I was kinda nervous but the young lady who did my interview and paperwork was so helpful and kind. They are going to be helping me and my 2 children get a place to live. I would recommend anyone that is experiencing financial struggle to contact them. If they cant help then they can direct you to a place that can.

This place is so very unprofessional and unorganized. Called for 2 weeks straight before I decided to actually go to the building once I got there I was given another number to call to schedule an appointment that still didnt work. After finally getting through to someone I received an appointment to speak with a housing counselor got to my appointment early only to find out that the housing counselor left. Yeah you heard me right left gone for the day who comes to work and doesnt check there appointment book for the day. Then the only thing I get is Im sorry like really! Oh and of course theres never anyone above them to talk to. Like I get it Covid has everyone off schedule and doing things out of the norm but somethings are just unacceptable like lets still be professional.

Great Organization I earned my Pact Certification and Americorps Certificate I Learned alot of skills and met Helpful People the staff are very helpful especially Mrs. Mackey and Mrs.Wills. The best place for Youth to get their GED and SKILLS!
