I like Dr. Houlihan. He’s knowledgeable and explains things in a way the patient can understand. Sometimes he seems rushed to move on to the next patient.

Dr. Roth, is one of the nicest Doctors I have ever met. He was very thorough, I was very comfortable talking to him about the procedure I am going to have. I would highly recommend him and his whole staff. They are all wonderful.

Was recommended to Dr. Roth by my brother in law. i made an appointment with them for a consultation. the consultation was very informative going step by step with not only the procedure but preparation before the procedure and post procedure followings. the procedure it self was painless and Dr. Roth and his assisting nurse made me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Keuer treated Dad with respect, and listened to me as I explained what was going on and as I outlined Dads medical issues. Dr. Keuer chose a course of action that seems to be working so far. Looking forward to the followup appointment.

Minimal waiting time, saw lots of different people, all were very nice, friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable in what they were assigned to do. The only negative was after have ling a PSA test, I was told to would only be a couple of working days to get an answer, but it took 5 days.

Dr. Houlihan is great. I first met Dr. Houlihan in the hospital where I was a patient. He was caring, thorough in the information he shared with me, asked me if I had any questions or concerns he could help me with and really listened to me.Dr.Houlihan displayed those same qualities when I saw him at his Elgin office. I left that appointment feeling like I collaborated with a health partner. The office staff were equally as impressive.

I finally found a Urologist and Staff that can help and get answers I have had Kidney Stones in the past, and Dr. Keuer and his staff were quite helpful in getting me answers to my Kidney Stone Concerns. Jamie also helped me with answers to ED Problems. I also have a Testicular Cyst in my Testicular area and Jamie was able to give me some info about what it could be, and Dr. Keuer to request an Ultra Sound so we can find out what the Lump really is. I will definitely use Dr. Keuer for my Urological problems and concerns in the future, because I believe his office is the best place to get answers when you have a kidney stone or ED issues.

I saw Dr Thress in the Elgin office last week. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease about the procedure I need to have performed. His office staff were all helpful and kind when scheduling and speaking about my insurance needs as well. I definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Houlihan Is a great doctor. He made me feel comfortable and optimistic about my condition. He was knowledgeable and smart. He knew what he was talking about and actually gave me some good advice and prescribed me a good medication to help out my condition.

I accompanied my mother to her first appointment with Dr Roth. The office staff was very friendly and took the time to answer questions. I suffer from recurring kidney stones. I experience problems with kidney stones a few times a year. I have been treated by a few of the doctors at Comprehensive Urologic Care. I am very happy with the treatment and care I receive. The only time I really ever see the doctors is a few minutes before a procedure, and I am ok with that. Im ok with that because of the excellent care and treatment I receive from the doctors PA Andrea Schrage. Andrea is very professional, very attentive and makes me feel as if I am her only patient. She is always prepared, knows my health history when she talks with me, as if we just spoke even if it has been over a year since I was last seen by her. She is very thorough, explains thing in a manner in which I can understand. She is very patient and never rushed. She takes the time to make sure I am completely comfortable and understand her plan of treatment. I am most impressed how she calls or has a staff member call me to check on me after a procedure or after I called the officer needing something. I have had polite, positive interaction with everybody I have come into contact with in this practice. I highly recommend Comprehensive Urologic Care.

Dr. Goldrath and his staff are fantastic.. I had a CT Scan and the Technician (Mike) was terrific. He made sure I was comfortable and he explained every part of the scan with humor. He made the experience enjoyable.

Very disappointed in follow through. This last time they were to call with results of test.They said they did but I didnt get it. Instead we ended up two weeks later in the hospital with a severe UTI. They should have called not leave a message.

Very disappointed with the office staff and lack of follow up. Visited Dr. Roth on November 10 as of December 14) I had to call the office multiple times to schedule treatment. Virtual visit with Dr. Roth on November 20 and was told office would call to schedule treatment. Never received a call. Called to schedule treatment and it was clear the office staff had no clue - scheduled two treatment dates December 1 and 4. November 30th office called and advised had to cancel treatment because office didnt have approval from insurance. Discovered they had yet to submit request to insurance. Two weeks go by - I call December 14, to discover they received approval on December 8, but no one called me. They offered me treatment dates in January - two months after first visit. Terrible experience with scheduling and lack of return calls. Reviewed medical records, following two visits, and discovered missing exam details and follow up information. Called a left a message to have medical records correct and its been two days and I havent received a return call - no surprise. Treatment success includes proper doctor care, confidence in ones doctors abilities and confidence with all aspects, including the office staff and patient care. I just cut my nose off to spite my face and severed all ties with this office. I prefer to start all over with another urologist than to deal with the incompetence here. Its a shame, Dr. Roths bedside manner is wonderful, but be forewarned the scheduling and follow up is a nightmare.

