One of the worst receptions I have ever come in contact with. Receptionist stated nursing staff collectively decided I can not be seen after insisting I drop my pcp before making an appt. Very rude. Name is Anita or Sherita. Would never recommend this office just based off of the customer service alone. Made a formal complaint as well. No empathy or help at all. Should not be working in the health care field or speaking with people.
