The WIC office is fantastic and the ladies are so helpful. I cant thank them enough for how quickly they always help me. It is very refreshing to talk to kind and helpful individuals on the phone.

Called the beginning of the week to set an appointment for a Wednesday at 1pm. I got there and they were closed. Cancelled all plans just to come to this doctors appointment and they closed at 1pm and WITHOUT CALLING TO TELL ME. Fing Ridiculous.

Make sure you plan your day accordingly if you need service here or on the HD side. They’re so very slow. Especially WIC. Appointment at 9. There 15min early, not seen for upwards of 45 minutes. Then back out to wait to be seen again taking up to 30 more minutes. Ugg

They tend to look down their nose at you. it makes you feel very small.

Went there to get info on Medicaid services. Everyone was very helpful.

All of the workers here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Every question and corn I had when I walked in, I left without. The only thing I disliked about Social Services is the wait time. I came in for 3 different reasons and was there for over 3 hours
