Wish I could get a hold of someone in billing here! I went to the grand opening event and asked if they took my insurance. They said they didn’t know yet but no additional charge for first visit for my 2 year old- THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUE and just keep sending me bills. Last call I made, they keep sending an automatic text to a NON-WORKING NUMBER. I will say, our galDid great- just wish the aftercare was as good as the in office or the means they use to get you in the door.

Dr. Abe and Millie are my favorite! I have real bad anxiety and they always know what to do to help calm me down!My top teeth kept breaking so I went in to see what could be done. Dr. Abe and I discussed my options and we chose implants. I have 4 posts that my top denture attaches too. Way better than regular dentures!I highly recommend this office and Dr. Abe!

I used to be a patient with Red Bud. The staff was ok, not rude but not friendly. I started going there also with my son. I have tribal insurance as my 2nd insurance, which was a problem from day 1. I was used to that; however, how I was treated because of it was unacceptable. I have been trying to get a bill resolved for over 2 years. I have the receipts showing I pd all what due. I have called and called, I have been told someone will get back with me, told it is all ok, I do not owe it, we have a new system, it will be taken care of. I am still calling and what I am wanting that it is all taken care of and I want it in writing just incase it ever is not truly resolved. I have been dealing with this for 2 years, so I do not trust just the word of someone there. I would not recommend RedBud Dental.

I just brought my brother to see Dr Peck and I could not believe how incredibly nice and professional everyone was! My brother has autism and can be a little much sometimes but Tina was so sweet and patient taking his x-rays, Lauren was so incredibly patient with him and was very accommodating to his needs while cleaning his teeth and Dr Peck was great! I just couldn’t be more appreciative and happy to find him a good, local dentist. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will refer everyone I know!

Very long story short.... I liked the doctor but the front office staff is very rude and unwilling to help. Was suggested that I get a 800$ procedure and 2 other dentist told me it was not necessary. Very disappointing multiple times. Coming From somebody who likes to look at Google reviews a lot I definitely recommend not going to this dentist

Gave me info on what to do and where to go since I just moved here from Atlanta.Dr. Abe was extremely gentle, kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Kept saying they were glad that I came.It was the best dental exam experience Ive ever had! Very genuine people.

Dr. Abe is the best.I had a popcorn kernel wedged so far up in my gums, Jesus himself couldn’t part those tides to get it out.It hurt so bad.I was all panic, no disco.He numbed me up and had it out within like 10 minutes. He tolerated my anxiety like a champ. 10/10 recommend. Magic hands.

Dr Peck and the whole staff were all super nice and helpful in educating me about why I was having the issues I was having with my mouth and how to fix it. Definitely will be returning for all my regular appointments!

If I could put 0 stars I would.Checked in for my appt during covid mask times. Was told to wait in my car. After 45 minutes in the heat I left. An hour and 30 minutes later I received a call from them asking if I was still there. I laughed and told them my time is valuable and I left. They just lost a patient. She offered me a apology and said there was an emergency, (which was a lie come to find out) and a free teeth whitening to compensate after getting permission from the dentist stating I was a valuable patient. If I was so valuable why didnt he call me. He had time. While I was waiting in my car I saw him out the side door chit chatting with some guy. Plain and simple. They forgot me. The most irritating part is I live an hour away. So 1/2 a day wasted waiting and driving.The time before this appt. I had a bad tooth removed and the dentist assistant hit my jaw so hard with whatever tool they use to break the tooth. Jarred my jaw so bad it hurt for almost 2 months. After my procedure which was like 15 minutes, I waited for an hour before someone came back to take off my bib and check me out which took another 10 minutes.Also pretty sure my insurance and myself were screwed with there pay system. They are real sneaky. Be careful of your charges.They do not care about patients time. ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Doctor Jaypack helped me bond my chipped tooth back and saved me 1,500 in crown fees and was 100% honest that I didn’t need a root canal. Saved my fricking life thank you for being real.

