3 times I have been to this place (15 mins before my appointment time as they advise), my waiting times: 3 hours, 2.5 hours, 1.5 hours. All that waiting just to have a doctor talk to you for 3 minutes. If you have any other options for your dental related issues, take it and do not go to this place.

Worst. Dental practice. Ever.Worst dentist office Ive experienced - and Ive been to >10 dental offices in 7 states!* Required to sign an Arbitration agreement before treatment - that should have been the flag to make me walk out.* Dishonest, money-grabbing: They refused to give me the regular preventative cleaning covered by my insurance, instead charging me $53 deductible for their more expensive “stage 2” cleaning, which turned out to be the shortest, least thorough cleaning Ive ever had!* Excessive number of dental X-rays. The first person to take my X-rays seemed inexperienced, so a 2nd more experienced person had to subject me to another round of unnecessary radiation. I hope I dont get mouth cancer.* Long wait: I arrived 2:25 for 2:30 appt, wasnt seen until 3:20* At 2:40, they let someone for a 3:00 appt ahead of me while I finished paperwork, made me wait until 3:20* Phone call on hold for > 50 min. I hung up, called again, and the same person answered right away. They just left their on hold customers.Worst. Dental practice. Ever.

The customer service here is beyond HORRIBLE, they literally pick the phone up and hang up on the customers. I was late two payments (still paid both times) and I was sent to collections. After I paid to get out of collections they requested more money to have me start being seen. Horrible, Money hungry company! they need a whole new staff of people who actually VALUE the customers, they are so rude and feel like they dont have to help you! Never again!!! Do not go here, go to WOW smiles or Smile Direct club, I wish I knew about those two ahead of time.

There was an accounting error and I was OVERCHARGED about $2,000 for my braces. The office was taking reimbursements from my insurance and not counting it towards my balance. I noticed the error and brought it up to the office. The workers here told me I need to wait until I get my braces off so they can “audit” the account and then “corporate will decide if we refund you or we refund your insurance.” This is ridiculous. My balance was under $2,000 and they cashed in around $4,000 between my insurance and me. Before then, I had paid around $3,000 already.I’ve also been waiting for my 11:00AM appointment. Right now it is 11:32AM and was told it would be another 20 minutes wait.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They are patient with explaining procedures and paperwork, thoroughly answer questions, and laugh a good amount.My only complaint is things can be a little slow sometimes but once things get started theyre very efficient.

It was a great experience going back to the dentist. I was in and out quick. Had my cleaning done and felt great after the session. The site is safe and clean and the doctors and staff follow safety protocols on top of being accommodating and helpful.

I got there around 2:40 when my appointment was at 3. At 3:15 they sat me in the dental chair to check me out, she left me till around 3:40. She finally looked in my mouth and said i have 1 cavity because i havnt been to a dentist in over 1.5 years. They told my parents that i had six cavities and will have to come back for another checkup. Im only 15 but this is by far the worst dentist office i have ever been to.

The receptionist are rude . They double book appointments & give none existing appointments! They tell you to be there 15min early just to make you wait 4 almost 3hrs for something simple! The lady dentist seems to be practicing 😬on people..My appointments went so wrong each time bad service n I left upset n disappointed. I would give it zero stars but I can’t. So I gave it a one star even though they don’t deserve it at all. My daughter had an appointment at 2:30. She checked in at 2:08 and they called her at 2:45 to go in. She sat in the dentist chair for over 2 hours and nobody did her treatment at all. They ignored her as if she wasn’t there. They don’t care about your time or the patients. They only care about getting paid. I was very frustrated because they wasted my time. The only way to prove my words is to check the security cameras. They moved on to people after my daughter and just left her sitting there. THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!

Very poor service and unfriendly staffs now.. We used to go there many years ago, the service was good and the staffs was friendly, not anymore. Please dont go there anymore. I rather pay more $$ and go somewhere else. My husband has an appt at 12pm and the lady told us we have to wait for 2 hours. This is ridiculous. Arrived at 9am waiting in an outdoor line for 35-45 mins, then was given the run around to update my provider on my insurance. your associates were rude and tried to shuck me off and threatened to cancel my appointment even though I explained that I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in office prior to my appointment to make the update and the call center is very unhelpful, and even hung up on me. After doing the footwork and straightening that out. I was told I would receive a call for when the doctor was ready to see me and to wait in my car. Their were children and mothers who didn’t have cars and had to wait in the cold. But after waiting an hour and a half I left and finally received a cal at 12:40pm almost 4 hours after my appointment time before advising the associate I will not be returning. This office obviously over books and has no sympathy.

