I would have to say that the entire staff at Affordable Dentures was polite and professional. Both the office staff and the technicians were all pleasant and helpful. Dr. Moody put me at ease with his attitude and professionalism. I needed a full lower denture and it was done in one day. Having the laboratory and trained technicians on-site made all the difference in the world. I would recommend Dr. Moody and Affordable Dentures to anyone needing any type of dental work.

Heres the problem with this office.Dentist & staff (reviews were great and I applaud them)Receptionist (rude)Subjectively they (dentist/staff) will not know, only the one sided story receptionist provides.Mistake #1 - Customer service courtesyCalled in and was greeted nicely, I asked a question and apparently shes having a conversation with another person while talking to me (about going out / giggling). I had to repeat my question three times because shes focused on her private conversation (still giggling).Mistake #2 - Question vs. ComplaintQuestion(s) was asked and apparently she assumed for herself that being professionally skeptic was a complaint (still having her side conversation).Mistake #3 - Famous HangupBeing professionally skeptic apparently cancelled a confirmed patient. So, I called back and was greeted nicely (thank you for her). Mentioned I understand that such patient was cancelled. So, I kindly ask why? She responded because I was complaining and hung upRecommendation:Dont fire her (which I know she wont)!Just strive for improvement and not assume a simple conversation out of context (its difficult to comprehend, but easy to learn and listen)!Hanging up doesnt hurt the receptionist or dentist/staff, but it hurts Affordable Dentures!

This was my first time to Affordable Dentures and I must say I was very pleased with my visit. Dr Miller explained in detail the pros and cons of my situation and we decided on a treatment. Everyone is so nice and they make you feel like you are their only patient in the world. I would recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone. Thanks

Dr Miller was a very nice, friendly, and informative. Very glad I went. I chose them because having a lab on site is important and the prices are the best Ive found anywhere. I actually drive an hour just to use them.

I came in at 10 oclock to replace an unrepairable lower denture. I came back at 1:30 for a fitting they were so fast at making the mold. I just know theyre going to fit so comfortable. They made my original dentures and theyre still comfortable after 3 years

Very professional, courteous and friendly. Dentures look like real teeth and fit perfectly. Great prices too.

I have to say that my experience with affordable dentures was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my 30 years of wearing dentures The entire staff was wonderful especially my girl Shaquila she and the doctor explained everything to me and my wife before I got started and the doctor took his time to listen to my concerns that I have been experiencing with my old dentures what a wonderful gentleman he was but most of all my dentures are beautiful and they fit amazing no pain the first time I would definitely recommend this company to other people thank you

Dr Miller was great and Shaquila was as well. Very positive experience with up front prices. The only negative was the service that sets the appointments are not knowledgeable and may give you bad information. The office itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend the El Cajon office.

The attendants were okay, but the economy dentures do not fit and they cause so much pain that I cannot wear them. The lower partial will not stay down. I cannot tolerate the pain. The gagging and excessive salvation have me doubting that I will return in September and invest over a grand 9n so called premium dentures.

Everyone was very nice, and very attentive to my mother. They even went the extra mile and completed her dentures that afternoon.

I was looking for a dental clinic that can fix my problems with my dentures. I’ve been to at least two clinics before and not one gave me the right fitting denture and it took these clinics four or five visits to what they call “makibg it right” procedure, but in reality were really poorly made dentures. I found the right one in AFFORDABLE DENTURES. The staff in El Cajon particularly led by Dr Moody handledmy case in the most professional and expert manner. It took only a little over 6 hours for me to have my very well-fitted and comfortable denture! I certainly recommend this clinic to everyone!

I do not like the Dentist experience, period, but after 8 years of neglect, it was time to get them fix once and for all. I had major extractions of both sides upper and lower and two misaligned front teeth. Of course it was painful, but Dr Truong and his staff are true professionals. The discomfort lasted approx one week, but you are eating light solids after the first day. Wow. His willingness to make time to adjust them until they were comfortable shows his devotion and attention to details. His staff answered all of my questions and always made me feel welcome.The bottom line is, I am the toughest critic and they have convinced me that they are really good at what they do. I shaved my mustache the day after the visit because I was very pleased with my smile!!

Wasted time and money going there said they took my husbands insurance 45.00 in gas and a 2.5 hour drive one way only to be told NO this is after a cll to them asking if they took the insurance and got a YES

Woman on the phone was so rude . I wouldnt take my father here for dentures if they were giving them away free.
