My 9 yr old daughter had eye surgery to remove a little piece of something stuck in her eye. You can imagine how nervous and uncomfortable she was. The staff here was amazing!!! They were all so caring, kind and positive. They cheered her up and lessened her nerves by explaining everything and making sure she was comfortable. Nurses Kylie and Megan are the best!

My daughter had a surgery to remove part of a stick from her eye. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses were great! They were wonderful in caring for her and helping her to feel as comfortable as possible, considering the circumstances.

I had surgery here yesterday and was SO nervous, but as soon as I walked in, every staff member I met was just great. They made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. It started with Alexandra at the front desk who was beyond kind and put me right at ease. Another standout nurse was Megan, who was fun and got my mind off of it. Those are the 2 names I remember, but really everyone was great. I will recommend this place to everyone!

My wife made arrangements with the billing office to make payments on her account. The balance was paid ahead of schedule and yet Edina Specialty Surgery Center referred what was the final payment amount (all of $167) to a collection agency. This amount had already been paid. These people do not care about their patients.

Everyone was so nice and patient! I was very nervous about my surgery but they made me feel okay and were very good about answering any questions I had. Thank you all so much for the good experience.

I was very nervous going in for surgery and my experience here was excellent! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I didnt feel like I was just a number; it was very personal. I had the opposite experience at a hospital a number of years ago and that feeling has stayed with me. If I have the choice of where to go for surgery in the future, I would definitely pick Edina Specialty Surgery Center!

Covid testing prior to surgery was a complete debacle. They have people scheduled during their half hour lunch break, so a lineup of a dozen individuals were waiting when they came back on break. Horrible scheduling and communications!The people that were administering the testing were very nice and I doubt this was their fault.I hope my surgical procedure is better managed than this Covid testing process. Ill give another rating after Im done with my surgery.

I was so scared about having my eye surgery. Everyone was awesome. I cant say in words how much I appreciate your care. My nurse who settled me in was an angel. If only I could remember her name. And obviously Dr. Leverentz is the bomb.

Everyone is so friendly and so knowledgeable. They make you feel at ease before your procedure and take their time to answer any questions before and after. I was blown away by how every single person I encountered was so compassionate and personable. I wish there were more facilities like this around!

Had eye surgery at this facility. The staff was wonderfully kind and attentive. My surgeon was amazing. Forever grateful for saving my vision!

I had my privacy violated while having a procedure completed at this facility due to an incompetent front desk staff, I spoke with someone about the issue who was supposed to bubble this up and have now been waiting for weeks for someone to call me back. I’ve left additional messages and nobody will call me back. I would not suggest using this center based on my personal experience. While mistakes happen they should be owned up to and be held accountable for these errors. I’m embarrassed for Edina Special Surgery Center and their inability to address the mistake that was made in their end. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