Ive been going to the dentist for years and this is the WORST dental office Ive ever been to! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt even after reading all of the bad reviews but I should have listened. They completely wasted my time on 2 separate occasions.First I had an appt at 4 PM. Got there 10 mins before my appt and filled out the paperwork since it was my first visit at that office. Didnt get called back until 4:45! Then they had the nerve to say they would only be able to do x-rays and I would have to schedule another appt to come back and review them. So I made another appt.Came back for my second appt at 10AM (on time). Literally didnt get called back until 10:50!!! Others in the lobby came in after me and were called back before me! Once I was called back, the dentist literally sat with me for 10 mins, offered options and told me I had to make another appt to come back for service since they were full for the day. I went back out into the lobby and waited to speak with someone at the front desk about making another appt but she was too busy on the phone to tend to people waiting in the lobby. I literally waited for 15 mins before I just decided to walk out. A COMPLETE waste of time and I will never return to this office!

I tried to call the office number to explain the situation, was transferred and put on hold for 20 minutes, then someone else answered, and when I asked if there was a customer service department, he said he could help. My mom visited and came home very happy after her visit with Dr. Totah. She’s been through it all in terms of dentists, so her being happy about her visit is telling. Dr. Totah made her feel like she was at home in a busy environment. she left satisfied and said it’s 5 star dental service - the dentist is very honest and he is thorough. The staff in front was pleasant, and although there’s a slight wait, my mom was very pleased with service overall. I had to write a review because I wasn’t sure how it would go after reading all the other reviews here.

I had my very first appointment today at this El Cerrito WD location. The young lady that helped me when I first walked in at 9:40 am was very nice and polite. I was told to fill out paperwork and I only waited a few minutes until they called me saying I was ready to be seen for my 10 am app. I was given mouth wash and told to gargle for 20 secs in the Mens restroom. I have OCD and the very first thing I noticed was the bathroom was kind of dirty, also half the trash was on the floor and not in the trash can. Then I walked up to the sink to wash out my mouth and there was a splash of blood on the lower right side of the mirror. That immediately threw me off and gave me a bad alert. That is absolutely highly unacceptable in any Dentist Facility with no exceptions whatsoever. The nurse Jessica that helped me did an amazing job helping me and taking my X-rays. Her customer service is a 5/5 by far. After Jessicas part of helping me was over, I was seated in the patients chair where I felt the wait time to be seen by the Dentist was very long. Ive never had to wait such a long time at any other Dentist that Ive been to before. I also didnt know they would only do an exam of the work I needed to be done with my teeth and they would have to send in the requests to see if my insurance will cover the work. I thought at least they would have cleaned my teeth for me after being told my insurance does cover having your teeth cleaned. Now I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks. But that is a very long time to wait to have my teeth cleaned so I will have to go to a different Dentist.

I arrived at 3:45 PM because I knew there would be a wait process because of the precautions we have to take with COVID-19 which allows 2 clients inside at a time. I didn’t have to wait too long, I got to the front desk checked in, and automatically went to the back to have my temperature checked, then was prompt to rinse my mouth with the mouthwash and have a seat. I was greeted by my doctor by name, which made me feel like I matter, we held a quick conversation about the holiday while walking to the work station, he walked me through the steps of what we will be completing with my braces. The assistant that placed my rubber bands on was sweet and kind made sure my wire was not poking me before leaving at 430 PM I can say this was a nice dental trip.

I went to this Western Dental place in March 2021 and I was told by the doctor that need teeth cleaning and the front desk stuff told me the price would be $2500 and I asked if my insurance would cover it but I was told it would not cover it so I left. I called my insurance, and the they told me it covers for the cost 100 percent, I then immediately called Western Dental at El Cerrito, and this time they said yes it covers it and they told me they need to file for payment authorization and it would takes up to 6 weeks to get it approved and they took a copy of my insurance card. I came back after 2 months, told them I havent heard anything back from them and they said the lady who helped you last time was FIRED and we need to take copy of your insurance again I said okay and gave them insurance card again so that they can make a copy of it. I came back after 2 months for the 3rd time and told them I havent heard anything back from them, guess what THEY GAVE THE SAME EXCUSE LIKE LAST TIME, THEY SAID THE LADY YOU TALKED TO LAST TIME WAS FIRED AND WE NEED TO DO THIS AGAIN and IT WAS THE SAME PERSON WHO SAID THAT and when I confronted them with the truth they HUNG UP ON ME.

