Really loved the MDs who saw me, listened to me. Five stars for them! They are (were) great! Informational! Caring.2.5 stars for the staff. Some of the staff need customer service training in order to provide better service to a client!To be nicer, to smile, to understand we (I) am here NOT to make their day busier...I (we) are here because of an injury, or because I do not feel well or I am doing a follow-up appointment. Otherwise I dont want to be in this office either. Make our experience nicer, less stressful. A smile, a kind word or gesture is all it takes!Also: explain why it is taking so long to have a procedure done. Inform that the X-ray tech is taking lunch, so it will be a bit longer. Inform that the insurance org is being consulted to approve next steps..

The staff is quite friendly and seem to be very competent. My issue is with the Dr Hill. I went in for a potentially broken finger and wrist and a badly injured knee. There was no xray staff on duty so I was asked to wait 3 days which I refused and was then given other offices as alternatives.. He did not look at my finger or my knee. He told an assistant to splinter my finger and gave me some Paine meds. He scheduled a follow up visit 4 days later. During the visit he was sneezing, hacking and gagging clearly sock and in no condition to be at work. On my subsequent visit after an xray. He once again did not look at my hand or knee. He told me my finger was broken and to keep it wrapped in the splint and assistant had put on. While waiting 30 min to be seen I could hear the Dr in the room next door eating, drinking and watching the news loudly while yelling is there anyone that needs to seen. Over all a very bad experience it which should have been much more proffessional.

The technician and the lady in the front desk were very courteous and fast !😉I request a copy of my exam and the technician sent it to me the next day .

Overall my experience was good. It was easy to find, no problem parking and the staff was relatively nice. I did wait for what seemed an eternity to take my prescreen drug test but the process was smooth. I would give a 5 star if I wouldn’t have had to wait so long. I watched many people who came in after me go before me but eventually they called me back and it was over quickly.

I came in when it was almost time for cut off. I was advised that they can try to see if I can still make it. The lab tech saw my form and knows that the test that was ordered needs to be sent the same day, and the courier has not arrived yet, she called me in right away.Excellent service!

I came in a weekday 1200 for a Physical , already need to wait for 2 hours. Doctor and the assistant inside are very nice, but the receptionist sitting on the left side responsible for sign in is very rude and impatient. I know it might not be her dream to be a receptionist, but as you get paid by the company, please show some respect to your job. Lady, I believe you can do better than that.

On April 5th I had an incredible experience at Concentra in El Monte. Dr Bishop blew my mind from the start, after greeting me and asking me how I was he said, “I came in last Friday to review your chart”. To me that made my day. Dr Bishop made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything to the T. Dr Bishop was very professional and also adapted his awesome sense of humor to his explanation of an epidural shot that I will be getting soon. It will be him to give me the shot. Can’t wait to see him and chop it up with him and have some laughs.

Other than what seemed like a very long wait, the staff were pleasant and instructions were clear.

I had an awesome experience here. The wait time wasnt too bad and I was in and out in a few minutes.

Arrived at 0750 for drug screen, was the first in line. All staff were courteous and friendly. Didnt have to wait long.

I checked in for testing for a job and was there maybe 5-10 minutes till they called me in. Everything was quick and explained thoroughly and I was done and on my way home. Staff was friendly.

The woman in the front desk (young, long hair woman) was so rude, poor service, long waiting, I had to come back next day to complete a drug test for a pre employment because after more than 1 hour they told me that my appointment was expired, and I had to get a new one. I hope never had to come back again!

The lady at the front was rude . I went to go a drug test for my work and when I went In the lady asked if had my form and I said yeah it’s on my phone and she made a face like if she was saying “great now I have to write down the letters on the form “ other than that the nurses were great

Great experience treating at Concentra Urgent Care in El Monte. The front office staff, nurses, and physicians provided excellent patient service and hospitality. The wait times were not long, and the lobby/office were extremely clean. Front office staff were very efficient and caring, consistently updating patients on wait times. Nurses were very professional and helpful. Lastly, the physicians go above and beyond to make sure the patient is gradually doing better with every visit. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends. Thank you once again for a great experience!

