Rude staff - both on the phone and at the front desk- staff is not friendly. They do not answer phones in a timely manner and when they do, they are not polite. I called to say that I am in the parking lot, but the phone rings and rings and after long wait someone answers - not even acknowledging that I am for the appointment few minutes ahead of time and that when it is my turn they will call me. Guess what, took an hour no call from them, I called again to say that I am waiting in the parking lot waiting for my kids appointment that was an hour ago - why no follow up or acknowledgement that they are running late? By the way every single time I have taken the kids here, the wait time to see the doctor is on average 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 minutes - this is just the wait time to see the doc. Basically for a 20 minutes visit - I have to waste 2 hours. I am taking the kids to another pediatricians office.

Rude staff, failed to clarify a policy change that almost forced me to go to work not knowing if I had COVID-19 or not because I would get fired without a doctors note, dropped me as a patient for getting upset about this. Failed to refer me out to a dietician throughout my 16 years as a patient and at least 10 requests for a referral (started seeing her when I was 3) despite being obese and unable to lose weight with diet and exercise alone. Not uncommon to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. Has definitely started cheaping out on stickers.

We repeatedly have to wait to be seen by a Dr. I dont write reviews, the straw that broke the camels back is the following. Last appointment a few weeks ago my wife waited in the car for over an hour to be called back only to wait in the room even longer. Fast forward to today, a 3:45 appointment, my called at 3:30 to make sure that Dr. Rupal wasnt running behind they assured her she was on time. Its not 4:55 and she hasnt been seen yet, waiting in the room for over an hour for what will end up being a 10 minute meeting. Is there another profession that its widely accepted to be so and inconsiderate?

I love this office I’m writing in both locations because I had nothing but good experiences there. I had occasional problems but not as much I’ve always liked it here and especially nurse practitioner Jennifer is AMAZING I’ve seen a couple different doctors here and I can honestly say I love her out of all. She shows she cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She also doesn’t take too long others had me waiting an hour which shows why people get upset for the first. Visit. But she will not disappoint you ! Amazing pediatrician!! Highly recommended very professional!!👍🏼👍🏼

Finally I made some time to review with a newborn it’s so hard!! But this place is AMAZING!! very kind and caring staff. Dr. Ellen is such a sweetheart and answers absolutely all my questions and concerns! Me being a first time mommy oh boy do I have questions! And the staff are so kind and helpful just makes me want to hug them but I keep my 6ft away but air hugs would do! After a horrible experience at Greater Elgin where they turned my sick daughter away even with appointment just because I wasn’t there 15 minutes before (was there 10 minutes before) I was in anger and sadness crying because my daughter needed help and finally came across these beautiful people and I’m so great full even called me a few days later to check on her!! I’m so happy! God bless all of them ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We have seen a couple doctors but since seeing Lauren Duffy NP we have not seen anyone else. I always ask for her! She is super kind and patient. She is very good with my kids. Anytime I go the staff is super nice. We never have to wait long.

Came to know the office when my second daughter was born. Immediately switched my oldest here too. Ive been talking them with Dr.Ellen shes the best. Havent seen their other doctors but I can say shes the best. Explains everything thoroughly never leave the office with questions. 👍

Very rude staff. I absolutely hate the front desk workers. They are always busy so regular physical checkups take almost up to an two hours. They dont hesitate with charging a late or no show fee. The doctors are always in a hurry. Once I literally waited 42 minutes for doctor and once he arrived for the checkup for my daughter he took only 5-6 minutes to look her over.

Dr. Rupal is the best doctor! She is amazing, and really cares about the well being of my child. She always answers any questions I have and I never leave the office feeling like we were not treated well. I have had no problem with the staff and the office is so kid friendly!

We were in and out faster than I could fill out paperwork. Everyone was great with my daughter and her doctor was fantastic with her and explaining things to me. I agree with the other reviewer, I do not know why this office has such a low rating. I give it 5 stars!

Dr. Carol Teplis is a very kind doctor. She will take the time to play with my child (hes 1yr old) so he wont be scared of what she is doing to him. I always schedule my appointments with her.