Showed up, waited about 15 minutes. Got called in and immediately got to cleaning my teeth. Fabio was my hygienist and he worked fast and efficiently. There was minimal pain, but nothing I couldnt handle. Staff was great and friendly! It does get busy though and they are doing their best.

My first initial visit, I was there for 7 hours due to whatever they had going on, overbooked, under staffed or whatever but after my initial visit I’ve been in and out no long waiting periods or anything. My last app was 10am I needed a tooth extraction, bone grafting to prep for implants and I was out of there by 11:20 so that was ok. The service is good and staff are all nice and I’ve even recommended a friend.

They are helping 4-5 patients at a given time and their services are given with pleasant understanding and compassion. Your personal opinions matter to them. Inexperienced staff, you have to literally wait over 3 hours just to get your teeth cleaned. Absolutely incapable staff, their rude, and very slow even when they’re not busy. If you come here be ready to have to way over 3+ hours just waiting.... and they only spent 10minutes cleaning my teeth!! Only one dentist is working in general while 3 dentists are working in braces. They’re here to make money. They don’t care about the patients with insurance. I had an appointment at 10am it’s 11:50 and I’m still waiting when people after me were getting attended. This was for my 4year old and children get impatient. My son started crying he wanted to go home which is when Finally someone decided to help us. Why schedule an appointment if they don’t attend you when there supposed to. The clinic is not bad, neither the doctor the only problem is the people working in the front desk, they really need to work in how communicate with the patient, I had an appointment at 12:00pm waiting almost 2 hours when I came to asked them how much longer do I have to wait, they told me one more hour or they would take me out the sistem. If they dont know how to do their job, shouldnt be working there.

I have not even set one foot in this office and I have a bad feeling about this place already. I first tried making an appointment online and according to the instructions you would get an email for confirmation. Of course there was an error so I went to make another online appointment and still no confirmation email. I decided to call the office and make an old fashioned appointment the next day. I dont recall the name of the young man who helped me but boy I tell you asking for money for one of their dental packages already knowing what I needed would be covered at 100% and then asking to make a $1.00 payment towards my charges. I told him I dont have a dollar and we continued to make the appointment. Appointment made at about 11:00 am. I got there too early. My appointment is for 3:45 so I just sit in my car. Get out a few minutes before my time and theyre not even open. There is another customer waiting as well. We see the handwritten note on the door staying the office is closed and still reopen tomorrow at 8:00am. I call the office phone number and I guess it switched over to another answering service a and I was told by the young lady on the phone that the office is open and I told her no its not. Im standing at the front door and its locked. She says to me to hold on, I need to talk to my supervisor. She gets back on the phone saying her supervisor says the number office is open.,I mean damn. I just told her it was closed. I go ahead and make another appointment. Not need even sure Im gonna go.Wouldnt you call your clients and let them know the office is closed? Unless there was something hazardous or power outage I could understand. But, every other so in that little strip mall is open. Sounds like they dont care about their patients.Finding a dentist that you feel comfortable with is already hard. There are so many things to consider as well. Do they take your insurance? Do they have the service you need?Im glad I read these reviews, thats for sure.

(OVER 1H WAIT after they are ready to take you in) Showed up for my appointment at 11:30am, the lady put me in the system and called me at noon saying they were ready for me. X-rays took 5 minutes then i was waiting on the dentist chair for 30 minutes waiting for someone to start my cleaning until i got up, walked back to the reception and asked for a doctor. Found a lady who claimed she was gonna do the work on me hanging out in there then she brought me back to the chair and took a look around and then walked me to the reception to sing a document. I waited another 25 minutes to sign this document (which was never brought to me). Over 1 HOUR HAS PASSED AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT THE CLEANING. I waited until 1:10pm then got up and asked for my money back after watching my doctor changing clothes and walking out of the premises (lunch break maybe?) The with Marthas (front desk) outstanding cooperation i was able to get my $141 back and walked out of there by 1:20pm. They are deeply understaffed and i dont recommend this place at all!