Time for application is good nurses no smile may be too many works to do n inside the room the other nurse the same bad attitude no smile spoke not friendly but still good n didn’t tell me what I need to do next ⋯ after all served not so friendly thanks for sharing

The nurse and the receptionist were kind, but the wait is extremely long. I came for a physical and drug test and waited for 2.5 hrs before seeing the doctor. Its an urgent care that isnt so urgent

I go in for an hour and in that time, I barely get 15 minutes of actual therapy. Its not the employees fault, he is constantly running around attending various patients. More employees should be hired or scheduling should be different.

Don’t go there if you have Covid symptoms they say go to Altamed- if you have Optum go to Optum urgent care in Pasadena at fair oaks and bellefontaine

This clinic is amazing. Friendly staff, they are all very efficient. I went in I got out didn’t wait a long period of time. They staff me beers at this clinic made me feel very welcomed they saw me as a patient and not as number. I will highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

The Physician Assistant is amazing. The staff works hard, fast and do their best to help patients.

On a Monday morning in November, I drove to Concentra medical center to do a drug test. The place is easy to find. The medical office is located in the back of the office building. I arrived at 8am and was 3rd person in line. The receptionist was cordial and gave me paperwork to fill. In the waiting room, the chairs are 6 feet apart and sanitizer everywhere. Finally my name was called and the nurse led me to a station in front of bathroom. I filled up the cup and initial some paperwork and I was done like 10min. It was very fast.

My experience with Concentra Urgent Care was very nice they were professional and courteous. The doctor made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. It was convenient for me because my job was just around the corner. I also got xrayed, therapy and was able to get my meds all in one building. I was very happy with my care I feel really good. Thank you to all that helped in my recovery.

I’m waiting here for over 3 hrs, too much .. if you guys have any value for your time .. don’t come here

Everyone at the therapy Dept. is awesome. Chris, does acupuncture and is so friendly and very professional. His avocado dip is really tasty. I enjoy my sessions with him. Gloria is also very friendly and helpful with my therapy. Érica and René always greet me with a smile. Marissa is so knowledgeable. They all have great customer service and really care for their clients. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Dr Harris is awesome doctor (10/10) but I’m disappointed that the office never did what they promised me is to email me my physical exam result (2/10). The blood pressure machine gave false readings!!! I don’t have high blood pressure !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

The Concentra in El Monte us very professional, the young lady at the front with the super cute short bob haircut was EXTRA SPECTACULAR, dont remember her name but she was organized and kept the front lobby ORGANIZED AND MOVING IN A TIMELY MANNER. the office was clean, and professional looking.

Staff was really nice and welcoming and services were done fast. I went in for a pre employment physical, drug screening, and TB test.

I went there to get my shots I didn’t really wait to long staff was nice and helpful :)

Had to go in for a physical and it was pretty quick. Only issue they had was when they wanted me to fill out a survey it never sent to my phone. But luckily I had done the survey the night before on my phone so it was already uploaded.

A very comfortable experience even though I had a lot of tests to take. The staff were very professional. A+

Everyone was very friendly, I felt the staff was covid conscious and that made me feel very safe to be in the clinic. The wait time was shorter then I expected. The girl who took me back was very professional and helpful. Overall it was a great visit and if needed I would definitely come back to this location.

I had a physical for my new job about two weeks ago. Arrived when they were about to close on a Friday (I know how dare I do that LOL) but I told the lady working in the front how important it was to get this done. She spoke to her manager and the doctor and they agreed to see me and where all very nice. I wish I remembered their names to say thank you but I started my job this week!

The doctors are good and efficient. It’s the wait times at Concentra that are always a long time. This time I waited for 45 minutes with that being said I have no idea what’s going on back there and I didn’t have an appt.

The Receptionist was great, but the wait was to long! Then my co-worker & I had to the swabbing for covid-19 outside did not like that at all, it was a little embarrassing people watching you swab your nostrils outside!😠

Therapists were great. Concentra doctors just make you go through the motions so you get some workers comp. They dont really treat whats at the core of your malice or illness in any significant way. But I believe thats part of the flawed system where the doctors happen to have to work.

They wouldnt let me make an appropriate because it was a physical for work. I arrived about 5 min after they opened. There were about 10 people waiting. The waiting room filled up quickly and I was left to wait for about 2hrs for and appointment that lasted no more than 10 min. There has to be a better system. It doesnt make sense that they wont take appointments for work physicals. And during this covid time, appointments would make sense so people arent waiting endlessly in a crowded waiting room for their name to be called at random.

