Carly charged my credit card without my permission, she did not answer when I called her and I will never go back here. I was charged without receiving any service.

I have been very impressed with the expertise and professionalism of BodyBrite. I love the way my 62 year old skin has transformed into this youthful smooth looking face. The different treatment packages made it nice to rotate in the necessary adjustments as we proceded. I like that there was no push to sell me on everything, it was so nice not to feel pressured like you do in so many of the salons of this type. I tried a treatment, if I liked it, I bought the package. And I have to say, every treatment has been fabulous. My skin Loves BodyBrite and it shows.

I wasnt sure what I should expect with laser hair removal, but Carly walked me through exactly what was going to happen! I would recommend (and have) to anyone looking for hair removal or skin care!

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because Carly is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, does thorough work and clean environment. However, after 10 sessions I’m still ‘furry’ which is extremely disappointing. I basically wasted $1k for no reason.

Carly performed hair removal for me in two areas over several months. She was friendly and professional every time. I received a reminder of my appointment, which helps me out. When I was there for my initial consultation I had said Id like to have my facial hair done. Carly was honest and said my hair was very light there and it was unlikely to be successful. She said Id be happier spending my money where it works. She was right.

Ive done two IPL sessions so far at BodyBrite Eden Prairie. Although it is a hike from my house, Carly is amazing and it is so worth it. I love the results Ive already seen. The office is always clean and nice and I feel very welcome when I come. I would definitely recommend.

Best place to get those brows looking fierce. Seriously. Ask for Carly!

I have had one laser hair removal session so far. Body Brite staff is welcoming and have personalities that put customers at ease. The Eden Prairie location has a very Spa Like atmosphere. The treatment I recieved was quick and easy with no pain afterward. My daughter asked what it felt like during treatment. The best way I can explain it is it was like getting a shock from someone...but a few hundred of them: but the small pain involved is far, far less than having to shave my legs for the rest of my life! ;)
