My Dad and I brought my mother to get evaluated for a hearing aid. It was an incredible visit. Nancy was supportive and very caring. Our doctor provided us with the appropriate information and advised us of the best approach to finding a solution to my mothers hearing issues. We are thrilled with Moms hearing aids. We are finally able to have a normal conversation without shouting and repeating words over and over again. Dani at Miracle Ear listened to our frustrations and was so gentle with our 86 year old mother. After a thorough hearing test, she fitted mom with the Miracle ear hearing aids, then met with us weekly, testing the fit and answering questions. Now Mom is enjoying talking on the phone and going out to eat with family and friends. What a blessing. Yes we highly recommend!

I am so happy I came here for my hearing aids. I moved back to El Paso after being gone for over 30 years. I needed new hearing aids and went with Miracle Ear at this location based on reviews. Danica and Nancy are the best representatives in Miracle Ear. I trust them with my hearing as I am able to hear now. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids. Dani helped with me getting financial support as I was unable to pay for them directly. With her help I was able to get the hearing aids that I so desperately needed. I was having trouble with my left ear as it was hurting. All my other doctors checked my ears and could not find anything wrong. Dani looked inside my ear and saw something. She took a picture of it so I could show the doctors. I went to a nurse practitioner who found a watermelon seed in my left ear and then I had no problem but had it not been for Dani I would still not be able to hear anything in my left ear. I would like for them to get a 5plus star and a certificate for their good support and help. Thank you very much for having two good representatives in your company..

Full disclosure - I purchased my iRHYTHM aides in Alabama in 2019 - about 1,400 miles away. I was visiting some distance from El Paso, and one of my iRHYTHM aides stopped working. I called the store (Miracle-Ear El Paso, TX - North Desert Blvd), explained that one just stopped, and made an appointment. My trip to El Paso took almost two hours, so I was concerned about having to leave the aide, drive back, and then make the trip again. The office manager, Nancy Najar, was very efficient getting me checked in, and then turned over to Audrey Damon, the hearing specialist. In addition to being very knowledgeable, Ms. Damon took the time to offer some pointers on some issues I had, and she took care of both my aides, cleaning and servicing them. It was a great experience, and I recommend them to anyone who has experienced hearing loss or difficulties.

Danica was so nice, helpful and friendly. Excellent service, and the company is supporting the local shop as best they can in these hard times.

I have been to several hearing aid distributors during the past 15 years, but to this date I am yet to find one that is so intense on costomer information and satisfaction. My husband (72) and I (67) had our first hearing test by Angelo. I chose him because he took good care of my mothers hearing issues. Still, we were cautious about high-pressure sales tactics and a bit defensive. Our fears were put to ease as Angelo clearly explained our test findings all the while suggesting we take our time to consider a visit to our ENT (a doctor of our choice) for further tests before a final decision is made. We are taking his sound advise and feel confident that Angelo has our best interest in mind. Once weve ruled out any further concerns beyond typical hearing loss, we will definitely choose Angelo and Miracle-Ear to be fitted for our first hearing aids.
