I think its time to finally leave a review, and honestly I have no clue why it took me so long.I absolutely love this clinic. The staff, no matter who you chose, are friendly and personable. I cannot recommend enough this particular laser hair removal clinic.Its a relaxing environment where you can feel safe and healthy, and enjoy a private service, treating yourself. I cannot tell you how much comfort and confidence I have gained by coming here, and getting laser hair removal done on myself.I receive bikini and other services here, and let me just tell you, it feels so wonderful to be able to finally wear bikinis and feel as confident and beautiful as I deserve to, just like other women should. It really helps my body dysmorphia, and anxiety.I also get my armpits done here, and seeing the dark spots on my armpits dissappear has been so very satisfying.Thank you to the staff for all of the wonderful experiences Ive had here at this clinic. Deb was incredibly sweet and talked me through the entire process. Its nice to be made to feel so comfortable when someone is layering some super sensitive/private areas. I felt zero pain and the redness was minimal because she obviously knows what shes doing. I cant wait to go back for future sessions and to see my final results! I have been getting laser hair removal from Jill at Permanent Choice in Eden Prairie for the last 8 months. I added another area after seeing the results for the first few sessions and Jill has been so awesome. She is straight-forward, honest, really efficient, and so knowledgeable about laser treatments and skincare. She also makes you feel really comfortable during your treatment. I recently had the BBL/microdermabrasion facial package and can definitely notice a difference in my skin and love the products she picked out for me. Deb is absolutely amazing! Id done laser hair removal at other places, and didnt have good results (many treatments, still had fine hair in and patches where the technician missed). But Deb is a pro, shes precise, methodical and speedy. She really cares about making sure you have good results in as short a time as possible. I had more results with her in 3 treatments than I had in 7 treatments at another place (and no missed patches). Plus, shes nice and easy to talk to, even when shes zapping you with a laser. :)

If there were zero stars I would give it that... I had my upper lip & chin hair laser removal done by Sue which went well then I decided on getting microdermabrasion done. Sue assigned me to Jill. The first appointment was fine but in the 2nd appointment she scratched and burnt my cheek. When I saw it she kept saying that’s what I wanted so it should be fine in 48 hours. It’s been exactly a year and that scar is still there. When I contacted Sue about it intially she agreed to work on something for it but when she realized nothing was helping she asked me to go elsewhere to get it fixed and became very rude. But I still went for another session on upper lip laser to her and when I got home I saw a couple of hair remaining so I requested if I can come back to get that removed. Sue sent me a rude text suggesting I should go elsewhere for my treatment.The thing about permanent choice Eden Prairie is that they are nice till they don’t mess up something for you. If they do then you’re on your own. Very disappointed. I have pictures of my burnt cheek and scar for proof.
