Was told to go figure it out by the front person when I was just confused. Was lied by the hairdresser about how clipper is not allowed on children based on Supercuts corporate policy however we have gotten more than 4 same haircuts at other Supercut locations. Was stared at weirdly by both workers when I am just asking a question. Worst haircut place ever.

I booked a appointment and called for confirmation for hair color and once i got there the time i booked and called. She told me she couldnt do it! I wasted my time and money on getting there for no reason and the audacity to have an attitude with me when i had a reason to be upset

I’ve never been to this Supercuts location But I decided to get my haircut here this one time since I live in San Francisco.Luis was very professional and for never cutting my hair in the past he’s for sure going to be cutting my hair more often now.I’ve decided I will continue to get my haircut here when ever possible. Schedule with Luis for sure!

Had to wait 40 minutes despite having an appointment. Vivian apologized for the wait and was generally quite courteous. Unfortunately she cut my hair too short -- must shorter than it was in the picture I showed her. Having to wait for a bad haircut is very frustrating.I got a decent haircut from a different woman last month (Sabita, I think). Ill be sure to specify my preferred barber next time.

Sabita is the best!!! Im very picky with my hair and she did the most amazing job with a full highlight/color correction. Icy blonde! I won’t be going anywhere else ❤️Update: went back to my girl Sabita this week and she is just an absolute gem - she takes the time to understand my hair yet works quickly and effectively. I’ve gone to SO many Ulta/Aveda/Boutique salons over the past 10 years, spent over $300+ each time and always walked out semi-disappointed. Well not anymore! I’ll be going wherever Sabita goes from now on. Blondes, this is a sign that you just uncovered a hidden gem. Supercuts, Sabita has made me a true believer in your brand and you’re lucky to have her! Ice ice baby!

I made a last minute appointment, the hairstylist was very professional, the salon was clean and she made sure I was safe!! I love my haircut.... thank you 🙏❤️

I saw the location was reopened but with no signage about requiring appointments. This morning I visited the location with an empty waiting area. Was promptly sent away because apparently you need to magically know that appointments are required. New rules are a normal thing now, but a lack of signage to alert customers of the new rules is horrible customer service. I won’t be back.

Cant believe how rude they were. Walked out. Asian lady was over worked and we got the end of it. Guy with a mowhog was evenly rude. Never again. No people service

My family and I have been going to Supercuts for years and years. We have never had a bad haircuts. Everyone there is very polite and there is great service. They give great kids haircuts also.

4 stars for Vivian. She is always on time and kind, corporate ruins it by forcing appointment times. Liked being able to go in and get out. Corporate Alene’s to provide them with a store refresher. Nice people who deserve more.

I just went for a quick trim but the staff were very patient and great knowledge about hairstyle. Good at handling equipments.

Terrible service. The people working here do not know how to handle multiple people walking in at once. I came in and put myself on the list through the app and one lady decided to take a break instead of taking me in and the other lady went ahead and took the person after me instead. All the while no communication with me. Btw I waited 20 minutes until leaving due to this.

Ive been going here from time to time for years. There is often new staff but Ive always found them competent, professional and friendly. The price is very affordable.

If I were you I would find elsewhere to go and spend your money. While Im sure there maybe some stylists who work in this location who may very well be talented people the customer service is way under par. Its odd how dismissive a person can be in one breath yet be apologetic in the next. Save insincere vacant apologies, and instead do us all a favor and give extra incentives to those who get it right and promote a culture of warmth and courtesy.Although Im guessing if I had presented with different needs I would have experienced another side to the crabby sourpuss who made sure to shake her head at me as soon as I walked in and made eye contact. Imagine my surprise as she exclaimed were closed at 5. I knew it wasnt yet five and there were TWO silken haired customers waiting...SO?!?!!?? Im no stranger to supercuts( not this particular location) and just remembered the fact that most stop accepting walk ins 15 minutes before closing... However this wasnt what either crows present were squawking about and repeating. Neither of them exhibiting behaviors close to professionalism.It takes true skill, talent and TIME to cut my precious coily,kinky hair so I get it. However I guess the two on duty 2/11/2018 arent interested in professional, clear specific communication. Ill continue to walk by when I visit El Cerrito plaza shopping in Trader Joes, Ross etc, instead of venturing in, and continue to rock with my barber. Im sure Ill find the perfect place to dye my fro.

Misses up my hair. If it wasnt Christmas Eve and most places were closed early or all together, I would had gone somewhere else.

Got a good haircut here once, unfortunately the person who did it is no longer there and the people there now are fundamentally incapable of accommodating curly hair. Be prepared for a shorter cut than you ask for.

Very bad on booking. They dont tell you that other people already booked the same time as you. Clients were arguing with the hairdresser that they could have being told on the phone that the time was already booked so they wouldnt wait for more than one hour to get they hair cut. In the end, they had booked four people at the same time and making every one upset waiting... I wasted my afternoon waiting my turn to get my hair cut when I could have being waiting at home :(

Worst experience ever! I came here few months ago right after work. I needed a haircut badly and mainly told the lady to cut as much off as long as the splint ends were gone.Well, not only did I waste time waiting for my turn while my family hung around the plaza, spent money for the cut&tip. End result, couldnt really see the work she had done since hair was still wet. As it dried off and got home I looked at the mirror still noticed splint ends and a poor hair cut.I kept my receipt since I intended to complain and ask for refund but with my busy schedule as a Mother of 3 with a full time job I had no time.I dont understand why they even have these shops open for business if all they do is rush to cut your hair, take your money!I will never go here again.
