I understand the need for eye exams every few years. But, right now with the Delta spike and I am literally quarantining after a positive COVID test they would not send me any contacts. What is a bigger health risk? Sending contacts that still feel comfortable and my vision seems fine. Or, exposing me to people in the middle of a COVID surge force an eye exam on me before providing contacts There should be exceptions made considering the circumstances. We are in a once in a lifetime GLOBAL PANDEMIC!! I didnt ask for drugs!! I asked for contact lenses. They lost a long time customer.

I was very impressed with my care at Pearl. Id never been before, I have been visiting another retailer and Pearl goes above and beyond that of the former! Danielle did an amazing job greeting me and doing my initial intake, so friendly. Dr Scott was very thorough and informed me of everything that was new with my prescription and what options I had as far as contacts v. glasses. Josh was fabulous at helping my chose just the right pair of frames to fit not only my face but my personality, as well! He was so patient with me. I must have tried on a dozen and he has to sanitize each one because of covid. I will definitely be back!

I get nervous when purchasing eyewear because it is a lot of money to spend and then realize I dont love what I bought. Today, at the Eden Prairie Pearle Vision, I worked with Trudy who totally put me at ease, made several selections for me to try, and explained what works best for my face type. I had the best time at my last visit at Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie. Josh was phenomenal!!! He helped me pick out 3 different frames ( regular eye glasses/computer glasses and sun glasses). He went right into high gear to find the right frames for me. We laughed, we grumbled and cheered as we were searching for the right frames for me. I don’t remember the last time that I had that much fun shopping for frames!! If you are looking for a place to get the best customer service, you don’t have to look any further. I love the Pearle Vision at Eden Prairie Center. Ive been going there for years. Dr. Scott is great, and the staff that helps with glasses and contacts are all great to work with, as well.

Service was excellent! Picked out new glass before my appointment and the gal helping really listened to what I wanted and not just stated they look good. Eye exam was informative due to me wanted to get contacts but was told I was not a good candidate because I need progressive eye wear. Explained everything to me why I should not get them. Overall experience was fast and efficient even dealing with COVID guidelines.

Crystal was very polite, helpful, professional, and took as much time as I needed! She helped pick out several different glasses to try on, and cleaned all of the ones I didn’t go with. Their team at this Pearl Vision was amazing; when I felt there was a problem, they scheduled a re-exam. Dr. Scott performed the re-exam; she was patient, and took her time going through the eye exam. When the prescription did not need to be changed, the team was very respectful and was ready to change my frames. Jesse helped me with deciding on a more appropriate frame. Jesse took her time and was just as amazing as Crystal. Thank you very much for helping me through this process and making this change as pleasant as it can be.

My husband and I came into Pearl Vision and were so impressed by the care and knowledge we were given. It was my first time getting glasses and the person we worked with was so patient as I tried to find a style and “fit” that looked good on my face and worked for me, as well as answered all of my questions regarding wearing glasses, etc. I also felt like the frames were very affordable! I will definitely return to this Pearle Vision when I’m ready for a new pair!

We were in a rush to spend our healthcare dollars before the end of the year and did not expect to have a good experience. We were pleasantly surprised when Ben greeted us and after taking our temperatures we were off looking for frames. After telling him what we wanted he recommended 3 frames which were great options. Of course we had to look around more but came back to his recommendations and purchased 2 of them. What a great experience. I am bringing in my Ray Bans for new lenses with Ben later this week.

So thankful I stopped by Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie to look for rimless Silhouette frames. After discussing several options with Mel, I decided to simply order new lenses for my existing frame, thus saving hundreds of dollars. Mel assured me that they could switch out the lenses while I wait, once the new lenses arrive. She also offered to move my existing lenses to another frame I have for backup purposes when I return. I had been told by another vendors optical department that I would have to turn in my glasses for 2-3 weeks in order to have lenses replaced on an existing frame. So all in all, a very satisfying customer experience at Pearle Vision.

Our experience at Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie was great. Ben was very attentive and helpful. They have a great selection of frames, including the Silhouette brand that most other stores dont carry.

I had an accident with my glasses on a Monday night and Tuesday early afternoon I was able to get in for an exam and they were able to fix my glasses so I could still use them.They have a fantastic selection of frames and the ladies that were helping me were so friendly and nice. Im definitely happy I decided to come here years ago and will in the future.

