I got there with a very strong pain I had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. I was in the room waiting for the nurses had to approach the doctor to see me. He was watching his computer and writing without helping me. In the end he gave me my prescription so I would go to the pharmacy the worst of all that he did not do well and could not give me the pills to soothe the pain. I went back to the clinic to claim him and the answer the nurse gave me that the doctor has not taken all the courses so he does not know. Its the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. Im in shock...

I will never recomend anybody to come to this ugly place ,i was pregnant and they gave wrong blood test wich it said i was positive i felt so bad so i had a miscarriage the same day !! After that i went to another clinic and they said is not true you are totally fine !! I have my kids after that they are so stupid they dont know they job !!

The Manager in the office is unable to communicate in English. They were very rude

If I have sth like less then 1 star, I will put it in here 0 star. I called for appt they said today 04/03 9am. When I stepped in I saw like 6 people already there and all of them have same appt with me at 9am. And office only have 1 female Doctor, and receptionist were so rude, didnt even get things done, and keep talking, laughing and eating and playing around. And I had to check so many times then they took me in at 10.30am and have me wait there for another 1 hour. and check sth and BLOOD TEST DONE At 1pm. So total time I spent 4hours. That with me pushing, otherwise will be much longer. And the guy came late paying CASH, they took him in right away and left before all of us waiting from 9am. First time, and also last time I go back there. TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE ANYONE TIME. And the office looked dirty inside. Felt not good to get all the tests. Not even sure if the test results come out correctly.

Do not go to this clinic! Dr. Carmencita Llado is the worst doctor I have ever had. After one of my labs came back positive she refused to go into detail on how to treat it. Not to say that it was a FALSE positive. Their labs are outdated and gave me the wrong result. They use an in house lab called Lab All Inc. which uses outdated equipment. I went to 2 other doctor for 2nd opinions and the same test came back negative both times (one of the labs used for the second opinion was Quest Diagnostics which is highly trusted). This meant that Dr. Carmencita gave me the WRONG results and for over a week I thought I had a terrible disease. Please do not go to this clinic for your own good! I would give no stars if it was possible.

Avoid this place at all cost. Easily the worst costumer service in any medical field I have ever experience. Each visit will take about 2 hours; there is a one hour wait every time I arrive to my appointment. Ive been hung up on multiple times while speaking with the receptionist. If you ask them to fax something it will take multiple calls, reminders and even an office visit to get it done - Im speaking through experience. Im seriously so frustrated and fed up with this place and will be leaving this place after being a patient for 2 years. Im willing to make the longer drive to receive better service. Avoid this place like the plague.

Its been over a month since they put in a request so I can see a cardiologist and they still havent gotten back to me. Ive called my insurance and they have said that they havent received any peauthorization request from them! This is ridiculous! I am very upset!

Service here is just horrible and none of the staff dont know how to do their job at all always asking me if Im a new patient been coming here for about 2 years...I have no choice but to stick to this sucky clinic cause its walking distance from my house

My appointment was at 12:30 pm and I was called at 3:00 PM after that I wait for another hour in the room for the Dr to see me!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠 very disappointed!

They have treated me medically with a lot of professionalism and in less than a week they have treated me better than in any other clinic !! Congratulations and thanks for your excellent attention !!! God bless you

Wait two hours in the waiting room and another 2 hours for the doctor to see you ... they make you pay everything and since everything is paid they tell you that the exams are for different days and even weeks! First appointment $ 40 and the follow-up is 25 for each one that gives you your results !!!

Please dont go to this clinic, the staff is very incompetent especially the receptionist. The wait is ridiculous, they assign you an hour and they do not attend you hours later. They never call you to confirm appointments. They are not professional at all and make older people sign papers without explaining their content. Nobody has ethics in that place.

It is the worst service they have, they take longer than the general hospital, the employees who are in front are bitter, they have a very bad attitude, they get more into the novels that are happening, they had to turn off their television and look for more information on how to serve the client. I paid for a consultation and they suggested me some exams that also pay them, then they suggested that I will return for the results and when I return they will charge me again for another consultation to give me the results being that I had already paid. In addition, the waiting room smells bad, the ceiling looks like the water penetrates, so everything looks dripping

The worst of the worst is the cervicio.
