Brought in a pair of sunglasses (purchased elsewhere) and was looking to get them adjusted so they fit better. I wish I would have asked for the person’s name who assisted me because they were so nice and helpful. My sunglasses don’t slide off my face now and it didn’t cost a dime! Excellent customer service, very personable and just a great experience.

Shortly after Latisse became more widely available at eye clinics I stopped to ask at this location if I could get some here. The gentleman working in Optical had his mouthful, chewing sandwich I believe (not sanitary or professional). He said he had never even heard of it. Second time I stopped in I was looking for an eyeglass repair kit and was told Walgreens across the road might have them but Target Optical did not. Will not be wasting my time here any further.

Have had a great experience here! Went in looking to get new glasses on Saturday. I was immediately greeted and asked what sort of style I was looking for, they picked out several options for me to try on, and were very helpful and attentive through the whole process, not to mention incredibly friendly. I was estimated a couple of weeks for my glasses (pretty typical estimate), but they were ready in just a few days!I definitely see myself going back to this location for any optical needs for as long as I live in the area.

The staff is great! Super friendly. I felt really comfortable with the doctor. She knows what shes doing. I got great glasses and sunglasses that they recommended. I get compliments quite often. Its definitely the place to go for your eye care.

Wow, Dr. Keltgen gave me the most thorough eye exam Ive ever had. Was a bit surprised that I had to pay for a contact lens fit, but once the optical crew explained it was a different portion of the exam that my insurance didnt cover, no big deal! SO much fun picking out glasses (who knew they had Coach frames?!), I cant wait until they come in!!I would highly recommend both the doctor and her optical team!

Steve is the man. I showed up a little after shift ending and he took the time to help me. This is the lost service normally not experienced at big box stores! Definitely makes it worth going again.

Dr. Keltgen is one of those Optometrist that you follow her wherever her practice goes. She is professional and kind, even if they are running late.Store is clean and nice, the staff are a friendly and as fun as they get.If you are chasing bears thinking they are cats, maybe its time to get a check up. I would go here.

I really like my experiences at Target optical. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and always in a good mood. They helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I never would have thought of and I love them.

After Dr Keltgen left she took the good staff with her. I got screwed twice, once because one of the opticians gave me Attitude and wouldnt send my prescription to a different place. Now today I got a bill because the dumb Arses couldnt file an insurance claim properly. Amazing how poorly it got.

Extremely poor service. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I recently went there for regular eye exam, they asked me to take off contacts and later found they were thrown away. They promised that they can give my contacts but not able to get prior script from prior eye clinic -which i find hard to believe. Eye exam was very poor-cant see well at all. Have to see my usual edina eye clinic. They charged me for contacts exam, which my insurance covers and never had to pay until I went there. I am calling insurance to bust this. No wonder we pay more for health care.EP peeps, consider going to real eye provider who can give you accurate vision and you can see.

I had an appointment and the location was closed when I arrived. I didn’t know the optical was separate from the actual target store, though I found that out when I tried I inquired with customer service and they didn’t have any idea. I received not a phone call or email stating that my appointment was cancelled. Very disappointed as I live 30 minutes away.

Best optical facility! I travel about an hour for this optical. Friendliest people at this optical.
