The staff is nice. They treat it their customers really well.

This place is horrible, they don’t have any Dentists working over there and all they have a skinny makeup’s girls! Unfortunately DOH of CA and SD County didn’t close this Notorious place!! Please don’t go there they gonna take out your good teeth instead of the bad one, especially for people with GOV Medical they are charging them on nothing!!!!

In December 2016, I took my daughter in to have x-rays done and sent in for approval for wisdom teeth extractions. Long story short, I called twice and both times I was told theyd sent in the request. When I spoke to my insurance company they explained they never received any request for approval. Then they want to charge me $18 so I can pick up the xrays to take to the new dentist. Not happening. Be sure to ALWAYS check the reviews before even conducting business with anyone.

I had a great experience with the staff. I started off anxious and was shocked at how well it went. The prices are reasonable and the payment plans are very affordable. Ill be starting my braces soon once my dental treatment is completed.

Why do you have to point out that your business is lgbtq friendly? Why can’t you just say, everyone welcome? I’ll be looking for a different dentist. Thanks anyway.

I loved it! Yes shocking you are seeing a 4 star rating for this place. Look folks the mouth is a very sensitive organ of the body. For what I had done was a whole total mouth of extractions. I am glad I did I feel no more that pain that I was feeling. Now getting used this pain but this pain will be over soon it takes about six months to truly heal. The staff at both offices treated me nice. Now however for the oral surgeon it takes some time. When they say get there early folks get there early. Today I had a reline done and I love that feeling. Instant relief from the pain I was enduring. My dentist he was very sharp to the point just from looking into my mouth he knew the areas that were hurting and the ones he could not see he asked me and he got to work on it. I left out there smiling and happy. Why? for one I went to western dental for years and never got what really needed to be done and because that more damaged occurred and I ended up at this Smile Care and look no more pain and no need for pain pills either. I am happy... I do not know about the finance part I hear everyone mentioning. I will write a review on that when the time comes.

I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Lagda. I didnt have to wait long and I got everything I needed in 1 visit. Ive always had anxiety and I felt really comfortable. The front staff was helpful with my insurance information.

This place is horrible. They dont really fix your teeth and say everything is fine but you know you have holes in your teeth. They only do the bare minimum. They only try and sell you on teeth cleaning and mouth gaurds. What about my cavities? I will never go back again!

I recently got my braces off and I was so happy to see how straight and perfect they were. Dr.Kopecky is a great orthodontist and his staff are greats and really do an amazing job. They are very professional and friendly.

Love the work. The dentist was very patient with me. He understood and listened to my problems and he fix everthing that needed help. Now i have a beautiful smile again . thank you smilecare. I can feel beautiful again with a wonderful smile

I been going to this dentist for 2 years , my daughter and I both got braces there, I paid off my balance within 1 year. The doctor and the team are amazing but I must say the staff is no good.. I been calling for 3 weeks to get an appointment and no one answers the phone , so I decide to walk-in and make an appointment and I see lety sitting at the deak. She has a horrible attitude towards me. I told her I had been calling for 3 weeks and no one would answer the phine, then I asked her did she not hear the phone call coming in and she shrugged her ahoulders... I cannot wait to get out of this location . Her and Bruno have horrible customer service and often speak Spanish to each other in front of customer which I find very rude!!! I DO NOT recommend this location..

Dr. Siami is the best dentist I ever had. He was patient kind, non judgemental at all. I have bad ptsd and I had no anxiety. Staff is very kind. Theres so many dentists that are in it for the money, their not.. I highly recommend this place, taking my kids here as well, and my son is autistic,... love this place.

I’m confused about this place I have cavities but yet they didn’t know which one and why I was there, so I had to tell them why I was there and which one, and yet I was in so much pain later on and called to ask what should I do for my pain and The person that help me was such a rude person that was more in a hurry to clock out and not even help me and tells me that she don’t have the doctor cell phone number and don’t know what to do and I should go to a pharmacy and go over the counter causes there close now . I was like I am never coming back here ever again I could literally die from my pain , it was the worst pain I have ever felt ,That I went to the next clinic there is literally a block away called 30/40 or something like that, they took me in as an emergency and help me out . Took the pain And the best part they help me out and answer my questions and gave me painkillers as well . Don’t go there bad place they need to hire people that help people doesn’t matter if you’re not a doctor but you should always have somebody there to answer those questions if you don’t know

Can I give then a zero star?? the doctors suck. an absolutely terrible experience. Especially doctor Lagda she wants your respect but she never gave hers. She is the worst doctor u could ever go to. She tries to welcome u with her nice attitude and then she will make ur life hell then. by destroying ur teeth and disabling u from eating. And when you go to her and talk to her..she allows no opportunity, she will be like I know what i am doing. open ur mouth. Oh really? she knows what shes doing? she has no kindness ...its not like shes treating a human being, rather an imaginary doll or something that has no feels. I am saying this, so u could truly avoid this place, not only the treatment of this doctor but the dirtiness of the place. Like for reals DO NOT EVER GO TO THAT HORRIFIC PLACE..UNLESS U WANT TO DIE FROM PAIN!!ps. the only thing that is good, maybe good is their hygienist (lady who cleans the teeth) . she is maybe good.

I just got my lower braces with Dr. Kopecky. The Dr., Staff and his Assistants are extremely professional and caring. Favi the Ortho Coordinator helped me get the financing I needed. I would recommend my family and friends to this office for their Ortho treatment.

Dr. Lagda and staff went above and beyond to take care of all my dental needs. They answered all my questions and they even stayed after hours to finish up my dental procedures.

Bad clinic,Having severe pain after they put a crown.I called them Friday to tell them that, they asked me to come Monday. Very careless to patients.

I made an appointment, then went there on right time but found the office closed. Called the phone number but nobody responded. No way to leave a message because the message box was full. What a service!!!

Dont charge customers if you can not fix their teeth,, they stil blame your mouth for their mistakes..