I appreciated the help picking out my frames. Their competitor across the hall handed me a tray and asked me to turn in what I tried on. No one took the time to help. The gal at Pearle Vision took time to find out what I liked and didnt like about my current glasses and suggested several different styles, including the ones I ended up buying.

I just got a new pairs of glasses and contact lenses.My optican was Josh. I have never been so impressed with an individual working with me in a health care setting. He was FIVE star concierge level and exhumed the utmost in knowledge , professionalism and patients one could have .I will never go anywhere else , and I rarely write reviews of any kind. This was time for an exception. Everyone there was great and so was the doctor!

I use progressive Tri-focals with correction for astigmatism, and Pearl has delivered delightfully crisp lenses with no “adjusting to them” required. This is my 4th set from Eden Prairie Pearl, no comparison to previous providers.

I now have an amazing pair of glasses thanks to this Pearle Vision! I worked with Ben to get a pair of reading and evening driving glasses. My head is a little bit bigger and other stores did not have a great selection. Ben worked with me one on one to find many pairs that fit my face and my personality. With my insurance glasses can take a while to be completed, the team at the Eden Prairie Pearle Vision was able to get my glasses back earlier than insurance thought. I am feeling great with my new pair of glasses and will come back to work with Ben again in the future!

This was the first time my husband and I went to Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie for our eye exams and to get new glasses. We had a great experience all around! We appreciated the Covid precautions that are being done.Dr Scott was kind, professional and did a great job explaining her findings to us. I especially liked her “real world” portion of the eye exam! She listened to and worked with us to get us glasses that we will wear (no more bifocals which neither of us really needed).Catie was amazing at helping us pick out eyeglass frames that look good on us. I visited pearl vision yesterday with my spouse for regular annual check up and am extremely unhappy. Instead of dilation they have a fancy equipment which takes photo of eye ball, they did not ask for my opinion on dealation or photo , they went ahead with the photo but at end of the appointment they simply mentioned photo thing is not covered in the insurance so I had to pay for it for my family.This is completely un-ethical. Most of the appointment went praising their machinery and indirect pressure to buy spectacles in the same store as if they are paying for my insurance Vs they should take my opinion first ,if I am interested to buy.

Horrible Service, I Scheduled two appointments for me and significant on the same day. Hence, they cancelled his appointment because apparently his missed their call. Since his was canceled, and I went ahead and canceled mine as well and rescheduled again the next day. We both went in for an eyes exam, but she charged me an eyes contact evaluation where the Dr. just asked me if I wear contact. I clearly said no, I don’t wear contact, I just feel that my Eyesight are shifting since I started working from home. So he did an eyes exam on me then had me try on some contacts lenses. Which I didn’t understand why I need it when I never prescription contact lenses. My intention was trying to get a new glasses since I was offered new insurance from my new company.I went to this location back in March and I was very pleased because I got two glasses for under $300. Both were prescriptions, one was regular wear at night when I’m driving and the sun glasses.So when I picked out my glasses I ensured the girl who was helping me that I have two insurances, I have used one and there is another one available. I even asked her to look up my coverages, and both were the same.So I picked two glasses like I did in March, but the difference is that this time she was charging me over $600 for the two glasses. I didn’t understand where she was getting the number from because I asked her to explain every single and yet I wasn’t understanding her. $600 out of pocket seems insanely expensive right??? So i pulled my receipts from the one I purchased my two glasses in March, they were only about $20 to $30 difference.End of my story, she was not happy when I said no I don’t want them. I’ll pay the eyes contact evaluation.I later went to a different Pearle Vision, and picked out two classes and was offered a better price; 60% cheaper.If you are ripping off customers for mark up because of COVID, I can safely say that you are not honest with your customers because let’s be real; are those frame and lenses really costed me $800? You are already charging our insurance at a high price, the least you could do is be loyal to your customers.

I had an amazing experience there. There was Krystal and Dr. Scott were really helpful. Dr. Scott explained to me about my eyes’ condition very detail. I got my eyes examined for contact lens. I’d like to go back here again to purchase another contact lens or glasses.

