Perla was great! She took me back immediately and got my test done quickly. I would highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time online!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Most poorly run business I have ever been to. Website and phone service don’t work for appts. Tried to make an appt in the physical office and was told “I don’t have access to scheduling” by the receptionist. Have never had so many problems with a lab testing facility. I would never set foot in this place if my employer didn’t use them exclusively.

They are very efficient and fast, showed patience for my son who is diagnosed with Autism.

I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00 am and I’m listed on the tv Moniter that I’m a walk-in . Not happy. They’re letting everyone in and it’s after 10:00🙄

I have been waiting months for blood results. They are closed when I go, their phone is never answered and the answering machine is full. When I called corporate I was continually transferred and disconnected. They told my doctors office that I had never been a patient! DO NOT GO THERE! I would have given them zero stars if the option was available.

I went in early on a Tuesday without an appointment and they saw me within 10-15 minutes. Once we got to the room the nurse did the blood work all within 2 minutes. Friendly and fast.

This location seems to have a high volume of patients so there is a little bit of a wait. Staff is friendly. There is a check-in kiosk and they do help older patients who may need help with the technology to register.Feedback for improvement, please have tree along the sidewalk pruned as the low hanging branches are blocking the side walk. Making it difficult for people with walking aids and the elderly to navigate around.

I try to make an appointment one day before it wasnt posible in two of the locations. So I went to the Redd site at 8 am and there were 2 people before me. I waited about 10 min and they called me. It was fast.

Terrible! I went on Friday at 2:30 on Feb. 23rd and found that the door was locked, I peeked thru the door glass and could glimpse that there was a girl there so knocked but she never looked up. I continued to wait and another customer came in and said she had an appt so we both knocked. I called Quest and pushed enough buttons to get an answer at another location and he said he’d call them. he came back online and said they were not answering their phone! after 30 min she opened the door and said oops, someone must have locked it. when I asked why she didn’t respond to all the knocking she responded rudely and was then rude throughout my visit.

I have gone 5 times this past week in order to get my bloodwork done, and have not successfully been seen even ONCE. I have gone 30 minutes EARLY before it opens, and their system was down when they opened and the office was already full. I waited an HOUR for them to do ONE patient when I was second on this list.The second time I came, I came at 7:15 (15 minutes before open), and the room already had 15-20 elderly patients in there with a 2-4 hour wait time. Theres no way I have time for that.The third time, I came at 10:00, and was never served after an hour and a half.They are underemployed, UNPROFESSIONAL, the wait staff appear unhygienic and are PLAIN OUT RUDE! I will NEVER come back to this clinic to get my bloodwork done. I am appalled by the service and quality of this company. Unless you want to wait 2+ hours for a test that takes 10 minutes, dont even waste your time.DO NOT GO HERE FOR BLOODWORK!!

Incompetent staff. Only one person works the entire thing; desk, insurance check, and lab tests. The lady working told me my lab order was wrong and to come back from the FMC next door which took 5 mins. When I came back, she had closed and told me to go to the osbourne location even though she told me to come back.

VERY HORRIBLE, I SUFER A BURN IN MY RIGHT ARM, I EXPLAIN I WAS ALERGIC TO LATEX , THEY USE IT AND I SUFFER A BURN ON MY RIGHT ARM.

I’ve never had any problems at any Quest Diagnostics lab.

They have always been very pleasant and helpful when Ive had lab work done. True you might have some wait time, but Ive always had an appointment.
