Worst pharmacy cashiers! Took an hour for my script to be filled (14 pills of an antibiotic). Rude, hard to understand. I pulled cash out of my wallet to pay, and then went after change in my wallet, the cashier denied me giving him the change as he was trigger happy and had already opened the drawer; idiot refused to do simple math. Wasn’t thanked, will NEVER pick up a script here ever, ever again.

The service at this CVS has been going downhill for the last two years. Now its to the point where its down right awful. The drive-thru is never open anymore so you have to go inside to get your prescriptions. They dont have enough people working. The ones that are there try to be friendly but you can tell they are over worked! It takes days to get a prescription and forget about talking to anyone on the phone. I was waiting one day and there was a phone call because you can hear it on the speaker. That call sat there the entire time I was there and I was getting a covid vaccine so I was there awhile. I keep hoping it will get better but it doesnt. Im going to have to switch to the Walgreens next door because they have an open drive thru and they dont change their hours like CVS did!!!

Wow! A great system in place for COVID-19 Vaccinations at this location!! LITERALLY PAINLESS!! I thought all that had happened was the wiping of the insertion location on my arm w/ an alcohol swab and she said “All done!” Pharmacist, Chris, was darling and gave information slowly to be fully understood! (Unlike the list of symptoms rattled off in a commercial haha)! Great experience! Recommend getting your vaccine here for all!!

My medication I urgently needed was in process for days! When I called whoever answered the phone said my doctor prescribed a “weird” dose and said said they don’t have it but other cvs locations do! Like why not communicate with me immediately so I wouldn’t have wasted my time! Not the first time! Lately to get anything takes days when online it’s promised an hour after it was sent. Don’t bother with these clowns anymore go to another location!

Prescriptions have been in an in process status for days after refills are scheduled. To actually fill them, I have to call the store and sit on hold for 45+ min. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to the Walgreens next door. Terrible service especially for critical medication.

I have always had a great experience here with the drive-through pharmacy pick up. Also, the coupons that CVS provides with every purchase makes the next visit almost free.

One of the managers is very despotic speaks very badly, I am treated and I speak very badly in front of the other clients, I dont know if I am Hispanic or because I have coupons for my purchase, and a worker listens to how I treat myself and the next vicita she also spoke to me badly and she is from Somalia, they taught me to respect the people and more to the elderly but the next one will tell you that it is already enough to treat me badly
