If I could give negative stars I would. The receptionists are nice but the nurses and doctors are very unprofessional and dont actually show any care towards the patients. I understand theyre affordable healthcare but this is not your only option! Im 7 weeks pregnant and I would rate their prenatal care as the equivalent of staying home and not bothering to go to the doctor in the first place. St. Peters doctors are excellent and just as affordable!!!

My regular primary care had no openings during the current 2018 flu season. Walking into the waiting area was a petri(?) dish. Want the plague? There it is. It was packed to the hilt like cattle. If you have Medicaid this is NOT your only option. Plus you would be seeing a resident PhD from the program at JFK with less than 8 years experience. I didnt waste my time and left. Save yourself the trouble. Dont risk catching something else.

Been going for years. I have a regular doctor I see. You have to be proactive in your care & work within the system.

Currently going here for my prenatal care. The doctors and nurses are so kind.My appointments always start on time, and theyre office efficiency is way better than me previous obgyn where I would wait for hours to deal with rude staff.I bring my 3 year old to my check ups and nurses alway help to entertain him and reward him with a lollipop and sticker for being a good boy. my dr listening to my concerns with my morning sickness and didnt just say it was normal. Love the care, the staff, and how organized it is. Super clean too !

They do not listen to your concerns. Front office staff is nice and friendly but thats about it. I had a miscarriage back in December and have gone through a lot of pain and gone to the e.r twice with hemorrhage and they still havent done a D&C after multiple ultrasounds showing theres still stuff inside. Called today complaining of pain and was told to take tylenol and they will see me at my April 10th appointment 2 weeks from now after another ultrasound showing tissue left behind. I am switching doctors will not tolerate this place to play with my health anymore.
