I don’t like the service of any of the UMC clinics or pharmacies. Sadly the staff is always with their foot out the door about 20 minutes for lunch. That was my first bad experience as I was trying to submit a request for some medications my doctor ordered me. It was 12:10 when I showed up and they told me to go away. I can’t drive because of my conditions so going back home and coming back is not an easy task. I asked if I could drop off my prescription and the staff could start working it after lunch as I didn’t want to come back just to submit it. The lady at the entrance hit me with a fat NO and told me again to simply come back. I came back after their lunch break and no service was provided as my prescription was incorrect (something they could have told me before they left to lunch). This was so infuriating and it happens 70% of the time that you go to any of their locations. Good luck guys.

I am a Health care professional for 40 years. I have taken many (and have been a) patient to UMC.They have changed and for the better!NP Elizabeth Reyes is absolutely fantastic!!!! She so professional and listens to everything you have to say, treats you with the utmost respect and treats your issues. All the staff there and at UMC Medical center are fantastic too.Now, I don’t say any of this lightly because I used to cringe knowing I had to go to UMC. Not anymore! They have really really changed and for the better.Please visit them on George Dieter they will treat you like a VIP! I promise!They are outstanding.

If ha the opportunity to give them no star I would... I can say the worst service I ever had ...bad staff, and nurses treat you like human life is not valuable... when you are in medical field you only concern should be someone else life.. my advice is dont go there

The receptionist at the front desk at the George Dieter location is rude and a snobb. Everytime I come in she does not even look at you and when she does she looks at you if you are stupid. I did not have my discount card so she says with her bad aditude we will charge you the full cost. Firstimpression is your last impression. Other than that everyone else is awesome. Thank you

Dr Lincon is awesome... Thorough and great bedside manner. Shes very kind and helpful.

Appointment set 12 pm it is now 1:04 pmI am in severe leg pain.Update when dr. Or n.p. comes in.Still waiting 1:15 pm . This is why I hate going to medical.Just now came in 1:44 pm.N.p. stepped out.Going to get for pain.See how long now to return.

I go every year to get my annual check up, this will be the last. Rude staff that lack people skills.New Dr. Armendariz , worst experience Ive ever had, she went in did what she had to do and walked out, didnt even let me ask questions , If you want to be treated w care and not just feel like another number I recommend not come here.

The staff was courteous however the dr. does not care about a patients inability to pay for high dollar antibiotics. Dont go there if youre struggling to pay the bills as is.

Idiot weekend receptionist. She chooses to assist patients in whichever order she chooses. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and she assist patients who arrive after me and whose appointment are 30minutes after my scheduled appointment

Its the greatest hospital,they are very nice nurses and doctors,they were very worry about my health conditions and attend me right away thank you UMC god bless you all.

Dr. Esen lost the paperwork I gave in DECEMBER, it has taken me MONTHS of calling. Even after speaking to the supervisor Craig, they had the nerve to send me incomplete paperwork and fed me total bullshit about it. Then the supervisor isnt returning my calls, this is the most incompetents is show of a circus EVER

The staff is rude and the pharmacy wait time is ridiculous. There customer service is the worst. Everyone I know has bad things to say about how rude all of there staff is.

I was waiting more then an hour just to get to the room and then an hour for the doctor to come [Dr. Angela jhones] just for less then 6 min that she was here , not so friendly at all if i could give this place 0 stars or less ill definetely would !!

I arrived at 10:15 for my 10:30 appt so I would have any paperwork done by my scheduled time. It is 11:25 & I am Still sitting here! Another woman came in @11:00 & they called here right away! Its11:25 & they finally called me just now because I had to argue with the receptionist over that. Its 12:20 now waiting on an exam room...

Horrible experience would not recommend ever going to this clinic

If i could i would give 0 stars. I didnt have an appointment. i had a fever , sore throat, and cough. Receptionist took my name and i waited for one hour and a half for a nurse to call me back and tell me they had no appointments. When i asked her why didnt they tell me before i waited for an hour , she told me receptionist is not a medically involved only a nurse could tell me ... makes no sense to me !

Theyre always out to lunch. Always getting my prescriptions late. Gonna switch pharmacies.