Dr. Bhatnagar fixed a few cavities on my daughter. He was gentle and kind and kid friendly. It was a pleasant experience. The entire staff made her and myself very comfortable.

Offered special pricing over phone and when we went in, the price changed to 1000s more. Not a good way to do business. Wont recommend this place at all.

My daughter needed a dentist, I got on Google and found redbud dental very close to our home. The entire staff is extremely kind and professional. Its been a great experience for my daughter she loves going. Highly recommend!

They will harass you endlessly to write a review for them so here you go. We saw them for about 2 years of cleaning and care. Each time we visited, my dentist and care plan would change. At one point, one doctor developed a care plan for me, and then at the next visit, my dentist was different and my care plan changed. What about the problems that needed to be resolved on the first care plan? They mysteriously disappeared and were no longer a concern with the new care plan. It is a revolving door of care and no consistency from doctor to doctor. That honestly seems like a racket to me. We moved on after my care plan changed three times.

I am typically very anxious with trips to the dentist. From beginning to end of the visit, I was comfortable. Dr. Peck was very thorough in explaining treatments to me. He didn’t overwhelm with a bunch of information. Everyone was very nice, and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

First time customer and knowing my mouth was sort of a mess...... They treated me very kind and respectful from the front desk all the way through. They did a very good job with my teeth. Everybody was pleasant, and all my services, procedures, etc., were explained before they were scheduled and conducted.The procedures I had done were quick and painless, much less than I thought theyd be. They also appear to be very up-to-date in terms of technology, so I feel I received the latest in terms of care. I am happy to go back to Redbud Dental.

The appt itself took quite awhile however if that were the only issue, I wouldnt complain. The reason I decided to do a review is the process of running my insurance was/is a little sketchy. They charged me over $60.00 for a regular cleaning, which I thought was strange, but went ahead and paid. After I left, I had a text message asking for my insurance information. (so they charged me a copay without ever running my insurance!) I gave them all of my insurance information (company, state its from, and ID number, even though my insurance company told me they would only need the company name and my social to pull my information) and a three weeks later I JUST GOT ANOTHER BILL FOR TERMINATED INSURANCE. I can not comprehend how such a simple thing has been such a difficult process for Red Bud. After I make sure they actually run this claim like they are supposed to and I get a refund (cleanings are covered, I shouldnt have a copay), I will never come back to this dentist. 0/10 absolutely would not recommend.

I have mixed feelings ... Ive been here twice , the scheduling and billing staff are very friendly and informative , I really had no idea what my coverage was with my insurance but they helped me understand what it is . they even gave me a print out so I could look at it while I was at home and I really appreciate that because I do have to pay for a lot of it out of pocket my insurance only covers so much .so I had X-rays emailed over because I had first went to a different dentist and I didnt like what they had to say at all so I came here and I had a better experience but I still am not 100% confident with what I want to do , I have fairly bad dental hygiene Ill admit that but I dont have the money its going to take to do everything that they want me to do and the few things that I do have the money for I dont believe they are willing to go ahead and do them first ... so basically on My first day I had an examination and they told me to come back in a week and get my deep clean done but when I came back to do it they just took more pictures and explained to me what they did last time but slightly different telling me that I need to get my deep clean done and I told them I thought thats why I was here and they told me how much it would cost which is a little more than I have so I told them I would have to wait even though they gave me a payment plan its not what Im ready to do . there are three teeth that I want pulled and neither this dentist nor the last dentist are willing to pull them because they are not bad enough so unfortunately I guess Ill just have to wait until they are bad enough as I do not have the money to fix them ! the only thing is I am afraid in the process that my other teeth that are still pretty good and should take some fairly cheap fillings will become bad in the process and may end up needing more work which I cant afford and Im not willing to ever do a root canal . but I guess it is what it is when you dont take care of your teeth and I will just continue to look for a different solution . But I do appreciate how nice and informative the whole staff is !EDIT : 2 stars instead of 3 . I received a bill ( I was aware that my insurance only covered 80% ) but I was not expecting an $81 bill as I didnt ask for them too take extra pictures and x-rays that were unnecessary due to the fact that they did not even extract any of my teeth . Just a way for them to make insurance ( and ACTUAL ) money ... the only thing that actually got done for me was a little bit of plaque removal as my teeth were too sensitive to do anything else to without shots .