I have always had a great experience! My Sons doctor is Dr. Rupal and she is AMAZING! she is so kind, honest, and answers any questions I have had. Never once have I felt like my son was not getting the right attention and I have never waited an hour. Every Time I go in I am greeted and they call us up within 15 minutes. The staff has never been rude either. I def recommend this office and Dr. Rupal !

The doctors are nice and available. Easy to make an appointment. Typically on time. Last doctors office would be up to an hour behind regularly (try that with a sick 1.5 year old!).

This office is one of the most poorly run doctors offices I have come across. Ive spent over an hour waiting for the doctor before, and thats the best thing I have to say about them. I recently requested my sons medical records, and got another childs records. Which means mine got sent to some random person. MAJOR breach of patient confidentiality!!! It took me 4 tries, and finally coming in person and getting angry for them to finally get me my childrens medical records just so we could transfer out. I also have 3 friends who used to go here, and who all were belittled and not listened to when speaking with the physicians. They just see your child as another kid whose symptoms must mean they have what all the other kids have. They dont listen to parents and dont give consideration to their intelligence or knowledge of their individual child. DO NOT go here.

This office is horrible!!! I had an appointment for my son. I get to the office and they cancel yet another appointment of his without calling me!I took off work to make sure we were on time and they claim they called me but my voicemail was full. Funny how my voicemail box is empty with no voicemails!!The staff is incompetent and the doctors don’t care about you or your child’s needs. Run and don’t go here!

Loosing my trust in this office. My little guy has been going here since birth. Since he was 9 months he has had repeat ear infections almost every three weeks. If I didnt do a little research about using the same antibiotics they would have continued to prescribe the same, thing over and over. They dont bother to look at the records, and they make you wait and hurry you out of the office. There are no red flags...when you notice a child has had 6 ear infections in 4-5 month time. I have scheduled my child to see ENT, since the urgency is not there for these doctors. Sad to give such a poor review, but I am done!There is one desk lady there that is very sweet and nurse Jenny. The rest...no good.

Love Dr Rupal and Dr Ellen. We usually have no problem with our wait. But, its a doctors office.Staff has always been kind.

Dr. Carol is great with my daughter and I wouldnt take her to anyone else. She has a very calm demeanor that makes both me and my 4 year old feel at ease. The nursing staff is great and Im not sure why this place is rated so low. However I do agree that Im not a fan of Dr. Esposito. He suggested a catheter for my daughter to rule out a UTI when she was around 1-2 years old. I thought that was an extremely invasive first step and refused. I will only go back to Dr. Carol or another female physician if I absolutely cant get to Dr. Carol. All in all, Im very happy with this practice and Im a difficult person to please.

I have always had great service and a wonderful experience here. Sometimes they are running behind but it is always worth the wait because the doctors really care and dont rush with the patients.

If I could give this office NO stars I would. Prepare to wait for at least an hour (I have sat there for 2 hours to see a doctor...shame on me for even waiting) and then when you do see the doctor, you will get a very brief and hurried visit. The staff is RUDE and consistently act as if you are BOTHERING them when you are there. My 3 children are moving to another pediatric office and it took 48 days (AND 3 phone calls) to get their records. The office is TOTALLY incompetent.

Worst Doctors office I have come across. My son is 2 years old and for some reason this office does not test for strep or the flu in children this young. My son was very sick and they told me if I wanted a flu test done I would need to take him to the ER... whats the point of a doctors office if Im going to pay for him to go to the ER??? We will find a new Doctor.

This doctors really suck my daughter has had a G.I. problem and not gaining weight and they didnt do anything I had to call and ask for a G.I. specilest. When we went to see the they immediately sent her to the er. Then the Associates in pediatric doctor told the G.I. specilest that he referred us to a specialist and we neglected to knowing we had to call the doctor and have great specials they told us our daughter had allergies to formula

We came there and saw Carol, our baby got super sick and congested. She was terrible. Rude and in a hurry i will never again go to this location.
