I always have the same problem and it’s not really with the doctors it is always just the people at the front desks. They are unprofessional and hang up when I’ve been waiting on the phone for a long time. The least they could do is answer and say they are unavailable. I have been trying to make an appointment to get vaccinated and they do not seem to care. I understand they are busy but the lack respect is disappointing.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been too. As a medical professional my self the office manager does not take care of unprofessional staff. And the physician who was there instead of actually helping me with my 4 month old daughter. BASHES ME FOR BEING A BAD MOTHER AND SAID I DONT CARE FOR HER BECAUSE I GIVE HER 6 oz of food every 5 hr. Also throws papers at me. Yells at me while I’m holding my baby while my baby is sleeping and then runs badge in my face. WORST PLACE IN SAN DIEGO

I lost my appointment for biopsy simply because Dr Khayat and his team have forgotten to send the order! I canceled the surgery and rescheduled for the next month but I lost it again because The referral group didn’t submit authorization from my insurance to the imaging center. The didn’t even submit my documents to my surgeon too! They don’t care about your life at all! I swear I will hire a lawyer and will sue them !!!

Ive been a patient at the other La Mestra for over 5 years (1st St) the front staff are rude and I always waited long times even with appointments . They also screwed up my medications many times. But this Thursday I saw Dr Michael here on Broadway. Wow, the staff were all nice and comforting. Love the doctor. He spent time reviewing things with me and was hands on, physical exam. Most doctors didnt take the time at the other clinic and were sometimes rude. Love this place, will continue my care here.

They gave me an appointment twice and in both I had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor. The first time after long time waiting the doctor said that she is in a rush and there are a lot of patients waiting out there and she reschedule me for another appointment. I came to the second appointment and I had to wait 40 minutes and then they informed me that I might wait another 45 minutes. I had to leave the clinic because I took only one hour break from my job ... Why do they give an appointments and let the patient wait all that time. We have jobs and families and they should respect our time. to keep waiting 30 minutes maybe fine but to keep the patient one hour and then they are not sure if the doctor will see me now or another 45 minutes. BAD costumer services. Bad clinic and they dont respect people time at all. I dont recommend this clinic for anyone. Believe me if I have time I would file a complain. they should close this clinic.

I saw Dr. Yadira Ulrey and I felt so taken care of and in a very timely fashion. Previously I had seen another doctor there and the service was pretty good as well. Im happy to be a patient at this office. The office is definitely small And it was hard to carry a baby in there, but all of the staff was accommodating. Thank you!!!

Worse La Maestra Clinic, they changed my physical appointment TWICE without calling me. When I showed up on my original day, they said that they couldn’t see me and that my appointment was some other day, even thought they never call me.

If I can give 0 stars I would, for someone who works in healthcare I was incredibly appalled at this place. Unprofessional staff, dirty waiting area, and the fact I have to wait 15 days for a referral to see a specialist about my back pain that is keeping me up at night and away from work. I haven’t seen a primary doctor in 7 years, you’d think after that long I’d see a doctor and my visit would’ve been worthwhile. Nope, wasted a complete hour here, to get prescribed medication I could’ve gone to Walmart for, including recommendations from the doctor to watch a Netflix movie that he had written down on a piece of napkin. Not very professional, and the doctor didn’t seen to have much experience. Definitely looking into my insurance and getting my doctors reassigned bc I really felt I wasted an hour here. If you’re broke and have no other choice then I suppose it’s not a bad clinic, but if you really care about decent healthcare, and you know what good customer service is all about, find yourself a new clinic ASAP.

The incompetence of the staff is unbelievable! You would think they would know how to fill out Disability Claim Forms correctly. No, they dont. And when they are requested by the state department to fix it, they ignore it. How unprofessional! Will never recommend anyone to ever come here.

Terribly unprofessional. No one was here when I had to check in my appointment. Once the receptionist arrived they were talking and laughing not caring of the people who signed up on their appointment. I was in pain and dont seem to care. Horrible people!!

They give me an appointment and when I showed up on the date of my appointment they said oh no it’s tomorrow they did this 2c and let’s not talk about waiting ! U have to wait over an hour just to get into a room and anther 45 min for dr to show ..someone needs to reprort this place to higher Health center . And put them in the right spot ! Don’t waste ur time coming here or visiting any la Maestra clinic 👎

I live in national city and Come here because I see Dr.Yadira Ulrey and I got to say shes one of the best doctors Ive ever seen ..She takes her time to see whats going on and you dont feel rushed and you feel well taken care of ..

This place sucks it very small u cant bring your strollers in and u can get a hold of them over the phone..... there receptionist sucks she very rude and slow ...... something needs to change about this place ....

Everyone who worls here are soooo rude its like... how in the world did you even get hired here!?

The girls at the reception are the most pedantic !! They treat the patient with despotism, and dont say it when you call on the phone, they ignore you, they hang up the phone on you. These girls need a little humility, they feel like theyre doing you a favor. How horrible to be a receptionist with such a bad character and without humanity. The three fleas at the reception I send you blessings, you filthy trio !!