I have been going to Redbud Edmond for several years over which there have been many changes and I have had several things done (cleanings, filling, crown). Their system is pretty standard and effective. The environment is comfortable and clean with many nice touches. If you want to see the dentist after a cleaning be sure to ask if he will be there. Also they give lots of suggestions for additional work; which can be very helpful but also needs to be thoughtfully considered before doing.

The prices are okay overall, but on my first visit they almost charged me for fluoride - never in my life have I been charged for that before? - but then they waved the cost when I balked....the actual dental work seems ok....communication is 2 stars tho....they often forget to call and drop the ball and lot, and some of them are kinda rude and blame clients instead of taking responsibility for their clinic. Others there are nice and professional tho and do quality work. Eh idk 😐

This was my first time at this dentist office. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for a teeth cleaning and I still did not receive a treatment plan in the extended time I was there. The dental assistant is very bad at her job, the worst I have ever seen at a dentist office before. She didnt know how to use the x-ray equipment and kept having to leave the room to ask other people questions, she squirted my hair with water before the exam even started, and lacked professionalism/maturity among many other things. The dentist is good and blunt, but did not rectify the situation as he should have and still needs to do. However, the receptionist/front desk is great at her job.I highly value professionalism and this place did not have that. As of now, I would not recommend this dentist office.

Amazing experience. Teeth are whiter and clean and I feel like I got the answers I was looking for. Dr. Abe and Marley were awesome. My buddy Dr. Peck owns this place and his staff all seem to love their jobs.

The staff was nice and friendly. I waited about 1 and half hours or more in the chair. I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment at 8:45am and l didn’t leave until after 11:30am. My only issue was the time. I didn’t expect my appointment would take so long. The last time I had A chip on my tooth repaired it took 20 min total. I was however extremely happy that I was able to be seen very promptly! Thank you.

This dental office is quite unique. The mouthwash bar in the restroom, makes you very comfortable before you have to see the dentist. The extras, such as pens, tooth brushes and chapstick are a welcome extra that is very appreciated. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Dentist knowledgeable. I worry about my next procedure as I’m only on Medicare, but they do have payment plans. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a good dentist.

I used to have high anxiety before and during dental appointments! However, after going to Redbud Dental and seeing Dr. Abe I no longer experience anxiety! This is the first time in my 28 years to go to the dentist and not have multiple anxiety attacks and cry while there! I have 5 kiddos and they are always so kind to them as well! The thought of seeing a dentist terrifies me, so I had not seen one in almost 22 years... until the 4th of February, 2020. Then it only occurred because I had no choice. Needless to say, I contacted Red Bud Dental and they were so sweet. I informed them of my severe anxiety and fear and without so much as skipping a breath I was reassured that they would take care of me. I scheduled with Dr. A and nervously drove (2 hrs) and upon arriving they immediately began attempting to put me at ease. Dr. A was magnificent!!! He was extremely personable, witty and even though he was removing a molar, was beyond mindful of my fears and constantly was reassuring me that things were progressing well.All I can say is... GO SEE THEM!! They truly care about their patients and I will continue to make a 2 hour drive to see the ONLY dentist that has ever made me feel at ease.

