Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. I lost my insurance a couple years ago and haven’t been able to go since. I was extremely nervous and embarrassed to see how bad my teeth were. They never made me feel embarrassed or nervous they were very welcoming and honest. They answered all of my questions with ease and scheduled me for fillings on my cavities that same day!! I never waited to be seen longer than 5 minutes. In between fillings doctor lee gave me lots of breaks and the hygienist answered a million of my questions. I will Definitely recommend.

My wife loves the service. Everyone is so helpful and they truly make you feel comfortable. Doctor and staff were very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing dental work.

I am deathly petrified of the dentist to the point that I had avoided it for years. I cracked my tooth this weekend and went into Sun Ridge Smiles this afternoon to have the tooth pulled. The staff is absolutely incredible, the doctor I had went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. Staff is very well mannered and very good at their jobs!! I called this office the day before needing to get a appt. In doing so I was allowed to get one this Monday. Because I was in pain they were able to squeeze me in on Thursday October 7th. Based on that and my interactions with staff my mind was put to ease. Given help and options for going forward and understanding the unique needs and financial hardship which follows. Transferring from one federal job to another is stressful enough but being able to find dentist on short notice is priceless

Our experience with Dr Hu and his staff were absolutely amazing! We are from a place with only one dentist and shes limited to what she can do so we had to come to el paso for a procedure for our daughters. We have medicaid and we would have had to wait to get this procedure done but Dr Hu decided to do it and worry about the payment later. So turns out Dr Hu did everything anyway since we were from out of town and wouldnt have to come back. I dont think my family will ever go to any other dentist, we found our dentist for life. We appreciate the wonderful staff for taking care of our daughters. +

I had a great experience at this office. I came in with a broken tooth under an old crown.. The staff was very friendly. The dentist was also very friendly and took the time to discuss several options and possible outcomes. He began work in the hopes of saving the tooth. When it looked like he would not be able to he did not charge me.

The whole team were very pleasant from start to finish.. He listened to my concerns and made sure we was on the same page. He then thoroughly suggested a plan of action, as well as explaining why or what problems could occur. What I like most is they do most of the dentist work themselves so it’s like a one stop shop. Not too mention their prices are fair! It was about what I wanted/needed, they did not try to sell me un-needed services!!

I called this morning around 1030 and the receptionist was going to get me an appointment at 11 am. I couldn’t make that so she had a 12pm which was perfect. I needed an extraction. my tooth was broken and I wanted it out. I was seen with in 10 minutes of arriving and saw the dr with in 20. They were able to remove my tooth the same day with in 45 minutes of my initial visit . I was out at 1:10. Great friendly staff and amazing dr. Thank you guys so much!!! This place has to be my favorite dental spot in El Paso. As a student who is unemployed during this pandemic they had amazing prices for wisdom teeth extractions. The dentist was so sweet and comforting. When they extracted my tooth it was super fast and I felt no pain. I also want to say that all and I mean ALL the staff there were so sweet. Price hike after giving me a quote.They tried to charge me an extra $600 during the final week of procedure. , luckily i had my receipts and original quote.Recently had a followup for an correction for my tooth shaving but they wanted to charge me again.Still need my tooth shaved down after paying $1,600.00Poor customer service from staff.

They were nice during my 1st visit, but when it came down to any visit after that point, they had the worst customer service!! I paid for my services upfront and prepaid for half my next visit, but when they called to schedule it, they more than doubled the price!! I then wanted a refund and they said they would give me a full refund for the half that I paid for the next visit. I went down to the office to get the refund and they gave me $70 less than what I had paid!!! They claim it was from the previous appointment, but I already paid for it!!!! Never going there again nor would I recommend it!!!!

My daughter’s tooth cracked into pieces a as it fell off and her gum was bleeding a lot. We were seen right away. Dr. Hu was so great and comforting as he took the rest of her tooth out. The staff was so nice and treated her to ice cream after her extraction. I’m so happy she walked away with this being a good and positive experience :)

As a new patient I had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby and decided to leave because wait time is ridiculous. Bliss family dental gets you in 5 minutes. I have dental insurance and theres no reason why I have to wait 40 minutes. Its not like Im getting the service for free.

Dr Wu, Dr Li, Sean (assistant), Melissa receptionist are ALL amazing people! They are friendly, professional and personable. I just had a tooth extraction. Dr Wu and Sean were very calming. My anxiety was high in the beginning but with Dr Wus reassurance and explanation of procedure it calmed my anxiety. They even let me pick a movie to watch during the procedure.
