With the help of Trinity Health Coaching (Vicki) my wife and I have been able to make a complete lifestyle change which has allowed us to begin to lower our weight. I thoroughly enjoyed the Trinity Health Coaching cooking classes! Bob and Vicky teach participants how to use alternatives for common ingredients, cooking tips, and give lifestyle suggestions for creating a healthier you. At the end of the demonstration everyone enjoys a gourmet meal that youve just learned how and watched being prepared before you...and you realize that theyre not that hard and you dont have to miss out on your favorite recipes! Yummy!

Trinity Health Coaching takes the complicated subject of diet and gives you simple but complete explanation and training. The coaches are very well educated and eager to help their clients. I have been learning from them for a few weeks and I’m seeing results!!!!