I havent seen a dentist in a handful of years and this was an initial consultation to evaluate my dental health and get an idea of what needs to be done to improve it. The experience with Dr. J. Peck and the staff definitely exceeded my expectations and was very professional (but personable), thorough, and clear cut. The facility is clean and comfortable and the evaluation seemed to be straightforward and honest (clearly explained in every step of the process) which was most appreciated. I also appreciate the various payment options offered (particularly the 4 month plus 5% fee payment option) which does make an investment in the health of your teeth a whole lot easier to obtain if youre having to consider a budget as I do. Just like thousands of other people here in OKC, we need help and would like nothing more than to be able to afford new implants, I know how desperate people who cannot afford to get their teeth fixed really feel, so bad that if I had the means to have my own teeth fixed I would, and if I had the means to help just one more person, I would, just because I really know what their really going through! It just cost too much.P are getting excited over a new procedure I had found online and then did some research on it, its what I call new hope thats what I call every new procedure that comes out until we all realize the harsh reality that most of us just cant afford it, but the newest procedure which is still NOT available yet, but its where they regrow your tooth in a ”primordium put the tooth in where one plans to regrow it, Im sure it has a lot more stuff involved and this, this is what Im really interested in, it sounds so awesomely hopeful and not just for me, but for all of us! When I moved out here to Oklahoma I lost my insurance, but my son had joined the Marines back in 2005 and hed meet one of his buddies friends and they got married and he wanted me to come out here and when I did I noticed the air seemed lighter and I could breath better so, I stayed, and Im still here to this day. Anyway hopefully a few more will get their beautiful smiles back when they work out all the bugs with this new stem cell transplant technology! Wish they could use me as a guinea pig or something, I think Id try it even though Im still scared from my last visit to the dentist.

My experience was good. I called on Wednesday and seen on Friday. They expert physicians. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My daughter had a mouth injury on Memorial day, the day before we were moving overseas. After taking her to the ER, I was able to call the emergency number for Redbud Dental. Dr. Peck personally talked with me about her injury and set up an appointment for her the next morning. The next day he was able to give her stitches and we were all set for our trip. When she had the stitches removed a week later (in Hawaii) the dentist complimented on what a nice job Dr. Peck did on her stitches. I cannot thank Dr. Peck and his staff enough for seeing us on such short notice. If you or your family (especially kids!) need dental care, Redbud Dental should be your first choice. Just to reiterate- Dr. Peck personally called me on Memorial Day evening when Im sure he was trying to relax with friends and family. Talk about above and beyond service.

I will never go anywhere else! Redbud Dentists and Staff are simply amazing. Very kind, gentle and patient! I have anxiety at Dental offices, don’t we all to some degree? However a lot of that anxiety has been alleviated knowing I’m in good hands here. They talk you through everything they do (assuming you have a procedure there) and theres very very minimal to NO pain, at any point. They kept me smiling/laughing throughout. I will always be grateful for that!! They treated me, my husband and my oldest just like family, just all around great people. I hope I never find myself moving out of Oklahoma because this will 100% be one of the places I miss the most! I trust them with my smile & both of my Young kids as well! Even handling billing is a breeze, They work with you, not against you! I’ll recommend my family and friends here again and again! Thank you Redbud staff, never change, you all are doing fantastic!

I just had a cleaning at the new location. The office is beautiful, clean, and modern. There is a small kids play area in the waiting room and TVs in each office space. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable from check-in to the dental hygienist and dental assistant, as well as Dr. Peck. They were able to take a picture of a small cavity so I could see it, which is helpful if youre anything like me and need to see to believe. I was able to get the cavity filled and fitted for a night guard all in the same day. The billing specialist goes over all charges from your insurance before going on with treatment. I highly recommend this office! It was a very pleasant experience.

They are all so friendly and they truly do work hard to make sure their patients are comfortable. Ive had crowns put on, simple fillings and even got my wisdom teeth removed at this office. What an amazing experience! We had to find a new dentist in Edmond after moving here. I cant stand having my teeth clean and leaving with pain. I told my wife we would immediately find a new dentist if that were the case. Not only was there no pain, they had to do an extra deep cleaning under the gums and I still walked away feeling great. The staff were so friendly. If you need a new dentist, you just found them.

They have been great! I called for a dental emergency was able to get in that same day. 4-5 days later was able to get my 2 wisdom teeth removed and now I’m pain free. It’s worth the 30 mins drive for me. Office is nice and cleaned and the staff is great! Def would recommend!

