The place is good I don’t know what the bad reviews about other than immaturity. It’s pretty sad that people feel that way. Maybe some people’s expecting to be treated like a high end restaurant treatment? I don’t see how they were rude to them. My experience is fine. They are what you would get at a typical doctors office At much better prices. Have fun paying triple at a traditional doctors office. That’s why I rather go here, or Canada. Forget the traditional offices.

Was given an appointment for Lab work at 7am. I showed up early. Waited for 47 minutes. Nothing.I left. Mr. Porras called within fifteen minutes to apologize and offered to bring me in without a wait.They made up for the bumpy start and ensured that I felt comfortable and was seen immediately. I appreciate a company that makes it “right”.

They can do essentially nothing might as well not waste the time or the effort for people who have the same mentality about patients.

I was reassured when setting up the appt that they would be able to change my birth control prescription to a different birth control. I came to this clinic because it looked affordable, I needed birth control, and I do not have insurance. I explained that I had been on the birth control I wanted them to prescribe me in the past and I preferred it. The NP said because they have none of my records and are not informed on the specific birth control I needed to go find an OB/GYN before they can prescribe me the birth control. So in the end I paid $44 ($30 for the visit and $14 for the pregnancy test? ) and wasted my time. Will not be returning.

The entire staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. They have helped me tremendously every time Ive visited. Its like going to a traditional doctors office! For a much better price :)

All they care is about the money they can get from people visiting the clinic. they will not assume responsibility of anything. when you call just make sure you write down name and everything from every staff member. although they dont look out or advocate for us they advocate for themselves and their interest. thank god there is other places to have the work done you need.

They make a big deal if you dont have an apointment, although their hours state they are till 5, they are not allowed to take in patients after 4:30. I like to weight myself frequently and one time that i went they did not want to let me weight myself, something that would literally take 20 seconds, because it was after 4:30 and i did not have an appointment. Other than that, i have gone on ocassion for other things and not once have i ever gotten checked due to their rules. I have gotten to ask for things like band aids and ice packs and they dont have anything.Tgis is the biggest waste of money in tge school, it is pointless, the people here are not nice and i guess they just get paid to sit on their asses all day. I hope this place gets a budget cut.

They were extremely helpful when I went to get my ongoing naseau checked. I had to fill out a form which is standard. I was having trouble paying with my trs card but they still let me see the nurse knowing I would pay when billed to my student account. The pharmacist is super nice. I appreciated that they prescribed me a medicine to get at the utep pharmacy vs in store bc it was about 6 dollars here vs 20 at cvs. Although they weren’t qualified to diagnose what was wrong with me they helped place me in the right direction and answered all my questions.
