First time back at the dentist since the start of COVID-19, and this was the best dental experience I have ever had. My hygienist, Jess, was high energy and kind. She made sure I knew what she was doing every step of the way by explaining what to expect with each new tool and showing me the pictures of my teeth. Even when she recommended sealants on some of my teeth, she looked up if my insurance would cover it and gave me the price upfront. I was even able to get the sealants done during the appointment. The whole time I was in the chair was comfortable and easy going. And the nice window with the view of trees as well as the TV to watch were an added bonus!

Had a 5 year old crown/CEREC that decide to pop off over the weekend. Team was able to squeeze me in Monday morning and I was enjoying a donut and coffee 30 minutes later when I was brave enough to drink (needed the caffeine to offset the Novocain - ha). Great teamwork where everyone was chipping in to fit me in, and get everything as good as new. Have to find a better weight loss plan since tooth is back in place. Thanks Molldrem Team!!

I was recommended to Molldrem dentistry by a co-worker and am very happy with my results so far. I came in needing a LOT of work done, but the team was very helpful at breaking down my appointments and ensuring me we would get to everything in the right order. The staff is super nice, they make you feel very comfortable, I love that my hygienists always walk me through my appointments and dont feel like theyre pushing anything additional on me (work or products). Dr. Molldrem is super efficient and quick and always lets you know how things are going during the appointment which makes me feel comfortable. I also feel that hes very honest, but not pushy and leaves every decision up to the patient. Everyone at the front desk, especially the financial dept are really great and friendly. Having a need for a lot of work, I felt like they took their time to explain everything to me and walk me through my options so I could get everything done in the most cost efficient way. I decided to get Invisalign through Molldrem, so i will update my review once that is done too. I also recommended my boyfriend as a patient and he now goes there too!

I have always had a difficult time with sensitivity in my mouth while having dental work done. This has made it very hard for me to have just the basic of procedures done. i was referred to Molldrem by a friend saying that they are very passionate about making patients feel relaxed and taken care of. I will say this was an understatement. I have a great amount of work done by Dr. Molldrem and his AMAZING staff because of neglect over the last 30 years. They use a very high-tech approach to making sure that things are right and most importantly done right the first time. I cannot say enough about how great my experiences have been there and will continue to send friends there...FYI, I drive 30 miles to this dentist because of how great they are. I hadn’t been to a dentist for a long time before this year, which led to me needed some serious dental work. Their team guided me through an effective treatment plan, and my teeth are already feeling way healthier. I can’t recommend them enough!

Atmosphere was warm with friendly staff and clean facilities. Hygienist did an awesome job being quick and efficient. Doctor was prepared for visit ahead of time and very professional. Technology was up to date. Free whitening trays for new patients is an added bonus. Would recommend and look forward to going back.

Ive been going to Molldrem for 10 years. Even after we moved from Eden Prairie, I still make the drive because its worth it. I got twice a year for checkups, and had cavities fixed. My wife has had serious dental work and is very happy with the results. Weve been bringing our children, now age 7 and 5 ever since they were about 2 years old, and they feel comfortable and safe.

Jessica was an amazing dental hygienist! She was so thorough and kind throughout the whole process! This was my first time visiting, and I felt very comfortable. They even gave me free x-rays to update my records when there was a delay in getting them from my last dentist.This would have been a five star review, but when the dentist came in to see me, he wasnt wearing a mask. He only wore the mask for the actual exam portion and took it off before and after. With COVID cases at an all time high this week, this made me feel pretty uncomfortable! I debated leaving this here, but hopefully this is something they can improve on quickly.Otherwise I had a good experience!

I actually come back from out of state just to go to Molldrem Family Dentistry. They are knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, polite, environment is clean, there are screens to watch movies while getting work done (actually makes the time go by) and they have labs in house to create many common necessities with dental work. I strongly recommend, they run a great business and do take great care of me!

I’m so glad I found Molldrem Family Dentistry after moving to Eden Prairie. While I had to catch up on about 1.5-2 years of not visiting the dentist, the entire staff was great to work with and make up for lost time, while not being pushy! I highly recommend a second opinion if you decide to visit this dentistry. On my first visit, I was told I needed over $8K in dental work. I did not receive a cleaning-but was billed for one. I also did not receive the free whitening as promoted to new clients. The only reason I gave them one star is they did delete the cleaning fee (after I called) and I was able to book a whitening appointment. I then went to another dentist- a 5 star rated, who disagreed with the care plan. Front desk staff are friendly however, proceed with caution.

