Rude staff and they do not help customers at all. Please avoid going to this store.

The pharmacy staff at CVS are great. They try to get you in and out as fast as they can. I’ve been coming for years and have never ever had a problem. They might be short staffed but they get us in and out. Thank you CVS pharmacy on Merced and Garvey you don’t get the credit you deserve but your all awesome. Thank you for all you guys do.

Please check your packages when you buy stuff . My husband bought me a box of chocolates. And when I opened the box part of the wrapping plastic was missing and the chocolate box had missing chocolates. So I tossed away the chocolate box. Just check the stuff you buy there.

Their pharmacy is very unprofessional, called about a service they said they provided online and when I called to ask about it they hung up and had no answers. I called a second time and they had me on hold for about 15 minutes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLUELESS PHARMACY. Get your prescriptions somewhere else.

Never had a problem with them. Most of time my Doctors ad raff is not getting back to them for refills. Staff members very helpful. Been using CVS in El Monte 9920 E Harvey for 20+yrs. Has taken care of me and my Friend.

A dark skinned woman not even in proper uniform didn’t accept my drivers to buy alcohol because I look young. Seriously it’s a valid Id I even showed her my previous id . Pathetic.

They recently remodeled the store, looks nicer now, pharmacy is little slow, be prepared to wait half hour to 45 minutes.

All the good prices are with cvs card and too much people on cashier line for think about get one.I rather to drive to wallgrens that manages better prices even without wallgrens card
