My daughter in law just lost her father, she asked for a wash and braids, had it done before and they wanted over 50.00, when she had paid 25 before! What in the world!! Have some compassion! They also were going to 76.00 for a wash and 2 braids!! Never will go here ever!!

Just got home after getting a simple taper cut and realized I now have a small bald spot on the side of my face. Probably wont be visiting any more great clips from now on, been too many errors from this place. Seems like great clips is just a place for inexperienced stylists to learn how to cut hair.

This place and the one out in shelbyville have messed my hair up more than once. Im not returning to either. ?

Love the online appointment, got to the salon and went straight to the chair. The girl was very nice,I went from long to shoulder length hair,lots of layers. She did a great job. And you can not beat the price,in 6 weeks I will be going back for a trim.

The girl who cut my hair was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and funny too lol she made my day and she was just, well she was just simply a beautiful and wonderful person. She is a TERRIFIC salonist. I cant remember her name but she had short hair, wore glasses and was thin. She was also very beautiful ❤️ inside and out*She can really cut and style hair and gave some good advice as well.

You call to ask if they are accepting walk ins, they say yes but to check on online. You cant check in on the phone. Now, being in my 20s, navigating a website is nothing, but to others, that is seriously annoying. The website is very finicky too. If you back up or go onto another app, it doesnt let you check in well. So make sure you set it to text you on your cell. But even then, you cant check in by text. Super frustrating. The hair cut was quick but the lady acted as if my friend was going to contaminate her so she stayed very far away from him the whole cut, then when she went to do behind his ears, she had him take the mask off around them, but hold the mask onto his face the entire time. I understand the COVID thing, but this is a hair cut. It would take 2 minutes for him to remove it while she did his ears and sides and then he could put it back on once that part was over. Then she never even cleaned him off. She rushed him out. He asked to be wiped off from all the hair and she stepped away from him while she did it. So strange! And he was covered in hair when he got in the car. Not very customer friendly.

Staff were very friendly and fast. Jessica did a great job on my cut and took her time to make it look wonderful even though they were closing soon and still had other customers. I was very pleased with the experience.

This place is amazing. I only wish they colored hair too!! My two boys, my husband and I will only go here for haircuts because not only are they affordable but we have found that they do better work than high-dollar places around town, they are always friendly and no one goes home with a haircut they dont love. Id give 10 stars if I could for this location and its stylists 😁

Its a hit and miss on good haircuts ..Ive had a couple I hated and a couple I loved ..depends on which stylist ..my fiance will only see one stylist there and if she aint working that day he will literally wait till her next availability.she also cut my daughters hair for the first time and she was good her name was Ashley I believe

Due to the snow storm most haircut places were closed. I showed up 10 minutes before close (I had to drive from bowling green) and the asked the two ladies if it was possible to get a haircut because I’m military and needed one for the next morning and they met me with attitude and we’re very rude about it. It seems silly since every haircut I’ve gotten there was mediocre. I understand why people avoid great-clips.

If you want anything other than a trim go somewhere else. The skill level the workers have is mediocre at best and you’re met with an attitude every time you go. I asked for bangs and they were completely botched. Would rather get my hair cut by a 6 year old.

Great visit. The stylists took great care of my kids and all of their cuts turned out great. Only downside is the wait time but that happens in every salon.

They do great work and are real friendly and curious.

Most places dont care about masks anymore let alone above the nose, restricting airflow to my lungs. Older lady customer heckled my autistic brother for sitting in a closed lobby with chairs in the lobby and not pulling it over his nose. Employee said go outside and wait, in the cold, but Shoe Carnival had no problem with us in the store. I canceled my appointment, employee called me and I said my brother and I werent welcomed and no apology just a snide goodbye. Support small businesses instead, that actually want business and wont enforce a silly mask edict for political reasons. Instead of giving gender and racial training focus on the people that live with a disability that actually affects their life.

I took my youngest son to get a haircut, I met Siena she is just so pretty and she cut his hair and my hair amazing ! Definitely going back to see her! Pretty amazed by the servuce.

My stepson has gone there twice for hair cuts and both times its been choppy and doesnt look right.

Great staff..... My stylist was attentive and initiated some very good conversation. She even included me in a secondary conversation she was having with a fellow stylist next to her and we all shared a good laugh. My time in the chair seemed to fly by and my haircut was above my expectations.

Very friendly and professional. Also very talented! We were there to get my daughters hair styled for a formal dance and Brittane was awesome!!! She is really up to date on what is stylish and popular and she does great work. My daughter received many compliments.

I go there all the time for my haircuts now because I found a great Barber or stylist whatever you call it nowadays. Im old school. But I wouldnt go anywhere else as long as Brittany is still working there. His other great haircutters there but this particular woman knows how to cut my hair so Ill follow her anywhere Within 30 miles. Lol

Well, first off, all of the staff was friendly and I got in within about 5 minutes. Everything went severely down hill from there. My hair was fairly oily when I went in there, the person cutting my hair made no suggestion to wash it. When I sat down, I explained that I wanted side swept bangs and showed her a picture, a very easy haircut to do. She didn’t wet down my hair at all and started cutting it right away. More often than not she kept asking me what she should do with my hair even though she is the stylist and she had a picture example right there in front of her. She had no clue what she was doing, and I could hear it in her voice she knew she was messing up. She used straightening my hair and hairspray during cutting my hair because she couldn’t make it look right herself. I did a better job cutting my hair at 13yrs old in my bathroom with kitchen scissors. The bangs were way too short, had many jagged edges, and all around look terrible. I’m having my mother fix them, she quit beauty school 14 years ago and does a way better job. I don’t understand why you work at a haircutting business is you can’t even cut simple bangs. I went here because of all of the good reviews and I am extremely disappointed.

It got to a point where she had to really use some professional view on a spot on my hair as did perfectly! Im super pleased with her professionalism and awesome personality! With a great price and a great outcome to match it! You should definitely give them a try!!

They do a great job cutting my hair, my wifes, and my sons. I like how they enter your preferences for hair style into a database so that when you come in the next time you get a more consistent trim. Also, they seem pretty knowledgeable about hair, how it grows (especially important for my son and I since we both have double crowns), and how to cut it so it looks good.

There is a lady there with over 30 years experience and she is great. $13 cut! What a deal

Upon sitting down to receive my hair service this was immediately removed as I was taken care of by a fine lady, I never caught her name but I believe it to be something along the lines of Lady Svetlana III of Russia.She told me all her fanatical tales of Tsar Nicholas II and her babushka James. You have to just catch the right hairstylist really. Some are great and some others act like they dont care about your appearance at all. So they dont try as hard. Overall, i would say find a hairstylist there who you like.