This was my first time at Molldrem and it was amazing! I went in for a cleaning, X-rays and an exam. Considering I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, I was a little nervous. Jessica, was my dental hygienists and she was seriously incredible! She made sure I was able to explain each of my concerns, she was extremely thorough and patient, explaining every step of the way what she was doing, why she did it, etc. She also kept in mind what my financial concerns were which I really appreciated. I think it was the first time I’ve felt 100% comfortable at the dentist and on top of that, understood what was going on! Anyway, would 10/10 recommend this office!

Ive been going here since elementary school and have never had one complaint. From cleanings to teeth pullings Ive had pretty much every dental procedure done here with great results. The staff are friendly and Dr. Molldrem is one of the best! I just went in for a cleaning not too long ago and it was great! Aimee did an awesome job and was very helpful.

My favorite dentist!I know it sounds strange to have a favorite dentist but Dr. Molldrem really is mine. I have been going to his office for 14 years...and my kids now go too! His staff always take excellent care of us and ensure that we have the best dental care in the metro. He keeps up to date with the latest dental technology, my kids love being able to watch tv while getting their teeth cleaned and playing video games in the lobby is another favorite. I love that they help me keep my teeth healthy and genuinely care about my family. I recommend Dr. Molldrem to everyone I know!

Dr. Molldrem is very friendly, easy to talk to, and is a skilled dentist. I like that the office has modern equipment allowing you to get a crown made while in the chair. The hygienists seem skilled and knowledgeable. But when I first starting coming to this office, some of them spent too much time discussing what is wrong and suggesting additional treatments instead of actually cleaning my teeth, However, the hygienist I have used recently spends most of the time actually cleaning my teeth, and does an excellent job. My last cleanings have been a positive experience.

Love my hygienist at Molldrem. Dr Molldrem really cares for his patients and wants the best for them. I really feel like I’m treated like family and he ALWAYS has my best interest in mind. I went in for a cleaning. It should have only been around $150. They required me to get full x-rays and an exam and gave me a new customer deal for cleaning, x-rays, and exam. Then they told me about several cavities and that I had to have a deep cleaning. I had to pay seperate for that. They told me at first I would get the deep cleaning discounted bc the deal included a regular cleaning. I went and did it, and they charged me full price and told me I come back for a regular cleaning for free. But I went back again and they told me I dont need another cleaning. The whole time, they were trying to upsell me and get me to have my cavities fixed there. I ended up paying $1000 out of pocket bc I just wanted my teeth cleaned. This practice steals more money than a Nigerian prince.

Having gone here for over 2 years I can safely say this is the best place you can go to take care of your smile! They have effortlessly fixed things I disliked about my teeth on several occasions. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They truly make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!

I had a fabulous experience at Molldrem Family Dental. On my first appointment I made a scheduling error that resulted in me showing up a week early. They were so gracious, modified their schedules, and accommodated me on that date so I wouldnt have to come back. They are fully transparent in necessary procedures vs those that would be good but could wait if needed, and provide a full breakdown of costs ahead of time. I highly recommend this group for great dental and personal service.

Everybody was very nice! They emailed my paperwork to my other because she was not there and they made sure she could fill it out herself. Also they gave me a lot of valuable advice about my oral hygiene. It was a great trip to the dentist!

Grayson is so wonderful! She is good at her job and super fun to be around, which is key for me as dental visits are not my favorite thing in the world. I loved how the office had all of the doors open so no need to touch doorknobs and that everything is super clean.

My family and I have been using Molldrem Dentistry for so many years...(so long I cannot remember) Nikki in accounts is great at sorting out anything I need for insurance. Megan is my preferred hygienist, an expert when it comes to sensitive teeth and the appropriate manner to clean them.. Dr Molldrem is always highly professional and educational when it comes to recommending treatment and allows you to decide what path to take if more complex approach is necessary, helping you factor in not only the steps to take in what order but the budget you have to work with also.

Yesterday it took just over 1 hour to get a crown fitted and in place for me; I was thrilled with how it went and the outcome. They are great and amazing with kids too!

They did an excellent job with my cleaning, provided me with an effective home-care plan, and are even providing a free follow-up appointment. Staff is friendly but unreliable clinic. My wife has got advanced gum treatment. We are given different treatment plans every time we visit the clinic. There is no correlation and co-ordination between plans &/treatments from the staff. One staff says previous staff has given false information. Other staff blames previous one and continues the story. I believe a staff member represents the clinic and there should be consistency between them. And also beware of their scheduling system. you will be given a time but their system will have something else.

