polite and attentive to me. I’m always thoroughly satisfied with my experiences here!

I am currently pregnant with my second baby. Both of my pregnancies I have received regular prenatal massages from Amanda. I absolutely love the customer service you get from the moment you walk in the door. All the employees are extremely knowledgeable on all the products and services offered. They are great at helping you make decisions or giving you options. The Aveda line is something I hadn’t heard much about before my appointments at Ntouch, now I’m obsessed with Shampure and Stress-fix. I recommend Ntouch to anyone I know looking for a massage or honestly just a break. The waiting area is so relaxing before you even get your scheduled service.

I got a hair cut with Olivia and a massage with a kind lady but I can’t remember her name. The haircut was a transformation and a the massage was so therapeutic and I learned a lot about how to ease tension for my migraines. I also got a complimentary hot herbal tea. I recommend this to everyone.

First they messed up the dates on my FACIAL and then called saying the facialist couldnt make it so they upgraded me to a massage but didnt lower the price since it was not my plan to change it. I canceled the spa trip and theres a cancelation fee thats half the price of the original pay. That makes sense, but at the same time I didnt use the services nor was there enough professional communication or even a discount for the change.

Do not waste your time. I booked my appointment 3 months out. Got a call 3 days before my appointment to tell me the girl who was scheduled no longer worked for them. And would need to book my appointment out to September. This business is a joke!

Worse hair color I have ever gotten in my life. Had a root touch up for gray hair and asked multiple times if there would be a problem matching it, was assured they could. It did not happen, they ruined my hair!! Supposed to go back tomorrow to have it fixed by the manager/ director . Not holding my breath! And 147 bucks for root touch up and haircut , unbelievable!!

I had a color consultation and scheduled ab appointment. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome. It was a very calming environment. I cant wait to go back for my cut and color.

Update: after speaking with Theresa and having words, they decided to attempt to charge my card again for 60$ so twice now, once for 20$ and then the 60$ again this was for a cancellation of a HAIRCUT! Also they claim to credit your account but if this was the case I would not have paid 45$ for a cut last time.Called 2 hours to cancel due to work before my appt time and had to leave a VM as they did not answer, they still attempted to charge my card as a no show!!!! I will never schedule with this business again

I received the massage, Facial, hand, and foot treatment for Mother’s Day. 10/10 for Amanda and the body massage, she was amazing! Same for Kperkins with my facial... I loved these two services and worth the money! I can’t really say the same for the Hand and Foot treatment... my husband paid 140.00 for these two services that only lasted an hour and my hands were stuck in para wax while getting my feet done. I couldn’t move my hands for 30 mins. And my feet only sat in para wax for 15 mins. Price aside, that was not expected.... nor would I receive the treatment again. Most definitely will be back for massage and facial though. UPDATE!!! NTouch personally called and offered to make up the experience and to get an idea of what happened! So I definitely recommend!

I am over the moon pleased with my facial experience. I scheduled my appointment via Facebook. It was a fast, friendly, informative experience. I arrived today and was greeted at the door as soon as I exited my vehicle. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. It was my first ever facial and Ashley was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and confident! My 90 minute facial was relaxing and I left with a skincare routine and products to help me. I cant wait for my next appointment!

Laura is an angel sent from heaven! Not only does she give an amazing massage but she also educates you on after care to keep you feeling good in between massages! She truly has a gift!

Brooke was my stylist and she is amazing. Staff is kind and attentive, store is clean, atmosphere is very welcoming. I was so pleased with how my hair turned out as well. She did exactly what I wanted. The store is also adjusted very well to the Covid-19 situation, allowing for a safe environment and experience. Definitely recommend!

As soon as you walk into this salon you are greeted with the warmth of an amazing smile from the ones checking you in, given a glass of fresh fruit in water and made to feel like you are the most important person there! I have seen everyone here and they ALL are amazing! There is no reason to ever try anywhere else. They pamper you with essential oils, a neck and scalp massage and you leave with feeling so much better than you did walking in. The products, the smells, the warm personalities including the services cannot be matched! I say this with full confidence that if you try this place, you won’t want to leave! This is the second time I have used Ntouch and just like the first time I was blown away. I have had plenty on massages at different place once even on a cruise, but Stacy gave me the best one ever. She asked if there was area I wanted worked on more then others and she did just that. If I could have rated higher I would have. Stacy you are AMAZING!!! Looking forward to my December appointment.

Went for a 30 minute massage was way over the top for what I had expected, I have never been to a NTouch spa before. Reasonably priced. Cassie was great, very polite, funny, knew what she was doing. Highly recommend. Already have another massage scheduled 4 weeks out. Now to get my husband to go in for a massage.

Haven’t gotten to book my massage yet. As a night shift worker I sent a booking request online because I am trying to book 3 massages, one for me, my sister in law and my mother. I could not find a day that would accommodate 3 people at the same time. I sent a booking request which took them 2 days to reply to. Which was fine. However, I replied the same day I received their reply and have yet to receive another reply, which was 4 days ago. Not very confident in their customer service skills at this time.My husband got me a very generous gift certificate for Christmas, so I’m going to have to go.I took it upon myself to try to set up 3 massage appointments on their website. Their website is not mobile friendly. I have been waiting 30 minutes for my appointment confirmations. Still have a loading page on their website saying it can take up to 1 minute, which would have been 29 minutes ago.

First time getting a professional massage and first time here. Stacie was amazing and very attentive to my needs. Cant wait to go back and see her :)
