Started bringing my entire family here and they refuse to treat my 8 year old daughter. They keep referring us to pediatric dentists who aren’t covered under our insurance and refuse to help my daughter. I called Friday because her tooth is hurting her causing pain and the office scheduled an appt for her this morning. I get a call from the office stating they will NOT be helping my daughter today and that I needed to take her elsewhere. Needless to say we will be finding another dental office. They’ve been seeing her for 2 years for cleaning, X-rays and such but refuse to actually help her when she has a cavity that’s bothering her. Mind you my daughter had never acted crazy for them nor has she cried or refused to let them treat her. They just made the decision they didn’t want to deal with a child. They’ll take our money when it comes to a cleanings and X-rays but anything more we have to go to an out of network pediatric dentist because they don’t want to deal with it.

I had a broken filling which was causing me extreme discomfort. The Dr. took me in the next day and was able to fix my tooth right away. The pain instantly went away and was a very pleasurable experience. The Dr. was nice, the staff was nice, and I would recommend this Dentist to anyone who needs a good Dentist.

Fantastic Experience!Was on the hunt for a new dentist. It had been about 2 years since my last visit. I ended up at the Smile Associates for their location (close to my work) and great hours.When I called and scheduled my appointment, the receptionist was very helpful and was able to pull up my insurance with no problem.On the day of my cleaning, they had COVID protocols in place. Hallelujah. They have you wait in your car until they are ready for you. They check your temperature and have you do a quick questionnaire.My hygienist was amazing and really took the time to get my teeth cleaned.Dr. Harrod was awesome as well. Really cool down to Earth guy.I also had follow up appointments to take care of some fillings.Dr. Harrod was masterful at the entire process. Making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was easily in and out of the place within an hour. No pain, No fuss.
