Thank you to Lorenzo for his help today. I was a bit stressed about getting oxygen for my cousin whos being released to homecare. Lorenzo was so patient in explaining Everything to me. He was very polite even though I could tell it was a very busy morning. Thank you Sir for your help. I appreciated it so much!

Fraudulent activities. Been calling for them to come get their tank and never picked it up. Been billing my insurance every month with out my knowledge

Took forever to get my oxygen tank and the main unit plus was told last min that there was a $25 fee which I didn’t have. I couldn’t breath at this point so we had no choice but to pay it. Received my tank at 11 pm I was out of oxygen at 5-6 I was released from hospital at 11 am and the order was placed by the hospital I called them about 3-4x till I finally just did my best n concentrated on my breathing and reserved the little oxygen I had. Was about to head back to the ER when they called that they would be here in 5 min.

Get another DME for your Medical needs.I have been waiting months for my medical supplies and finally get a hold of someone there is no follow through on their side and tell you that they are missing something from your doctor. If they had told me I could have reached out to my doctor and received this some time back . Put you hold and don’t call back . Just unprofessional and still waiting...

Ladies at the front dont know how to do their job it has been over a month and Im still with out supplies. Worst customer service ever.

Considering Covid , you would think this company would help out . I got my tanks on November 1 and paid for a month ... I needed my oxygen tremendously so I started calling the week of Thanksgiving and of course they were closed , then they’re closed on the weekend , so I call today Monday the 30th and they have no “same day pickup”, so if they pick it up later in the week , they will charge extra for those days !!! So now a recovering Covid patient with no strength has to try to load that oxygen machine which is super heavy by myself ! If anything happens to me , good luck , we will be in court !

This is THE worst business Ive ever had to deal with. I did my work they do theirs I would be fired. Please somebody get them out of business or hire more competent and caring staff.

The employees at Major Medical have been wonderful to us.Always professional and helpful.I see by the comments folks have a problem with insurance. This is not major medicals issue. Take it up with your insurance provider and dont blame them!Thank you to all employees that work there!

I hate working with this company. It is a good thing that come 2019 we will not be forced to work with certain companies because they have the Medicare bid. Unfortunately their sense of urgency and lack of customer service is the reason why.

Why cant I give Zero stars? Called this company three days ago and told them my mom would be visiting and we needed to rent an oxygen concentrator. They dont offer weekly rentals but they would rent it to me for a month if my moms doctor sent a prescription. Now they tell me that since my mom isnt a patient of theirs, that we cant rent from them. WTF???

Applied for delivery driver, ended up going to an interview just to tell me that they couldn’t hire me because I was pursuing my education, they asked me if I was going to pursue a career, like obviously I’m not going school for nothing, well they wanted someone who could be working for them 5+ years or in other words, for ever, I don’t mind but at least put in the application that you’re looking for someone to stay years and years there, you can save a lot of people’s time and yours.

This company provided some equipment for my father and in 3 months time they were practically harassing him to return it. He was out of the country and had to pay $170 .00 for shipping. Major medical did not work with us at all.I would discourage anyone to get equipment from them unless you are very clear about the details.

In an emergency they treated me quickly and kindly taught me to use oxygen equipment. People like you make a difference. Thank you
