He took over for Dr. Taylor when she retired so I gave him a chance.He is very friendly; the office used to be very warm and personable, then the office merged with Medicenter of Edison. The office environment changed and my last 2 visits there I saw a doctors assistant as he wasnt in the office. It became very difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone there and recently I tried calling to cancel an up coming appointment only to find out the phone number I had is no longer in service, unfortunately, they never let me know that, thankfully, I saved the appointment card so I finally did reach them.The office is clean, but I feel it has become less friendly and more like a business. The old staff is no longer there. The staff appears to know what theyre doing but seem rushed.If you dont mind a doctors office being run more like a business then this is for you, however, it isnt for me so I dont recommend it.

Pathetic facility. They are highly educated thieves who play the system against poor patients.

I called ahead of time asking if I can come in as it was last minute and I had to rush getting there (30 mins prior to closing). I was told I was able to see the doctor if I come in before closing. I came in 5 mins before and was refused with blank faces and shrugging shoulders. So much for a duty of care. I obviously came in to see the urgent Care but was told to come back tomorrow. The staff seemed to be more keen to leave work than help sick patients.
