Dr Mike and Dr Glover are wonderful. The staff is AMAZING and so kind. Dr Mike always takes the time to explain and answer all our questions. Everyone is very professional and down to earth. Dr Glover has been so great with my littles and helped make their 1st visit a good visit.. Incredible experience! I decided to give them a try after I googled dentists in the area and read all the positive reviews. I had expectations from the reviews and they surpassed these. All the staff was so friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated as a client. They have newer technology for xrays, so the process is way faster and a lot more comfortable. Rather than sitting in a dark room in a chair with the giant slides, they do the pictures on the chair you get your teeth cleaned with this small device. They provided great quality of care while also working efficiently to get you in and out in a really timely manner.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. After filling out my paperwork, I was greeted and directed to the back by my dental hygienist, Kristie. She was amazing! She did a great job cleaning my teeth, going over my previous x-rays and discussing the plan for my dental health. Upon meeting Dr Wallace, I was very pleased with his overall approach. He was detailed, funny and I appreciated his communication style. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and can say that I am very excited to be back the next time. Fantastically well run office with the best dental team in the city!

I think of his staff as family, and enjoy going when it’s time. Insurance issues have never been a problem, and I’ve never felt like unnecessary work was being recommended. I cannot say enough about every aspect of this operation, from booking to walking out the door, and most importantly, everything in-between. I HATE going to the dentist, to the point that there is anxiety, etc. The patient experience & how they engage before, during, and after is exemplary. Their engagement with their patients is the perfect bedside manner. They are upfront, honest, and pragmatic without shaming or condescension. As a kid, if I had experiences like this, I would not have spent my adult life hating the thought of dental visits. I cannot recommend them high enough or strongly enough.

The entire experience was extremely pleasant. Front staff were super friendly. Very clean beautiful office. Dr Wallace has been the only dentist who said he could fix my front crown to match my teeth and he did. The hygenist that work with him are very knowledgeable and engaging. If I could give them less stars I would. Dr. Wallace isnt bad but the rest of his staff, especially the billing department NEEDS work. If you want your insurance to be incorrectly billed, them to lie to you about what the charges are for and to over pay for services your insurance covers, come to this office. If not, there are plenty of other dental offices in the metro that can bill correctly and you can have a wonderful experience at.UPDATE: Mike has continued to harrass me and has violated HIPPA with his response. I have not authorized him or any of his employees to release ANY information about myself or the care I received there. Ask yourself if you really want or can trust someone who is so willing to violate federal laws because someone said something he didnt like. Im not sure why this review was so shocking to him since his billing department cannot read clear and plain English. His billing department has changed what the charge is for several times and simply cannot be trusted. I have never seen such an unprofessional office in all of my years! RUN FAR AWAY FROM HIM, THE ONLY REASON HE DOES NOT HAVE MORE 1 STAR REVIEWS BECAUSE HE THREATENS PEOPLE WHO DO!!!!

Dr. Mike and his staff are exactly what a dentist office should be. Friendly, helpful, caring, and fun! My two careers over the last 17 years have given me the opportunity to work with literally thousands of healthcare providers, and these guys do it right.When my family and I moved back home to Edmond, we left a good friend in Wichita Falls that was our dentist. We loved everything from the feel of the practice, the attitudes of the staff, to the great office they had just built. We were afraid we weren’t going to find something like that here. We were wrong! My whole family loves going to the dentist. That is not something that a lot of people with 5 kids can say!!

I have been worth Dr. Mike Wallace for over 10 years. He and his team are on another level of care. He is always patient and kind, even when my request are crazy. I love seeing him and his team so much I would have my teeth cleaned 4 times a year. I cant imagine not having his office take care of my family and me. So much so, that I live in Saudi Arabia and STILL come visit him 2x a year. Shout out to Theresa for bring the BEST dental hygienist!Look if I travel 8000 miles to come see him and his team, you should DEFINITELY take the 30 minutes to drive across town to see him.

Great place to get dental work done. Dr. Wallace is very knowledgeable, understanding and patient when it comes to making sure his patients are taken care with the highest standards. I was one of those people that completely feared going to the dentist due to having negative experiences at other dentists and Dr. Wallace has forever changed the way I look at going in for a cleaning or getting any work done. Dr. Wallace is the best Dentist I have ever visited. He not only puts you first, He goes above and beyond making the experience positive. He is outstanding at what he does. You will not be treated or feel like you are a number. He truly cares and takes the time to put you at ease. He also uses state of the art technology from x-rays to making precise crowns in his office so you can complete the task in one setting. He is obviously a leader in his field. Also has a warm and friendly staff. I personally appreciate that he offers a day with 7:00 am appointments. That helps my schedule tremulously. I drive over 12 miles to his office and go pass untold number of Dentist. Well worth the trip.

We love Dr. Mike and his staff! We have six children and they all love coming to his office. They do a great job of working with us on scheduling so I dont have to make twelve trips a year for checkups. They make my life easier and I always know my kids are in GREAT hands with them. There is even a tv screen on the ceiling so you can watch the Netflix program of your choice. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience at Wallace Family Dentistry is no doubt the greatest of my entire life. The chilly winter soon melted away with the warm smile from Lindsay the office manager as she greeted me for my appointment. They were very kind and helped me out when my old dental office took too long to address a sore tooth. Nothing is worse than actually needing a dentist and being told that they have openings some 4 or 5 months out. Dr. Wallace got me in right away and addressed every question I had. It’s also important to note that their staff is top notch as well. These days insurance claims can be very confusing and they were able set everything up so I didn’t have to do a thing and explain my benefits. This office has my business and you should take a look at them.
