Dr. Lei is very nice and helpful. The entire staff is nice.

The dental hygienists and the dentist are very nice and dedicated. They treat patient with care and respect.

Replaced a filling and the provider completed it very quickly and without much discomfort.

Its a friendly place and they have taken good care of me.

Dr. Tran is lovely. Opened his office after hours, called that night to check on me. Kind and capable. And the way he is with his staff makes the whole experience....delightful?! Great place for kids, those with dental anxiety. Recommended times 10.

The quote they provided me was tremendously different from what I paid. I was not care about the pricing too much before (I was naive to believe Metro Dental is a reliable brand but actually it really depends on the clinic locations) but now I would recommend that everyone shall check the bill and their estimates carefully and avoid any prepayment to them.

I was worried since the reviews arent that great, but i had a great experience. Called for a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in for a cleaning. My teeth feel super clean and I had no cavities and I didnt need any follow ups! Super nice receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist. Overall great experience.

This is the worst dental office in the state of Minnesota. If you have to go there, Be very careful they will try to persuade you to go through some procedures that you dont need, if they fail to persuade you in the office they will keep calling. If you dont go they will find a way to bill you for these procedures. Very unethical and very deceitful. I will report them to the state once I figure out what state agency would handle dentists misconduct. You have been warned!

My husband and I both went because we just moved to EP. I thought my cleaning was bad and my teeth didn’t even feel clean. I thought it was just me but my husband came home and said the same thing, I feel like no effort was put in. I feel like this was a wasted paid visit. I should have known something was up when we got in so quickly.

My latest visit, June 29, was with a temporary hygienist. She didnt use the X-ray vest until I asked for it. She kept jamming the X-ray bitewings down my throat. She kept dropping the oral mirror in my dental chair and didnt clean it. I also wondered whether her cleaning instruments were clean. They were kept in what looked like an old metal box. Creepy.I thought she was new and I wanted to give her a chance but told the receptionist before I left that I did NOT ever want her to clean my teeth again.The dentist I see is excellent. My complaint is only with this temporary hygienist.I think I should have been called before my appointment so that I could have made the decision whether or not to see a different hygienist than my regular gal.

The staff is pleasant and professional. The service is excellent and timely.

They just charge you more. First time I came here for a small issue and also said I need a cleanup. They booked an appointment for the cleanup. Second time when I went for the cleanup, they did another checkup(i dont know what they did first time while they booked an appointment for cleanup) and said they need to some other kind of cleanup and need to do the clean up in two other appointments. So I said I dont want to do that. Now they charged me for second appointment too. Such a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend them.

I liked Dr Kim but she is a senior doctor and she only came when I started asking questions and the hygienist called her. Firstly, if somone needs an extra treatment you need to explain in detail whats happening and explain the process calmly and see what other options we have. Whereas I was just told that i have a gum disease and a deep cleaning is needed. Cost with insurance was over 600 dollars!! I am glad I didnt do it here and moved to a different practice. It was such a great experience there. I was so happy that before the cleaning is done a general dentist examins your teeth & gums and xrays and explains if something extra is required why is that (which did not happen at metro dental). Also i didnt need to do deep cleaning with anesthesia, as its a non invasive process ( also called subgingival cleaning or scaling and root planning) . Moreover the hygienist and dentist at metrodental missed the two cavities i had too. I would recommend going to metro dental only if your insurance has better coverage there and you know your teeth are already healthy. I was not satisfied and did not feel comfortable and m so glad i switched it costs less at the other place too.

I am only giving 1 star as there is no option for zero stars.This practice is a disgrace. After 2 appointments and having a barrage of unnecessary treatments proposed I decided to change to a different practice. I was delighted to learn that my suspicions of unnecessary treatments were correct with my new Dr. advising no such treatment.When leaving this practice the fun really began. They initially refused to release my X-Rays. This is a flagrant abuse of patient rights. Only after visiting in person twice and demanding my X-Rays did they hand them over. A special mention must be made to Pam Zimmer who is truly a nasty piece of work who had no concept of customer service. This practice has at best dubious integrity. I would not recommend trusting them with your dental health.

My front teeth still had plaque and black stains after about 25 mins of cleaning. After I brought my daughter in for cleaning, she complained that the hygienist had poked her gums, and that her teeth hurt a lot afterwards.

Ive been to Metro Dentalcare Eden Prairie, 3 times now and I have been very satisfied with my care there.

I am giving 1 star as there is no option of zero. One of the worst doctors and staff. Doctors analysis on the root cause of the problem is wrong. They scare you with ever visit saying you need to do some or the procedure else your teeth would not be fine even in next 2 days.doctors dont answer your queries properly . In the process of fixing cavity they are introducing new problems. To fix these new problems they want you to again under go new treatments. Doctors and staff are not ready to accept their mistake and are not even ready to answer your questionsWorst experience. My suggestion dont visit them.your teeth is unsafe with them.

Poor Customer Service and Negligence; 1- The office acted on the wrong dental quadrant(s) in-spite of clear Pre-auth. instructions and did not want to take responsibility of the negligence. 2-Even after providing clear evidence of the negligence, they did not take financial responsibility and passed it on to the patient (for $$$s). For future patients, be attentive and careful in engaging with this office.
