I am a new patient at Coffee Creek Family Dentistry. We moved to Edmond from California; and finding a new dentist is always challenging! But I read the great reviews online and they have a brand new office on Covell near my eye doctor and vet! The hygienist Brooke was very kind and thorough in her cleaning! Dr. Hally was great as well! Happy to have found a new dentist!

My wife and I have been patients with Coffee Creek Family Dentistry for just over a year. Their name is very fitting as the whole team makes you feel part of a family. Always have taken great care us. I was a bit concerned before my last visit as was unsure what may happen with my dental situation. However, Kim and Dr. Hally were very knowledgeable and kind while resolving my issue. No doubt best dental office we have ever been a part of!

Top-notch service • It’s taken me quite some time to face my fears of visiting the dentist & I’m so happy I finally did! Dr. Hally & literally every single team member I interacted with at my visit was kind, knowledgeable, and comforting. While I was very anxious and apprehensive, they were constantly reassuring, willing to answer all my questions and go above & beyond to be accommodating. Not only was I handled with genuine care, the service was incredibly affordable and speedy! Within 24 hours of calling to inquire about services, I was scheduled to visit for a consultation & went on to complete all the major dental work needed for the time being. I can’t recommend Coffee Creek Family Dentistry enough!

Coffee Creek Family Dentistry has lots of spirit! Theres an array of pumpkins decorated by staff and you are asked to vote for your favorite. Very clever and some amazing entries. Had another excellent cleaning today, very detailed and she covered all of the nooks and crannies.

Our family continues to enjoy visiting Dr. Hally for our cleaning and dental work. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful during the visits. Been going to this location for nearly a year and had positive visits and experience with the doctor. Thank you!

Disclaimer!! I am an employee but also a patient here. Brooke cleaned my teeth this morning. She always makes me feel comfortable and is so good with educating me about good home care. I always learn something new when I spend time with her. I already have an electric toothbrush, but she suggested a water pik as well. I’m not consistent with flossing, but I think a water pik is something I would use regularly. It’s not something that is sold at the office but she suggested a couple of good ones I can buy off of Amazon. I love our entire team! Everyone is so willing to help out and do whatever we can to make the patient’s experience 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ worthy!

My family has been coming here for a few years and we always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and professional. We love the hygienist Emily and Dr. Rudd! I recently switched to Coffee Creek Family Dentistry and I am glad I did. Emily, my hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She explained to me what I needed to do to keep a healthy gum. I also had a procedure done with Dr. Rudd and he explained every steps of the treatment. His assistant, Elisa was very friendly and comforting.

Dr. Rudd is amazing. Ive been going to him for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. He actually cares about his patients. Hes also great at putting you at ease because of his friendly demeanor. If you need a procedure he doesnt try to push the most expensive thing but gives you options to decide. Hes definitely one of the good ones. The office staff are also super friendly and caring, too. This is simply a great group of folks who will get you taken care of and do so with a smile on their faces.

I love my dentist and have been going here for quite a while. The staff is so nice and I feel like they really try to get to know me while Im there, rather than just rushing me in and out. The office is cozy and comfortable. They have tv screens above every chair so that not only can you see what theyre talking about but you can also watch movies to make it more relaxing. Dr. Rudd is wonderful with all ages, kids especially. I really feel like he does his best to provide the most competent care to his patients. Ill definitely keep going to coffee creek family dentistry and recommend it to anyone I know! (Bonus: yummy bagel shop next door!)

I first saw Dr. Rudd about 3 years ago. After not going to the dentist for a long time because of my anxiety about dentists. I went knowing something was wrong because my mouth hurt. I let Dr Rudd know how scared I was and he reassured me he would go as slow or as fast as I wanted to go. He explained everything he was going to do ahead of time. Even if he was just putting his finger in my mouth. He allowed me to sit in the chair with a needle in his hand while I cried and freaked out for 30 minutes. This is a Dr who cares about his patients. He is my only choice when it comes to going to a dentist. The hygienists are caring and just as wonderful as Dr Rudd. I cant say enough great things about Coffee Creek family dentistry!Thank you again, Jennifer.

Last fall, the Jones Family Dentistry office began construction in Jones, USA. After reaching out to the office for information I learned that the new dentist would be Preston Harraman, who treats patients at Dr. Mack Rudd’s Coffee Creek Family Dentistry office on Fridays. With that information and a desire for my husband and I to be patrons at the Jones location, everything went uphill from there! The friendliness of the doctors and staff at Coffee Creek Family Dentistry is enhanced by the warm atmosphere of the office itself. Since the Jones office is scheduled for a February or March opening date, My husband and I were courteously coordinated with appointments at the Coffee Creek location with Dr. Harraman (no small feat for a busy office). The courtesy and professionalism extended by Coffee Creek Family Dentistry and Dr. Rudd is truly appreciated for the sheer peace of mind that our excellent dental care will continue. You see, our longtime dentist retired last October and several treatments were planned for 2019, so we were seeking a smooth transition with a new dental family. Thanks Dr. Rudd for picking Jones. If Dr. Rudd’s Coffee Creek location is any example, and I’m sure that it is, then we here in Jones are in for a very pleasant dental experience. With the exterior building, landscaping and parking lot at Jones Family Dentistry complete, the office will soon open... our office.. our dentist.

I had a filling done a month ago. It still hurt me quite a bit. I called, and they got me in right away! Dr. Rudd drilled away and hopefully there will not be a re-run of the return visit! :) Very, very kind people, from the moment I stepped in til I left the office.