I want to know, how hard is it to fill in a cavity? How hard? I don’t know what ya’ll was drilling, but it wasnt my cavity. I went here to get my cavity fixed, and you guys didnt fix it. But even after I told your staff that I had a cavity, she said “No you dont”, it wasnt until i said i had pain that she took me seriously. And isnt it your job to detect cavities anyways? Thanks to you guys, I wasted my time, money, and im still in pain. Not to mention my cavity has gotten worse because you couldnt do your job right? This is by far the most unprofessional dental place ever. Twice I had to reschedule because the staff fail to do their job right. I was told Western Dental would work with my work insurance and even gave them my correct phone number since (It was given to them wrong the first time) this was a work-related injury to front teeth. The young lady on the front desk called me a few hours before my scheduled appointment saying they couldn’t get a hold of work insurance (it’s a Saturday) I can’t do anything about it until Monday- claims she left me a message on a Wednesday and guess what.. she called the wrong number again and claims I deliberately gave her my wrong number.. at that point I had enough so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Maybe folks need more training or hire and properly train your people. I mean this in the most honest way.. people need to be retrained or let go. It’s hurting their business badly.

Plain and simple. The first and last time I ever visit a Western Dental office anywhere. I do not care if they offering a free visit. Two things that stand out poor time management, wasted a lot of time my time and poor quality of work for a teeth cleaning. Never have I been to a dentist office where I experienced such a case. I can’t believe how the appointments work here, I had appointment on Monday at 4pm and was I have to wait one hour and a half, I’m back here and it’s Thursday with 12pm appointment, it’s 1:14pm and I’m still waiting to see the dr, the worst appointment I ever had so far in any clinic, I won’t recommend it for my worst enemies, and you might end up pulling your teeth out if you came here with tooth pain.The only reason I came to this place and still waiting cus i know one of the drs and want him to be my dr, but seems this won’t be the case here

I would give 5 stars if the wait wasnt hours and hours for a pre scheduled appointment. Everyone was very nice and professional but I feel for the staff they are juggling so many people and on top of that even more people. They can only do so much in 1 day and they are visibly stretched thin for the amount of patients they are getting on a daily basis. A great place overall just a bit of wait. They overly charge everything. 8,000 dollars for braces that ruined my teeth more than fixed. My teeth are now all uneven and crooked. The wait is hour and hour. I call to make an appointment over something they messed up in my mouth and its been an hr on hold. One star is too good for them. I would recommend any other dental, this place is the worst place one can possibly bring their family. Oh and I have a question, can I switch orthodontists? Like I just dont want to be a patient here ever again.

I took my great grandson to western dental for braces, they did the braces and when they took them off he still had an overbite and gaps between his teeth they gave him a retainer that they said didn’t fit (I don’t know why they give it to him if it didn’t fit in the first place, I didn’t know they told him this until later, he was 15 at the time.). The retainer broke, I took him to a real orthodontist, he said they call then the butcher shop and that he was not finished and needed braces and that his teeth would be ruined if not fixed. I paid over five thousand dollar and have to pay another five thousand to get his teeth the way they are supposed to be after braces. DO NOT GO THERE.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the wait time was to long on my 1st visit I was there 4hrs and only received xrays and today 10/25/19 when I got my teeth extracted it took a little while to get started but when they started they were amazing and the staff was extremely nice.

I was seen today and after an hour wait I was told I could only be seen for an X-ray and not my scheduled tooth pain appointment. About 10 minutes later I was called and escorted by an older Indian male (not sure of his name) I waited another 10 minutes in the X-ray room before he came by and told me it’d be another 4 minutes. It was 6, then he came in without washing his hands, put on gloves and started putting together a kit. I asked if the kit was going in my mouth and he answered yes. I let him know he’s supposed to wash his hands before putting on gloves (gel is fine too) then he said sorry and went to wash his hands. He came back and I asked if he’d replace the tools, going in my mouth, that he touched with dirty gloves. He said oh I think it’s okay and I said no can you get a new one, there were couple right on the side of us and again he said no it’s okay. I got up and left, this is unacceptable in the medical/dental field and establishments should be taking extra precautions at this time. I reported this to the manager Ana

I have been using this office for years now and Im now transferring to another one. But, these few years here were great. The dentist understood my situation and made compromises just to suit my needs. Sure, the wait times are long but they do a good job on your teeth in exchange. I would recommend this place to those who live in the area or lacking funds to afford the dentist.

