You have to apply. Based on income. Every one there are really nice and helpful. I cant afford health insurance and insulin dependent. They have helped me get back on check. You still have to pay for appointments and medications are very affordable. Blessed they have this to offer.

Make sure to have all medical records or anything you say will be questioned and you will not receive treatment. Also expect lengthy delays in any treatment received. I was actually denied diabetic medication and now have a a1c over 11 and still only receiving a pill for my diabetes instead of the insulin I was already on. I would give 1 star but if you dont have insurance some treatment is better than no treatment.
