I have been coming to this office since 2014 and have had a great deal of necessary work done. Dr. Bains is both a lovely person and an exceptionally skillful dentist ❤ - and I have visited many dentists through the years - I am 65vyears old. The staff is unfailingly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this office, and I often do.

I was very thankful for the quick response in setting up a last minute appointment. The staff was very professional and the doctor was excellent and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my first experience. I hadTrouble finding it but they were quite patient giving me directions. Johnnie did my cleaning, was most personable, and did a great job. Dr.Bains checked my X-rays and gave me suggestions for future care. Everyone on the team was efficient and helpful. I will recommend them.

I love dental care of Edmonds. They are always kind and friendly. I never feel judged, but always encouraged to do my best. The front desk staff is so welcoming, the techs are knowledgeable and responsive, the dentist is great, timely, and quickly adjusts treatment when pain is present. I deeply appreciate this, as I am often afraid of the pain going to a dentist. They make that part a breeze! The hygienists are great, too! I feel like they truly care.If that wasn’t enough, it is always clean, the environment is open design, so I never feel claustrophobic, and the vibe is chill and peaceful. I am happy with my care there.

I was always very nervous about going to the dentist until I met Dr Bain . Whom I have felt completely comfortable with. The easiest injections I have ever had. I always feel like Ive been heard.

I have been terrified of dentists my entire life. Up til now. Rattan Bains DMD is so gentle and understanding, as is all her staff, I have scheduled continuing care! They also helped me save money, since I do not have dental insurance. They are all so kind, compassionate and well informed. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Today was with a new hygienist, Johnny, he was awesome and the rest of the staff was superior as always.

Worst place I have ever been. I had an appointment as a new patient for an exam and cleaning. They only did the exam and said I would need to schedule another appointment for my cleaning because they didnt have time to do it today! Although they accepted a new patient that just walked in the door (No Appointment) and said he had a coupon for an exam and cleaning. SERIOUSLY!!! I was there for 2 hours!!! They contacted my insurance company and gave me an estimate of how much everything was going to cost and wanted me to sign so they could begin the work. I told them I only wanted the exam and cleaning done today and I will decide when I was going to have the other work done. Afterwards when I told them how disappointed I was that they didnt do my cleaning, and the office mgr or whoever she was, said let me see if we can get you in now. I told her that I wasnt going to be coming back and this is unacceptable.

Horrable service. Took 6 times to get the color decent and still wrong. Over charged my insurance. Management does not care about the customer or quality of workmanship. The staff however is awesome.

We really feel Dr. Bains has your best interest at heart its not like the other dental places are you feel like theyre just trying to make more money dr. Bains really takes the time to figure out what treatment plan you really need and how to achieve it! We love Avenue and all the amazing ladies that work in the office we will never go anywhere else even starting their Clinic they helped us transition from our prior dental office nightmare and they were so kind and helpful in that entire process! Highly recommend Avenue Dental Care in Edmonds. Dr. Bains and her staff are professional and caring. Just finished my third cleaning there and I’ve had a great experience every time. I always dread going to the dentist but Dr. Bains has change that for me. Appreciate their extra care on every visit.

Ive been going here for the last several years for cleanings and check ups and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff are all very nice and patient and do nice work. The lobby and reception are also very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you Dr. Bains and Rada for taking the time with my 11 year old daughter to explain and show her some better dental habits. I can tell her every day, but hearing it from you guys makes it different. Also, she commented that you guys actually talked to her and treated her like a big kid when you were cleaning her teeth taking x-rays, etc.. She is an only child and used to talking to adults. At her prior dentist (a child only dentist), apparently they did not talk to her (the staff just talked to one another, she said). Thanks for making this a great experience.

Dr. Bain’s takes care of me and they are very gentle. Any time I feel pain they get me right in!!! I would suggest this dentist to anyone especially those who are afraid of the dentist because I used to be and now love them.