The wait time here is unimaginable and appointment time does not make sense at all. My appointment time was late by 2 hours and after x rays etc, the Dr. has recommended that my teeth should be cleaned first, I requested him to fill in the small teeth where it was painting, but he refused instead want me to do the cleaning and he told me if he ever did the filling then it is not going to stay long. It is sad he does not care whether it is paining or not but doing what is good for him. My wife had the same problem and wanted to do the small filling which was paining too instead recommended for a deep cleaning costing her 2k. This morning went to receptionist if I have any chances of fixing my teeth where it was paining by having a small filling, but they suggested that since Dr has suggested for a clean they could not give me a appointment for filling so, I decided that I discontinue going to this dentistry, it makes no sense to me. I had to leave disappointed as cleaning is not covered by insurance and cleaning does not help relieve my pain. I did all the x rays just for nothing. It is very bad experience in my life.

This place is the worst: get ready to spend 5 hours waiting for your appointment minimum. Enjoy listening to the TV and the radio at the same time in the waiting room for those 5 hours. My dentist, despite me telling her many times, could not tell me what she was going to do during our appointment, randomly drilling my teeth without warning. Some of the office people and assistants were fine and tried to make up for my inconsiderate dentist, but she wouldnt help. And if they arent able to process a payment, for any reason, get ready for ten calls a day, and then after youve paid them off completely, 3 calls a day. And when you call their corporate office to complain, they tell you they have NO CONTROL OVER THE AUTOMATED CALL BACK SYSTEM!?! SO EVEN IF YOU PAY THEM OFF COMPLETELY, THEY DONT STOP CALLING!!! Dont go here. Dont give these people your money; the company that runs them is awful, they take forever and their dentists cant even be bothered to tell you what they are going to do; AVOID THIS PLACE!

I had a consultation with one of their dentists and treatment was decided to be two crowns. I kept trying to make an appointment for months, but they kept telling me my insurance hadnt yet approved the treatment. I was there on Tuesday, they told me they would have one of their techs call my insurance and find out what the hold up was. They promised to call me back that day or the next day. I followed up today, Friday and they had no answers for me. I was on hold for over an hour and a half, only to be told the manager was very busy, but they would give her a note. I called my insurance myself and they told me that they hadnt received any paper work from Western Dental....OMG. Not only that, but even if they had gotten the paperwork in, the crowns recommended by my dentist are not covered by Denti Cal. The Denti Cal rep was pretty confused, she said there was no need for approval. My original consultation was 4 months ago! I stopped by 3 times in between to make my appointment. I just booked an appointment with a different dentist. Ill have to start from scratch, but already they were super friendly on the phone, competent, and after being on hold for over an hour and a half to get no answers over and over again, starting from scratch seems like the best strategy.

DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS OFFICE!This place is the absolute definition of terrible customer service. My husband as been trying for at least a month and a half to get a quote to get some dental work done. After weeks of missed promises of a call back, he finally decided to go there in person and ask for one. Only to be told that theres only ONE person whos allowed to print out quotes, and thats shes too busy to come out and talk. What kind of customer service is this?!At this point, my husband and I will be escalating this to their corporate office, and choosing another office all together. This office is an embarrassment to this company, and the company itself seems to have little care.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were all very sweet and helpful. Why 4 stars? My appt was 1:30 I wasnt seen until 3:30. Thisbissue needs to be addressed, people work and have school. These wait times defeat the purpose of an appointment.Update***After wasting my time calling 4 times a lady named Alejandra finally took my call to make me waste more time and do absolutely nothing. These people have a hard time understanding the difference between an Appointment system and Walk-in system. We had an appointment and the front-desk staff told us that there might a wait of around 2 hours considering the paperwork and six patients ahead of us...seriously... why even bother making an appointment when all they actually have is a more like waiting list based on the time of arrival...on top of that, they said, Oh everyone has an appointment..well heres a solution - Dont make all appointments within an hour when it takes an hour to handle one patient...