I just got my first dental treatment in my treatment plan for gum infection. The procedure was done skillfully and I experienced very little pain. The staff is very friendly, answers all your questions in detail and even offer a payment plan if needed. Also, Dr. Molldrem is a very approachable dentist and gets rid of your fear about dental treatment :)

Ive been going to this dentist office for about three years and during that time have had my share of required dental work (root canals, fillings, crowns, etc.). At each procedure and office visit, Im continually impressed with the efficiency of Dr. Molldrem and his staff while also being courteous and patient with each person. Im not sure how they manage to remain on time throughout the day, but its reassuring to know that youll get seen at the time of your appointment and be treated with care and respect. Im also grateful that they fully explain what will be done and what can be expected at each step to take the fear out of the office visit. Without being pushy, theyve made valuable recommendations on proactive care and how making small changes in something simple like how I brush my teeth can make a big difference (in my case it helped to eliminate sensitivity). My husband changed to this dental office and has also been pleased with the staff and level of service and care as well.

Dr. Molldrem and his assistant Briana did a terrific job at my evaluation today. They explained to me what they found, what their recommendations were and put together a comprehensive strategy. I didnt feel rushed and it was one of the best experiences Ive had in years.

My wife and I have been going to Molldrem Family Dentistry for 10 years. Overall, weve been very pleased with our experiences. From the hygienists to Dr. Molldrem to the office staff, they do a wonderful job providing a comfortable environment along with quality dentistry work and results. If theres an issue with their work, they take care of it, no questions asked. Especially if you have children, the team does a great job putting them at ease and making a trip to the dentist as easier as possible.The only thing that keeps me from giving this a 5 star review is ended getting a mouth guard to wear at night to help with clenching and grinding of teeth. I was concerned about how well Id do with it on at night, but the staff had said most people put them in and barely notice them after a few weeks. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case for me. It was a pretty high out of pocket cost item for something I dont wear any more, so I wish I would have gone down a different path for treatment.Otherwise, the experiences have been great and we gladly continue to have our family come back to Molldrem Dentistry for our dental needs.4.5 out of 5 stars.

I just finished getting a tooth pulled from another dentist after a failed root canal from Dr Molderm. Staff was always nice but wish I wouldn’t have had Molderm as a dentist for a few years. He is also the only dentist that I have ever had that makes you pull out your credit card before he does anything.Nice office and cool video screens, too bad the dentistry isn’t as good.

Molldrem Family Dentistry is top notch! The entire staff is personable, understanding, warm and professional. Making appointments is easy and the text reminders are great for people like me! They have the latest and greatest in dental technology and I even get to watch my favorite morning show while getting a cleaning. I will continue to recommend the office to my friends!

Was seen by Megan and Dr. Molldrem last week. It was a quick and painless appt. I will continue to go back to Megan as she is kind, is not pushy with extra sales. She truly does have your dental health as her number one priority. Im grateful for that!

I have been going to Molldrem Family Dentistry for the past 10 years. Like most people, the dentist is not my favorite place to go. Dr. Molldrem and his staff changed that point of view for me by providing an atmosphere of comfort where most feel anxiety. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to explaining treatment plans. The technology makes it easy for me to relax and take my mind off of the reason Im there. This was my first time to Molldrem Dentistry and I really enjoyed my time. Not a lot of people can say that when they go to a dentist - but my Zoom Whitening session was pleasant - I got to watch TV - they gave me a notepad and pen in case I wanted to write a note. As a result my teeth are 5 shades whiter! So cool! They gave me molds of both upper and lower for touch ups in the future and also pain relief gel.Great service! Polite staff. Great location too! Parking is FREE.

Ive been going to Molldrem Family Dentistry for about 13 years. The facility is excellent, clean & state of the art. The staff is friendly and professional. They do a great job of giving me suggestions/recommendations to improve my dental care and monitoring any potential issues.

Great overall experience right from the moment I walked in. My biggest thing with dentist offices is cleanliness and this one gave off a clean & sanitary vibe in all corners. I got the pleasure to meet a few faces around the office from my Hygienist Kelli to Dr. Molldrem who were both extremely nice and presented a great positive attitude. They were quick to help me understand status of my teeth and presented a great coarse of action going forward. Weve all been to those dentist offices before where you feel like youre being sold on products and you definitely do not get that here. I would & will recommend this place to anybody I can.

