Melinda is the only doctor I will visit. After my original primary care doctor stopped taking my insurance (6 years ago) this is the only place I go. She is kind, honest, non-judgemental, caring, knowledgeable, and an overall amazing person. Thankful to have her.

The doctors and nurses are very attentive to your personal situation and willing to accommodate any needs you have. Very kind and compassionate!

First I want to say Nurse Erica was fantastic! Dr. Moore not so much! Poor bedside manner! I feel he could do better!

Efficient, knowledgeable, caring. I hate the scheduling app, but that has nothing to do with the great care. I am an RN, and some of the urgent cares are dirty, but this one is very clean, and they take care to call each patient inside individually, so you can wait at home and then in your car. They also have an X-ray capacity. Overall far superior quality of care.

Team was fantastic to work with. Very smooth from calling to getting a walk-in appointment. Nurse checking me in was very helpful and cheerful. The nurse who gave me test results had a great bedside manner and did a great job explaining the results and answering questions. Highly recommend this branch.

I signed in online and did all paperwork a few minutes before my appointment tonight and loved how accommodating and fast they were about getting me in and out. From the swabs for tests(no they don’t stab your brain!) to the minor check ups on their list, they held fantastic hospitality. The staff up there are so friendly, including the nurses, doctor and desk, and I felt cared for and important, not just another client to deal with. Would 100% suggest this location, and was extremely pleased with my time up here.

If you call ahead and explain your issue you can usually get in a lot faster than if you show up. Took me an hour wait when I called in ahead. Jessica was very accommodating and very clear in explaining the procedure and once I showed up I only waited about 5 minutes for the nurse to call me back and let me in. They were very helpful and got me figured out in a very short amount of time.

Top notch system, staff, nurses and doctors. Friendly, pleasant, they listen and seem genuinely concerned with your well being. Highly recommend!

The team at this location were very friendly and attentive. We went there because we knew we’d need X-rays and didn’t want to waste time by going to the primary physician and then being referred for imaging and it worked perfectly.Due to Covid protocols we had to wait in the car for a bit but once they got us in they were prompt and detailed. Dr. Lynch treated my minor daughter as an adult and really listened to her, examined her before explaining what she figured was going on and recommending next steps. Thank you very much for not talking down to my princess.

Dr Lynch is so awesome!! I am 35 weeks pregnant and instead of turning me away saying they can’t do anything, she prescribed me a zpac for my congestion and they don’t care how many times I’ve come in to get tested for Covid. She is always so helpful and I love the staff!!!

Showed up at 8am when they opened to be seen. The Dr. was late showing up and the front desk employee didn’t show up either. I left an hour later without being seen.

They got me in and answered all my questions guickly. The doctor seemed quite knowledgeable and they all were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back when and if I ever need another urgent care.

Turned my friend away who was having anaphylaxis and wheezing because she didnt have an appointment. Signs all outside saying no appointment needed and walk right in. I didnt realize an urgent care is just an extension of a pcp office, god forbid you walk in with something urgent.

I was very impressed. They called me ahead of time and worked through some of the details of the reason for my visit. I was also able to complete my paperwork online ahead of time. This made the actual visit very easy.

Very professional, fast service. I liked the way to fill out paperwork on your cell phone while waiting in my car. I waited in my car until an associate called me and I was taken right the the exam room and was treated for my problem.

Friendly and kind staff. My only concern is that their covid tests are probably a ton of false negatives. They are literally just swabbing the inside rim of the nose. From any and every testing study Ive read so far, that is about as inaccurate as it gets.

Disappointed.I asked my wife to take me here, because last time I thought they were great.This time they were not.Their customer service is awful.They wouldnt accept our insurance. They wouldnt converse with us like adults, just kept repeating we arent in your networkWe tried to explain that NO ONE is in our network, they can call the number on the back of our card for more info, and that we havent had this issue anywhere else.we arent in your networkIf you are in the area and feeling sick I would either:1. Just continue being sick until you find somewhere else.2. Go to McDonalds next door. At least the teenager their will care a little bit.I guess theres a reason google maps still shows this location as a BlockBuster. No one in the right mind today would go there.

Went there this summer for a Covid-19 pre-procedural test. Some billing errors were made, but after bringing them to the attention of the owner (I believe) Todd Kee, he was very reasonable and made everything right. All clinics make mistakes at times, so when a business owns it and makes it right, thats a place I want to keep giving my business to.

We have used this urgent care for a number of different things, but the service for rapid covid testing has been even more superb. We have had to be tested a couple of other places too, but this place is the least invasive and of course by far the fastest results. They take time to ask and answer questions. I’m very impressed they’ve been able to keep up with being the only place I know of in Edmond with rapid covid testing.

Great staff! Friendly receptionist, nurses and physicians that truly care and want to help. Today they made time to see my son who was having terrible ear pain. They didn’t want him to have to wait so they worked quickly to see him and get him what he needed. We are so thankful for their care and willingness to help. Due to COVID many protocols have changed but they continue to go above and beyond to provide excellent care.

I got my four year old son tested here for Covid-19! I filled out paperwork ahead of time on my phone and when I arrived I checked in via a link they texted me. The nurses came in their protective gear out to the car and took his vitals and tested him. Then we went on our way! 20-30 minutes later we got a phone call with the results! Super fast, super easy, super safe!

This was the only place in town that actually acted as if they cared to help. I booked my Covid test online. Got my result in 15 minutes and when my retest came about several days later, I was cleared and good to go. These guys were so helpful. Very quick and orderly. Highly recommend them.

My husband & I both have used First Med Urgent Care-Edmond for several years. We have been very pleased with the care we have received. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. They have safety policies in place. We have never had to wait very long because of the online checking feature.

Went for a rapid Covid test expecting a long wait & a lot of discomfort. Didnt experience either! I was never out of my car & was in the parking lot for 25 minutes max & left with my results printed for my boss. Having compared notes with others, they were more thorough here & definitely not painful at all & definitely quicker.
