Amazing company!!! Needed a medical bed and a lifting swing ASAP for my mother that was released from the hospital. I needed it delivered on a weekend. No Hassel at all!! Joe was extremely kind, helpful, and prompt. Assembled the bed quickly plus showed me how to use the lift. He didnt mind at all and asked through out the steps if I had any questions. The company and the employees are amazing!! You need anything I RECOMMEND THEM! HANDS DOWN!

Dislike how my call to the cpap supply clerk always goes to voicemail. The voicemail message says they will respond in 48 hours. However, once started on my supplies service is good. I like how they ship everything to me.

Needed a software fix on my cpap device. A terrific lady, Georgina, helped me. she listened to the issue, recognized what to do, coordinated that with mfr, regularly followed up with me on progress, and verified that all was well before thanking me for my patience. This is A+ service and support. I think if one needed anything then she would be the go-to person for that, bravo, she deserves an obscene raise.

I had an issue where I left my cpap mask in California. Called Sun Country Medical Equipment and I have to brag on Imelda.She was awesome. I had gotten an order from the hospital for my son for a neutralizer and I couldn’t wait for it to be delivered at the hospital so I called The office spoke to Lorraine and she was able to get it delivered to me within an hour by the company’s marketing representative Leo who was extremely friendly and helpful!! I will definitely be using Sun Country again!!!Thank you again.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars! They sat on my Dr.s orders for equipment for two weeks, then they said that they didnt have insurance approval (which I had to personally confirm WAS approved days before I called for a status. Then, I drive 45 miles and show up for my scheduled appointment with their Respiratory Therapist, who is a no show! At the same time, their brain dead receptionist is not responding to my questions as to why I am not being seen! BTW, if you do decide to use these knuckleheads, be advised that they will tell you that their restroom is out of order, when in fact they just dont want you using it! Despicable people.

Great service purchased some masks and gloves really recommend, and they are not doing exchanges due to COVID-19 and its really reasonable, they are not the only ones doing this all the stores are. its common sense people!

I recently purchased a gait belt for my little sister.. due to virus we did transaction outside.. Sun Country did not mention that there were no refunds or exchanges before purchasing..The belt is a little to large so we drove back to Sun Country ..no refund and no exchange was on the receipt by then it was too late I had already paid for it.. pretty disappointed.. I will not reccomend this company.. be aware of these people

They have very slow customer service. I dread coming here when it’s time to replace c-pap supplies or having c-pap machine adjustments. They don’t have enough professional therapists so have to wait over 30 minutes to be assisted. It’s even worse now, harderTo wait and not being able to breathe in the waiting area with a face mask requirements 😷 due to COVID-19.

My mom needed new CPAP tubing and we decided to come here after having weird experiences with a different medical supplier.We were helped by another associate at first who got taken away to help someone else and we were left standing around then Fernando helped us.Fernando made sure my mom got the best Tubing that fit her needs. He told her about her options with her insurance and everything. At first my mom paid with her debit card and then remembered she had a flex pay card. He was so flexible and worked with us. He refunded her debit card and let her use her flex pay card.He was so kind, friendly, and went above and beyond for us.Because of Fernandos unmatched customer service skills we will be coming back for future purchases.

Tried getting a shower chair that my insurance was paying for after my surgery. Called my insurance while arguing with girl behind counter as to whether my insurance would pay or not. My insurance company told her they would pay 100% for the chair and she argued with him that they wouldn’t pay for chair. I got fed up and left. Called my insurance when I got home and they ordered a shower chair and had it delivered by FedX. Amazing how she thought she knew more about my insurance plan than the insurance company themselves.

I order some extra supplies on May 22. Then was told to return the supplies because it wasnt time yet to re-order. So, I did. I went there personally to give them the suplies. They told me to re-order them on June 6. So again I did. On Monday, June 10th, I called them to confirm if they had sent the supplies. The lady I spoke with said... (and I quote) yes weve sent them, youll get them by Tuesday the latest Wednesday... Well, today is Wednesday, June 12th... I still dont have my supplies. I call them and a guy Rufino who was actually the one that took my order both times May 22 and June 6, answers the phone and tells me the mail man just took my order today.... and that Ill have to wait for another two days. I tell him that I need the machine filters and his answer is you can wash the old filter...yes Mr Rufino I can...and I have, but thats not the point. The point is that everyone that Ive spoken to has said something different and Im the one that has been waiting for a whole week for my supplies...when it usually takes 2-3 days. I told Rufino I wanted to speak with someone else, a supervisor and he just ignored me and just kept saying the supplies have been sent. Very unprofessional attitude. Hopefully I dont have to deal with these incompetent guy again.

I didnt have a choice of provider, but if you do, dont go here. Their customer service is horrible. I used them for a year, they were constantly out of the supplies, and I will never go back to them.

I dont know how there can be people who give them 4 stars or 5 ... how much do they get paid to put a good opinion? They had to bring me medical products and they failed three times, nor being a new client they had the responsibility of complying with the delivery of the products, to be the first impression is very bad! I am immediately looking for another company, I will not be doing bile with irresponsible people every time I need products, I do not recommend this company or my enemies! And to top it off they dare to make the excuse that my doctor approved it until December 27 and give the date of the 1st of the month or day 15 as an excuse for not receiving the products, when since they talked to me they told me that had already been approved and it was because of irresponsibility that they never submitted the order and that is why I did not arrive ... never! They only reiterate my opinion about how bad this company is!