This place is great! I came in on a cleaning special and they were super helpful. I hadn’t been able to afford insurance in a long time and the dentist makes me really nervous, but they were patient and reassured me. When it came to other work I needed done they were very upfront about cost, and also offer excellent payment plans (we had care credit, which they take as well!). I was very satisfied with my experience overall, and would definitely recommend them!

I just started going here today and it is, without a doubt, one of the BEST experiences Ive ever had at a dentists office. Dr. Jay Peck and his amazing staff were not only very patient with me, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my procedure a couple of days ago. I will be seeing them again on January 2nd, but because of how they treated me today, Im not going to be as scared of the procedure. These guys are officially MY dentist and Im so proud to announce that. You guys rock!

I visited 10/24/19 and was seen by Marley and Dr. Abe Abhinav Bhatnagar. This was my second time using this dentist. No wait time to get in from what my appointment time was. They called me back right on time (very nice!). Very gentle on the cleaning and examinations. The Dentist was also very informative as he reviewed my charts and gave me recommendations for future care of my teeth, gums, jawbone, and other items. I would highly recommend Redbud Dental, especially if you live in West Edmond.

Everyone there is so nice and accommodating! Plus I was having insurance problems and they were very understanding and worked with me! I absolutely hate going to the dentist but they made it so much better! It was a dental emergency that made me have to go to a dentist & they got me right in & even my wait time in office was only a few minutes, including paperwork! Definitely going there from now on!

Such sweet staff and very timely! I wish the dentist was a bit more personable, he didn’t even know my name before entering the room and asked me my name since he had fumbled trying to look at the X-ray film to find my name. He was kind and helpful though, so maybe it was just a busy day. Overall great experience :)

So glad I picked this place. From the sec I walked in to the sec I left I felt comfortable and welcomed. I had a wonderful dentist assistant in training and she did a wonderful job in my eyes. The dr himself has awesome. I will be back for future work. And highly recommend this place

Great staff! Super friendly! Also, have never waited for more than 10 minutes. They get you back quick! Everyone knows what they are doing and are extremely knowledgeable! Love the place!

This is the best dental office Ive ever been to. We called to ask for a quote and got an exam that same day. Theyve been so helpful and are the most fun and wonderful people. You cant beat their prices or their attitudes. They make everything so simple and even with their amazingly affordable prices- without insurance, mind you- theyre great with working out payment plans and getting you set up. I could not think any higher of this group. Honestly, just the best people around, and they do amazing work!

Moved to Edmond one year ago and had to find a new dentist. First time around and we found the dentist we were looking for - Dr. Peck and staff are professional, patient-focused, and pleasant!! Highly recommend Redbud Dental for you and your familys dental needs! Update for November 2019 - 2nd visit and I reiterate what I stated a few months back - Redbud Dental under Dr. Peck and his staff are all about the patient!

Was an amazing place, been to lots of different dentists and this was by far the best. Marlee was an awesome hygenist! Everyone was so nice. Did a great job explain everything they saw and showed you with pictures.

All of the staff and the doctors were extremely helpful and super nice. This was my first time seeing a dentist and they made me feel very very comfortable. Definitely will make redbud dental my primary dental care facility.

Dr.Peck is always so great with my children! My son had to have a tooth pulled which required a numbing injection and as proud as I was of my son for being brave about it, Dr.Peck was equally as gentle and empathetic. Great experience all together! :)

The professionalism from this office is top notch! From scheduling and billing, to consistent appointment reminders, to technicians and dentists...everything about this office goes above and beyond in professionalism.

I havent seen the dentist yet, but will see him next week. I saw the hygienist this week though, and that went very well! She seems to very easily have remedied a sensitive tooth that has been bothering me for months with a fluoride treatment. The cleaning was not painful at all and was thorough. She was extremely kind, as was the receptionist. The technology appears to be cutting edge and they integrate computer systems into their practice to do things such as logging color photos of each tooth. They were very thorough and organized. Had to reschedule my husbands appointment last minute, and they were very kind about rescheduling for us.
