I was a little nervous for my double tooth extraction. EVERYBODY was SO nice. I was awake during the procedure and felt very minimal pain. Its now eight hours after the procedure and I have felt no pain. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend

Friendly and attentive staff! Both Sarah and Jessica at the front desk are equally helpful and communicate so effectively. I had a minor problem with scheduling, etc and both Sarah and Jessica were able to clear out any stress and resolve this dilemma quickly. The dental hygienist, Sue was also as attentive and courteous during my x-ray consultation and cleaning. Sue was very engaging and friendly with a positive energy. The doctor, Dr. David Lois, along with dental assistant Annette, were also equally as professional and friendly as their teammates, and offered a prolonged plan for my dental betterment. They do not skip a beat here at Health Partners in Eden Prairie. Dr. Louis was willing and open to my questions, and thus, answers were addressed and cavities were filled thereafter. I feel very welcome and comfortable at this dental office and would easily recommend the facility to those that care about their long term dental health, and overall health as well. Might I add that the facility is sparkling new too! Two thumbs up!

Scheduled an appointment for 11:20 am and have been waiting over 45 minutes and have not yet to be taken in to see a dentist whats the point of an appointment if we aren’t gonna be seen at the scheduled time. Do not recommend.

Everyone at this clinic (front desk, hygienist, and dentist) was super friendly and welcoming. They took extra time to explain things to me when I had questions, advised me on common insurance coverage, and explained why they were doing the things they were doing. They were also clear when their recommendations were optional but gave reasons for giving them. Id definitely recommend this clinic - they raised the bar for dental care in my opinion.

Had wisdom teeth removed at this location. The staff were super pleasant, the doctor was so friendly and relaxing, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Definitely one of my better dental experiences.

Dentists and hygienists are great but office must be short staffed and they seem to have separate systems for everything. Phone rings forever. Then someone would answer to put you on hold. When I finally get to a person, they are not the right person to help. The person who makes the ortho appointments cant help with dental appointments, the billing person in one office cant help you with a billing question from another office. Called yesterday and got transferred 5 times for a simple question. Seems like Health Partners needs to invest in a computer system that allows their office staff to access the information they need in order to be more helpful.

Just had a great experience with my daughters wisdom teeth extraction! Dr. Peterson and staff Ashley and Lori were beyond amazing.

Very disappointed in the service I wanted, Needed caps replaced on two of my teeth and they want to sell me $52,000 to recap on all my teeth. I am 75 years old, if I live another 5 years that would cost me $10,000 a year. My retirement income from Social Security is only $36,000 a year.

The phone process for making an appointment is ridiculous. On the phone for 15 minutes just to be told I can’t even get my kids in for an appointment this summer and I can’t get a cleaning at my first appointment. Forget it!! Don’t bother.
