Worst clinic to go to ! I regret being there for so long. They don’t even have a Dr there they are all nurse practitioners and don’t know what they are doing! Owner there is extremely rude! Been trying to get some extremely important health related results and it took so long to get a hold of the nurse not to mention she called me back at almost 10pm at night to talk to me about everything and not give me a good explanation . Smh waste of time and money ! Save ur self’s!

Went there today my appointment was at 9:15am, waited for over over an hour and 15mins was never seen ended up leaving. I understand they are busy and have other patients but that’s just unacceptable.

This office used to be great now if you schedule appointments to be handled over the phone, good luck with them keeping that appointment and if you go into the office better have about 4 hours at least to hang out….

I am leaving 1 star because it won’t let me leave ZERO which is what this place deserves.PLEASE for the sake of your health and sanity DO NOT GO HERE! Waited 5 hours and never got seen, finally decided to leave and they refused to give a refund for the appointment.Office manager “Debra” has no sense of customer service. There staff is rude and pretty much useless.

I’m in the room waiting, and all I hear is the staff chit chatting about their day and giggling.Meanwhile it’s been 3 hours that I’ve been waiting.

RUDE, Argumentative, and SLOW. Every appointment Ive ever had was 4hrs or more. They use to care and were friendly now theyre just rude.

I had an appointment for 11:30 am its now 240 pm and still have not been seen, this is completely unacceptable. I will be looking for new doctor today!!

First time coming here. Appointment was at 10am. After 30 minutes past of being in the lobby I displayed my concern, was moved to an took on the back and left there an additional hour. After 90minutes past my appointment, I went to the front desk to display my concern again and was told by the receptionist the doctor is on time still. Terrible terrible service, would not recommend this place to anyone. I was trying to get in with a cardiologist, just a simple doctors appointment

Doctors and nurses are very kind and friendly the listen to you and explain everything in detail...

I did have a small wait time but nothing out of ordinary wait times at doctors offices. I was seen by Dr. Alvarado and he was very knowledgeable. I was able to get the help I needed. He was professional and would recommend. Phlebotomist was friendly and staff too.

While they do have long wait times, the staff here are genuinely compassionate about their patients. That is so rare that I truly believe it is worth the wait.

Wait time is long even with an appointment. I had to leave after an hour to make it to another appointment. It is easier to just go to urgent care.

Dr Patterson is extremely understanding and easy to speak to. He listens to your concerns and the staff is very kind as well.

I would highly recommend the team at Eastside Family Care Center. They are extremely friendly, passionate about what they do, and always available when I need them! Thanks so much!

Staff are professional and caring, NP Alex is awesome, thought the wait is sometimes longer than usual he takes the time you need to be seen and has a wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend.

I’m not one to post reviews, but omg! The wait time is ridiculous. There is literally one other person in the waiting room with me. The past time I was here, I waited for two hours. The time before that I waited 3 hours and that was with appointment! I picked this place because I needed a primary provider right away, but after everything is finished, I am NEVER (hopefully) coming back again. Do more research and find yourself a better place.

I love this place, staff is super friendly and caring. I have yet to have a bad experience. Knowledgeable PAs, I recommend this place to everyone.

Very long waits, a paint smell that gives you headaches, no waiting room water fountains or water bottles, only 1 restroom so you have to wait your turn no matter how long it is. Not too many people so who knows why they take so long when the doctor only sees us for 5 minutes. They do have a friendly staff

So I came in 30 min prior to my appt. I filled out all the required info and paid b4 the dr was even aware I was here. Then after my appt time at 11 15 a walk in patient came and was seen b4 me. So I was in the lobby waiting for 45 min. The receptionist may of not spoke English well and didnt understand anything I said. I heard alot of laughing and joking from the employees in the back. I finally get in a room 45 min after my appt time.

If I could give it no stars I would . Every time I call they know exactly who I am so instantly the blame game and attitude starts . It should not matter at all what previous visit I had was like .... PATIENT CARE PATIENT CARE. I don’t know who to go to in El Paso so I’m almost forced to come to this place because of its time and distance. I wanted to get my blood drawn because I feel I may have diabetes missed work and I guess that won’t happen. I had to argue back and forth over the phone about just getting my labs taken . I was reminded how it was me who missed my appointment when “they try to help me” and that I don’t follow instructions. That I had lab orders last year (Sep 2017) that we’re not done . Then she threw up my profession “well you say you work in a clinic “ (that was never discussed on this call) so as you see it’s always an issue. Not to mention being billed for test before that we’re not part of my reason for the visit or asked for . Who do you report this place to? The state should know how they treat people. Would anyone else get this treatment or is it just me ? I try giving them another chance hoping the visit will be better than the next ...NO. Dr. Alex is a pretty good Dr. probably only one reason I return ....guess I’ll go into a diabetic coma or whatever else may be wrong with me persist. I’ve had it . Way to help and turn down a patient DO NOT GO HERE

Worse place ever if I can give 0 stars I would the wait is beyond stupid waited 2 hrs when clearly they were not busy if they are laughing and talking in the hall way and still no room available to see the doctor and when you do see the doctor you only see them for about 5 min. Will not be returing at all

Eastside Family Care Center is the worst place to go to especially if you’re sick!! If you’re not sick they’ll make sure you become sick and seriously sick!! You’ll never see a real doctor on PA’s and a nurse practitioner and sometimes students becoming doctors!! I had made a couple of appointments to see the NP for specific reasons concerning something vitally important and in walks a student and I never got to see the NP for the reason you went there in the first place, the medical services I received became very questionable as well and it seemed that I was not going to get the medical care I actually needed for certain serious health issues I have as well as for physical issues!! They also had the nerve to throw in my face that they gave me free services they normally charged for and that upset me because I didn’t know they were doing that and then they threw it in my face!! I never asked for any kind of special treatment from them and what ever they did for me free of charge they did it on there own accord, they made this decision and it was inappropriate as well as unprofessional for them to do that and the throw it my face after I left the clinic permanently because I realized they were never going to help me with “ANY” of my medical/health issues!! Go at your own risk but I don’t and will never recommend this clinic ever again!!

Very nice staff ( which is why im giving one star) but wait times are ridiculous, even with an appt. I dont see the use in even setting one, i arrived 30 minutes before appt, so all paperwork could be ready, amd 2 hours laterim still waiting. Wont be attending the clinic ever again. Every ones time is valuable.

Front desk staff is friendly, No problem there However Nurse Practitioner who acts like he is a real doctor has no clue or people skills. Rude attitude and acting like what a patient tell means nothing is a joke. Wont be returning here. If anyone does come here ask to see a REAL doctor.

Biggest waste of time you get a appointment and they still take 2 to 4 hours to see you ..and when you finally see the lame doctor tittle he gives you run around and completely waste your time

Both the staff and the doctors attend very well, but it seems to me a total LACK OF RESPECT that they do not attend you when you have the appointment and they make you wait for a long time.