I had a procedure performed in July. Prior to the procedure the office ensured me it would be covered at 100% by Blue Cross. I then spent the better part of 3 months dealing with billing issues and trying to get my deposit refunded.After the procedure, I’ve received no follow up or contact from the office (when it was absolutely pertinent). Horrible communication and a seemingly lack of patient care. Find another practice if you’re looking.

Very easy to set an appointment, especially since the paperwork can be submitted and completed from home, without requiring to schedule an appointment to process the application process.

I thought because a stint was put into place at the hospital, I would return to have it removed when the time came. Not true, when the time came to remove it and I learned it would be done in the doctors office, terrible thoughts of pain came into my mind. All my thoughts were false. Dr. Thresss nurse explained the procedure to me in detail, showing me the equipment from prep time to finish time. She answered all my questions, and after prepping me went and got the doctor. I dont think the process took more than 15 minutes with very little pain.

I recently experienced abdominal discomfort and Dr. Roth ordered a CT scan. I had a follow up appointment with Tricia Walsh, PA, who explained the results of the CT scan and told me what the next steps would be. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained the steps clearly.

Everyone was really nice and pretty close to my actual appointment time. That was nice. They actually called me to see if I could come early (cancellation I guess).

I came to dr roth as a 2nd opinion....i recieved the best care and all my questions answered...I will be continuing on with dr roth..my first opinion never addressed my concerns and dr roth made sure all my concerns were taken care of...my second opinion dr now became my doctor...I wont go anywhere else.....10 stars...

Dr. Lodowsky, and the staff at Comprehensive Urologic Care have been very helpful. Dr. Lodowsky was very thorough and reviewing my test results, and discussing options for next steps. The staff has been prompt to follow up, and also discussed options based in insurance coverage.

This was my first visit to this practice, but the appointment time was honored, no waiting, met with the doctor promptly, and all was efficient and competent.

Came in with specific concerns which were addressed through conversation and tests. The prescribed course of action corrected some areas of concern effectively. This was positive. The only downside was that I was offered an earlier appointment with the PA but wanted to see Dr Roth so was scheduled two weeks later. When I came in for that delayed appointment, I was not seen by Dr Roth but by the PA, finding that rather frustrating.

Very disappointed in the communication from the staff. Directed to bring someone with, automated message says only family if required by doctor yet sent to stand in hallway or wait outside (it’s 14 degrees out). The waiting area is set up to meet COVID guidelines but they don’t want to use it.

Urologic issues can be stressful and at times embarrassing, Dr. Roth and his entire staff is awesome at making you feel relaxed and comfortable. He is also very understanding and actually takes time to sit and listen to you and explain all options back to you. This is a rarity in the field of medicine now and is a lost art which Im glad Dr. Roth values that personal attention. Havent had one issue and have been seeing him for about 3 years now.

While waiting to see Dr Roth, several office employees (I dont know if they were PAs or nurses or receptionists) were talking loudly and laughing and joking the entire time I was there including while waiting in the exam room. I was the last patient of the day but thats no excuse for a less than professional atmosphere - especially when waiting on potentially life changing results of testing. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because I was given enough time to ask questions and get answers.

I loved this office and doctor. I was seen promptly and I loved that Dr. Roth was extremely knowledgable about Interstitial Cystitis and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. He had both medicinal and supplement options for my treatment. I highly recommend this office and doctor!

He did a great job in spending time to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable with the process and the risks. Today, I had my procedure done with Dr. Wu. I had another urinary tract infection and wanted to get in before the weekend. The office was closing early but the staff worked to get me in right away and Dr. Goldrath gave me an additional refill for the antibiotic to be sure the infection cleared up. Friendly and helpful staff and doctors!

My first visit was a good one. I recently had surgery and needed to have a foley removed after wearing it for 4 weeks. I was nervous about this and hoped I would not need to continue to wear another one. The procedure was quick and actually quite painless. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and the staff member who removed the foley was very competent and attentive to my needs. The staff asked lots of questions and were good listeners. I felt a lot more comfortable than I thought I would. Dr. Lodowsky came in briefly to introduce himself and ask a few questions. After this session, I went ahead and made a follow up appointment with him which, for me, is a good sign that I felt like I was being treated well.