I was not impressed with the facility. I went in for a pre-employment physical and TB skin test.1. There was no hand sanitizer by the entrance. For a clinic, I would feel more comfortable knowing patients had clean hands2. There were very few people in the waiting lounge. However, I waited over 20 mins in the lounge and then after some prelim tests (TB injection, blood pressure, weight and height measurement), I waited in a room for 40 minutes for the Dr to come in only to have me do some stretches.3. The facility does not take appointments

The front Receptionist in the El Monte site was very rude to multiple patients in different occasions. One receptionist in particular has horrible customer service when dealing with people when they would come in. When I called to make an appointment that same receptionist was rude over the phone. People like that should not have the privilege in working in the medical field in serving the community.

Staff was attentive with my needs and helped me accordingly.

Came in with orders for some pre-employment testing 10 minutes after opening. Front desk seemed understaffed as there was only one person handling all the check-in and phone calls meanwhile lobby was full and check-in line was up to 5 people deep. It took almost 2 hours just for the collection of one blood test and one urine test. Staff was somewhat friendly and facilities were clean. I would definitely try another local urgent care before giving this one another try.

I had gotten my hand crushed at work and was sent here for treatments and therapy. From the kind & helpful doctors and nurses in the clinic downstairs, to the people (*old middle school friend 😁) at the front desk upstairs and the reassuring therapy personnel that always went that extra mile to make sure I got better. Id like to tell you all thank you soo very much. Since I was a bit worried about my hand not knowing the full extent of the damage but from day one and on that worry I had went away thanks to you all. Im happy with everything that was done here to help me. Again Thank you soo much.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I ways feel good after my sessions. My therapist always work on the areas most needed and sends me home with good excercises.

Being that Im here once a week for dcfs, the staff at concentra are definitely focused on doing their job and getting their clients in and out. Clean environment is plus.

I have often been assigned to do language interpreting at this clinic, and the staff, parking availability, location and hours of operation are excellent. I also do Spanish interpreting for the chiropractor, acupuncturist and physical therapist on the second floor of the same building. Everyone is very helpful and eager to be of assistance to anyone else. If you ever encounter any challenges within the clinic, please ask for Tony, he’s the administrator, and he is never too busy to hear and address any question, suggestion and/or concern you may have.

I really appreciate how efficient this clinic is. Its small, there are only a few people there at a time, and staff is friendly. My Covid test took 5 minutes and I was out the door!

Its been very good with my care and i been receiving great treatment to be able to move forward with no problems .The physical Therapy treatment is really being very helpful with my pain . If I could give them no star I would. It was absolutely the worst experience in my life. It was death in your family. I got there at 1230 today for an x ray and left today at 345. How the heck do they keep a license. I will never go back there and I have therapy to attend. Ill find another one or just past on therapy thats how bad it was. They actually expect me to go back for a follow up. Ill rather Die!!!

I was directed to this clinic for pre-employment physical. Everyone was so nice and professional and efficient I was in and out in about a hour including what time. Great staff! I hate getting a TB test and the technician did a fantastic job.

Customer service right off the bat was horrible. I arrived and felt as if my mere presence was a nuisance. The lady at the front desk seemed completely disinterested even as I told her Goodmorning. I was there to receive a COVID-19 test for work and I did not look forward to getting a giant Q tip jammed up my nostril so I was anxious and nervous, everyone seemed to be over their day even if it was 9 am. Maybe i caught them on a bad day but my experience was not the best.

Came in after 3 people at 8 am. Took 2 hours to wait for a 5 minute vaccine. Took so long that the desk girl had to give me my vaccine. My other visits were fluid and fast. Don’t know what happened today. Very miserable, was late for work.

The staff go above and beyond to take care if you. Everyone from the front office to the docs were so nice and friendly. The wait was not too bad considering the amount of patients that were there.

Went in for a drug test for a new job. They don’t have seat covers and their drug test restroom is filthy. I hope I never have to return to this place for service. Ever!

I wish I could give 0 star if has that option. Very bad experience over there. Waiting for 3 hours over there. If I didn’t call or ask them, they wouldn’t call me for further step. Too much unnecessary working process which they could have ask pt to finish at once. And I could not see as busy as they could forget the pt that day.
