My mom visited Magnolia Surgery Center she was over half an hour early for her appointment and was still made to wait over 2hrs to be seen. Was told when she arrived that she was first but then they took another patient ahead of her that arrived half an hour after her. When she informed front desk that she was supposed to be seen first she was told very rudely “oh well now you’re second”. The rudeness continued as she stated her frustration about the miscommunication clearly the staff does not care about the patients and they lack BASIC customer service skills. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Its an all day event. Appointment at 11:30. At 2:00 still waiting......staff is nice but seem unorganized.blamed it on computers.

All the staff was great. Except for the wait. My appointment was for 945am, I waited in bed with iv in. For over 1 1/2 hr. Before they rolled me out. I was done, around 130.

This center is very unprofessional from one staff member to the other they are highly unorganized and are uninformed. Im very disappointed they dont seem to care about thier patients welfare at all.

This place is amazing! Its very clean and well managed. The nursing staff are exceptional, ESPECIALLY Jasmine, Sandy, and Kelly. The only downside is the wait time! Try to make your appointment as early as possible.

I am very pleased with Magnolia Surgery Center, its staff, nurses and Dr Hassanein. The whole staff is very professional and informative. Dr Hassanein explained my procedure thoroughly, that made me comfortable.I was also very impressed with cleanliness and top of the line surgery center! Marta Cruz

Worst experiences ever getting a colonoscopy here didnt even help me it made things worst didnt even give me anything to heal the ulcer they found or didnt even tell me what to do to heal and it took 6 hours to get done and it also took a month for a follow-up appointment to just verify it was an ulcer
