We received excellent service from a compassionate team. My daughter has special needs and does not respond well to having her blood drawn. The technicians were extremely professional, patient and kind.

Very disappointed took my daughter in for blood work and took samples of stool specimen and Maria forgot to label both and we never got contacted about the issue. The day my daughter got her blood drawn Maria was very rude and kept telling my 5 year old daughter she had to stop crying so she needed to let her do her job thats what she gets paid for and my daughter was never refusing to get her blood drawn she was just scared like any other 5 year old. A 5 year old will not understand any of this. If you dont like your job Maria then go look for a different one let me remind you we are not there for pleasure, this is peoples health you are not taking serious. I hope that whoever is in charge of this location resolves this issue and puts a stop to people Maria who are putting people health at risk by not performing their tasks correctly.

So I was bored. I have always thought doctors to be somewhat overused and unnecessary (despite being one myself). So my most recent project has been to see how much actual medical care one may obtain without a physician. So for funzies I ordered a cheap online prepaid lab and selected this facility to test it out.Attempt 1: total disorganization. I walked into an empty lobby (no temp check etc- note day 2). I completed their check in with zero ahead of me. I waited in my car. Eventually I got a text (about an hour later). Was told lab could not be done because it was now within an hour of close.Attempt 2: this time when I went in to stick my rona covered fingers all over their kiosk someone came trotting out to take a temp. (Note I’m not actually paranoid about this. I’m on the governors side for this one). Then after I was summoned via text I actually went back and waited in my car because they were not actually ready.Now despite the hopeless disorganization of this place their phlebotomist could (after asking one too many inane and inapplicable questions) actually hit a vein. She should probably get a job someplace else.I will not be sending patients to this place in the future.

Very disappointed. . The bathroom in this place did not have running water in the bathroom. The faucet was wrapped so it could not be used so no way to wash your hands after a urine sample collection. No paper towels. I Won’t be going back. The people taking the blood were good but unfortunately in these days of Covid19 nice and good is not good enough. I want to see very clean.

I went and got blood work this morning. Everything went well but I did want to share a small concern. While there I saw a man without a mask being let in. That doesnt seem very smart when we are in the middle of a pandemic.

This is for any and all Quest locations. When you call you can listen to them for 5 minutes how great they are at protecting your from Covid19. Wow, great, they have appointments for people at high risk, elderly and pregnant people in the first hour. Too bad these appointments are NOWHERE to be found and talking to a real person is impossible. Thanks, but no thanks, Id rather not get tested at all than catching the virus while being pregnant. Ridiculous!

The technicians were very efficient. No pain at all during the blood draws. Reasonable co pays. Little to no waiting. Best place to go to get blood drawn.

Went in for a specific blood test not available where I usually go. After 5 tubes of blood and 2 months later, they had no record of my results or of me.

Let people come in with NO mask, danger, danger

I agree with other reviewers. The staff is not friendly and they do not have anyone dedicated to the front window and if someone is there, they do not acknowledge you. Also some employees do not read the Dr orders before attempting the test. (they tried to get me to drink the glucose drink before taking my blood first, which is not standard procedure). There may be one employee that does need more training taking blood since I have also been bruised and I do not bruise easily when giving blood. Another employee was very good as I did not feel the needle when he took my blood.

Rude staff. Was told to make a down payment of $50 even though my insurance covers all bloodwork. After I told him to mail me a statement and I would just pay any remaining balance by mail, he told me next time I would be refused service if I didn’t leave some kind of payment first.

Friendly staff with good customer service. Short wait for walk-in patient. Very happy with phlebotomist who drew my blood, she was polite, informative & the experience was painless. Will be there again shortly for more lab work. Thank you.

The Hispanic female tech with a fair complexion, mid 30s heavy set purposely did not send in my urine or saliva results when I dropped them off. She was very rude and my didnt follow proper protocol and my results never came in. I reported it to Quest Corporate, my insurance company and my referring doctor. The doctor said shell no longer refer her patients to Quest and had me go to Providence on Transmountain to redo my labs. I will never return to this location and I have since told all my friends and family about this terrible experience.

Nobody ever acknowledges you at front desk because there is nobody there. Not very friendly staff. Infection control not good because after they clean the area were they are going to stick you sometimes they tear off glove to recheck and touch with their finger and proceed to sticking you. They tell you to collect urine specimen at home and give u no instructions no time limit or anything. So how accurate are the results?

The computer kiosks for check-in have helped get everyone in. I had a reasonable short wait for a walk-in. Grace saw me for extensive samples and was friendly and did a great job. I had no problems or complaints. Good experience. Remember that old reviews are old.

Out of many times Ive gotten blood taken, only time it hurt and bruised was when I came here. My doctor also has heard reports from her other patients of being bruised here.I had to get more blood tests done weeks later and no one was at the desk for half an hour. Because of this I was told to come another day as there was no longer enough time. Was told to come at 8 next day, I arrived at 8:23 hoping to be seen by 9 so my 3 hour test could be done by 12. Apparently I was still late and was told I should have come at 7 when they opened even though I was told the day before it was 8.Customer service leaves something to be desired and there should be a bell at the front desk.

Reasonable wait time. Phlebotomist was skilled, efficient and friendly.

I came I multiple times to simply drop a specimen for my son. I let them know at the window, he said hed be right back to get it after 20 minutes of waiting and no being acklewdged again I had to leave for work. Came back the following day Saturday showed up at 11:50 to drop off and they were already closed. No granted their clock shows the same time mine does and they were gone. Customer service is terrible with the exception of one lady and their ability to be open within the hours posted are lacking. Im once again sitting and waiting to drop off a specimen and havent been acknowledged yet. Have been here since 6:06 am now 6:23 am

Staff was very rude and talked down to my mother. If your staff is having a bad day they should be professional and not take it out on patients!!

Horrible. Had an appointment, told the girl and she blatantly ignored me and continued to call 2 rounds of at least 10 walk ins ahead of me. I have been coming here as a regular for 5 years now at least once a week and have never had a problem until they hired this new round of employees. The staff is so incredibly rude now.

They took out blood for a test, and I didnt feel anything when they put in the needle in my arm. I was impressed, the only thing I dislike is that they take too much time to give you information because there is no one on the front desk.

Horrible. Even when there are only a few patients waiting, the wait time is at least one hour eventhough on the screen it says it is only 15 min. They do not respect appointments. My veins are hard to miss and somehow they manage to cause a bruise every time. Staff is rude.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! They have no idea what their doing, they take FOREVER to code the orders. They are rude and incompetent. Do not go to this location!!! Take your business elsewhere.

There is a strong lack of patient engagement, there are people that do not understand the log inn tablets and there is no one the periodically asks if everyone is signed in. Also in the sign inn option there is no selection for people that need to perform employment drug screens and I waited a total of one hour to pee into a cup that is overboard.

Ninety percent of the patients here are elderly and not very tech savy, yet they have an automated check in system with none to help them. Ridiculous!!!!