Ive had nothing but great experiences when Ive gone to any appointment at Molldrem. The staff is very attentive and it is clear that they are knowledgeable in their field. Im always treated with respect and all procedures are thoroughly explained to me before I make any sort of decision about next steps. This is a great place for a positive dental experience with a dentist and Hygienists that I trust.

I switched my dentist only due to moving and with all the positive reviews, I was hopeful. However, after a few visits, I was less than pleased every time I visited the office or had to call them. My first hygienist was ok, but I began to like her less and less as the appointment went on. End of the appointment I was told I had 5 fillings. I only had one filling in my entire 28 years of life so that was shocking. She was pushy and her response was if I went to dentists that have been in practice for a while they don’t really practice “preventative” care. I have always been told by other dentists that I have “boring” teeth, so it was something to think about. Maybe she was correct? They are the experts, and yes this was the first time that I had been to a younger dentist.Getting them filled, this same hygienist prepped me for the fillings. Upon Dr. Molldrem drilling I felt the drilling. Switched to the other side assuming the meds needed more time to numb my mouth, same thing. Dr. Molldrem had to add more in all locations. Mistakes are made, but this seems like a fairly common procedure, so I was very confused how she didn’t do it correctly in 4 places (all of my back molars).After that was complete, I had to go back to even them out. Scheduling these appointments felt like it was a huge inconvenience to the office. I went multiple times. I had jaw and tooth pain because they were so uneven and was even losing sleep. The hygienist who evened them had a horrible attitude to these appointments and when I told her it still felt off, she was very rude. She was also very rude to two other employees that walked in asking her questions. She also told tell me that one of my teeth did not get a filling, so she wasn’t going to work on it when I asked even though it clearly did. After the appointment she did call me an apologized saying that the first hygienist forgot to mark in the computer. That filling chipped later in the week. When I called saying I think if fell out, I received the answer “it couldn’t have”.After going back for the 4th time to even everything out because my teeth and jaw were still hurting, I was done. I kept getting told I am grinding and that’s why they hurt. And then I was told I most likely needed a cap on one of the teeth since its bothering me so much. They didn’t seem to listen when I said teeth were hitting harder in spots, it was always my fault, or I need more work done.Other notable things. When I called to make appointments, if I called 5 minutes prior to them closing no one would schedule. I was told their office was closed. This happened twice. It took them a week to gather my release form for the dentist I just switched to. I had to call them back twice to remind them. The front desk when blame it on someone else. Dr. Molldrem was frequently seen standing by himself on his phone. I heard him yelling a 7 year old in the room next to me while the hygienist was trying to be nice and calm him down.I understand mistakes are made, people have opinions on their practice, but this was seriously one thing after another that just felt off. I felt uncomfortable here and that doesnt happen to me often. I switched offices and again have a younger dentist, but I am back to being told my teeth are boring.....

Update, I had another appointment and again it was amazing. They got me in a few minutes early, did all the checks and gave me my new trays. They made some minor adjustments to make sure getting the most effective use and I also was able to do my semi-annual cleaning. I am moving further away as of tomorrow, and to me it is still worth the 1 hour commute to come to see Dr. Molldrem and his staff!I have been a patient with Molldrem dentistry for many years. I am now doing in addition to my regular routine things invisalign braces. Last Friday I had a mid afternoon appointment, but ended up finishing another appointment much earlier than expected. I went to their office, prepared to wait a significant amount of time. However, I am not sure what they did, but they had me sitting in the chair within minutes of my arrival despite being hours before my scheduled appointment time!! They have ALWAYS gone out of their way on helping with payment options, keeping things affordable, working with or without insurance and convenience. I recommend them to EVERYONE who needs a dentist!!!

Dr Molldrem and his staff are great. I recently had a crown, and loved how they walk you through the process as they go. Very helpful unlike most places that don’t explain what they are doing. The staff also said it would take an hour... I was walking out the door 58 minutes later! I really appreciate their communication!

I have been going to Molldrem Family Dentistry for 5 years and I have had a great experience! The staff is very welcoming and my hygienist, Trista, has been phenomenal. Trista educates me throughout the process which makes me feel more comfortable when she provides me with her diagnosis of my teeth. I truly feel she has my best interest in mind and I cant see myself going anywhere but Molldrem as long as she is my hygienist.

Super friendly staff, easy to find location and they have free coffee! Appointment went very smoothly and they answered every one of my somewhat silly questions. They even were able to look up my insurance and tell me what was covered on the spot so that was AWESOME!