I got my braces on Wednesday and my assistant Stacey was so sweet and nice. She explained everything and all the process that she was going to do. If I could give her more stars I would :) She calmed me down because I was nervous about the pain that I was going to receive after. She told me that I was going to be okay and she explained how to brush my teeth and what to eat I really appreciate the time and effort she took on my teeth to get me started for braces. She did not rush me or rush her self on my treatment to get me to leave she took her time and I really appreciate that (:

I went to check hole in my tooth they insisted more cavities. They have a very terrible time management. I waited more than 2-3 hours on my each visit. I did put crown in my teeth and till now it’s sensitive and can’t chew nothing.The dentist put me the numbing agent and left me for more than half an hour and goes to treat the other patient.Now I’m calling to talk bout the teeth and noone picks of the phone. I wouldn’t recommend y’all to go here.

I really do not recommend this location, my experience was the following one, in the first place I waited 4 hours before entering supposedly they were delayed because the scanner was not working while I was waiting I realized that people did not stop arriving my point is that they are trying to give service To too many people I think they are doing it as a lucrative business where the goal is to schedule appointments and charge customers regardless of the service that the interns receive in my second and last because I will never return to start the implant process the first thing I would do the Doctor of Name Chao I would do an oral cleaning enter the room where I wait 1 more hour and suddenly I arrive Docto running as if I had to finish his homework and started cleaning my teeth as fast as if I was a man who does not feel pain he was using the tool called drill he got stuck in my temple What makes me upset twice is that I dont wonder if I would be sensitive to pain, usually the dental clinics asks their clients if they are successible to the pain so to put a little gel anesthesia on him but he didnt do it I felt a lot of pain and I had a raid attack I would like to give it 0 stars but the system doesnt let me do it.

I would give zero stars if I could.I went to this office and was told I could wait for the dentist but he may not return from lunch in time to see me. When I asked the staff when he would return they said they had no idea. What kind of an appointment system is that?I made the appointment OVER a MONTH IN ADVANCE! I was told to make an appointment at a different office. I made another appointment at an office in SF, AGAIN OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE, with the same result. These offices overbook appointments and tell patients they dont care about wasting the customers time. The appointments I made were follow up appointments that were recommended by the doctor. Terrible service, I wasted over $40 in transportation cost just to sit in a waiting room and not be seen. These so called doctors had no problem taking my $400 a month payment for surgery!

I have never seen a money making dental office in my life until i went to this clinic. All i wanted was a three teeth partial denture that can fill in the gaps of my mouth. The denture cost $ 150.00. But they will force you to get all these treatment to get, that would cost a couple of thousand , which i dont think has anything to do with the partial denture i wanted . Asked them if they can put it in writing that it can not be done unless i agreed to the treatment they want me to get . But refused to give me . It was like going to a tire shop to get a new tire and have them balance . They wont unless they work on your whole suspension .What a racket ! Watch out for these people .

I can almost deal with the outrageous wait times for general dentistry. The orthodontics is a whole different experience. But the upselling they do before they will do any dental work is criminal. Most of the people who come here have financial difficulty and they are charged exorbitant amounts. Every one in my family has been told we need the deep cleaning before they do anything else. This happens to cost 1,000.00 and is just a basic longer cleaning (yes we fell for it once.) They wont fill cavities or clean your teeth unless you have this done. It is a huge scam. Went to another dentist and was told this didnt need to be done. Rip off and borderline criminal.

Management will consistently over book pre-scheduled appointments. Expect to wait a couple hours. Every time Ive had an appointment, I have wait times ranging 1 hour - 5 hours after the scheduled time. Once, I was booked for an ortho appointment on a day when no orthodontists where in the office. Another time, I waited so long for my dentist appointment that while in a *patient* chair waiting for a teeth cleaning, the dentist walked over and said she wouldnt get to me because they were already closing (the wait time was 4 hours). After a lot of back and forth, the doctor agreed to stay late and do the cleaning.The staff here is really spread too thin and tries their best under trying circumstances. Western Dental overbooks to ensure max profits and does not care how long you have to wait or wether your medical needs are met; they have a profit model, not a health model. Overbooking will always cause long wait times, overwhelmed staff, low-quality healthcare, miscommunication, and mistakes.This company has also called me claiming Im behind on payments a couple of times. When I assure Ive paid (I have proof) and ask them to check again, they magically find my payments. BE CAREFUL.If you can afford it, I recommend you go somewhere else.