Wow!! Amazing people , great experience!! I work in the customer service industry. It’s not easy to always be happy and cheerful. With the end of the year coming, it was busy at this location. Doctors and staff members were patient and kind. Beautiful smile and ready to assist. Not one second did I felt rushed or pressured into buying something I didn’t want. The best part of this experience was having someone help find my eye glasses with me. That was a new experience to me and Jessy who was helping me found what I wanted and was extremely patient. I was matched up with Optician Catie H. and Dr. Troiani and couldnt have asked for a better experience.Of course I was greeted professionally and warmly upon entering, I got my temperature checked and tossed on some hand sanitizer (thank you).Right away, Catie approached me and confirmed that I was in to get a new pair of glasses and maybe try out some contact lenses. After a few questions, she started recommending glasses frames to me. I kind of told her she was in charge as shes the subject matter expert and she lived true to that. She recommended some safe options but also challenged me to look at some other frames that I maybe wouldnt have picked out for myself. Exactly the experience that everyone should have. She was honest with her opinions; nope, that one doesnt work, I really like the way that fits your face, try on whatever you want, Ill make sure to sanitize the glasses after. We agreed on a few frames and then it was time to meet Dr. Troiani and do the exam.Right away, another warm, professional greeting by Dr. Troiani. She made sure that I was comfortable and took the time to understand what I was looking at doing. She was kind, informative and clearly a subject matter expert in her field. Im terrible at putting contacts in since I havent had them in years and she even put them in for me and gave me a plethora of tips and tricks as she herself wears contacts.I came back out to make my decision on glasses frames and they were actually the first ones that Catie picked out for me. We took care of the sale and Pearle Vision gained a customer for life because of how I was treated by these two individuals.You may think this is an expected experience, however, often times its not. Those little peccadillos are what separate a mediocre customer experience into a great one. Im not sure of the core competencies or Key Performance Indicators that Catie and Dr. Troiani are measured, but I hope whomever reads this will acknowledge the amazing relationship management skills these two individuals have. I could keep going, but Ive already written a novel.Ill recommend this place to anyone and everyone I ever speak with both in my professional and personal life. 11/10 experience. Thank you Catie and Dr. Troiani, both of you are truly subject matter experts and the experience really resonated with me.

Great atmosphere and great customer service. Dr. Scott and their associates were awesome. They werent pushy sales people but gave me good advices and helped me choose the best frame/lens for me. I was nervous because I was always used to letting the army pick my lens and I never shopped for frames/lens before. They showed me different lens features I could add but I never felt push on getting them.Also, I couldnt find my insurance card and they figured it out for me and got it squared away. Glasses broke and not repairable so I had to get a new pair in a hurry. Ben at PV Eden Prairie was terrific. Not long before the store closed he helped me choose a new frame making sure it fit with my face and features, while listening to what I was looking for. He explained the technical and cost differences in my options and did what he could to get the glasses to me as quickly as possible. Im looking forward to getting my new glasses.

Horrible experience will never go there again. Went there on a Sunday had nothing open till the next Friday get a call on Tuesday to confirm go there on the scheduled time and they cant find me in the system I watched the girl put my information in the tablet but now you suddenly dont have me in the system. I left work early to be there and this is how u treat customers finr guess you dont want my money. They scheduled me for the next week so now i wait another week get real not how it works.

I needed new contacts, glasses and sunglasses. I got into see the doc right away and he took the time to explain to me what was going on with my eyes and why I now needed progressive lenses. UGH! On my to search for hopefully some halfway decent glasses to fit my new prescription, I ran into Jessie, who took so much time with me, I cant thank her enough! We picked out many potential frames for me and in the end I was extremely happy with my purchase. I cant wait to wear my new glasses - theyre so cool! Never will I go anywhere else for my optical needs. Thanks again!!

Best eyeglass shopping experience I have ever had! My husband has a big (beautiful) head and they found him the perfect pair that was much better quality and less expressive then his last. And they were accommodating and so much fun to work with to boot! Made me want to get glasses even though I don’t need them. Gonna bring everyone I know back here!

I came to Pearl Vision service few years ago then I switched to other service providers due to my re-location. I have been just back with Pearl Vision Eden Prairie for an eye exam. I was impressed by Dr John Perszyk with his detailed eye exam and then with Josh Optician who offered me various choice for lens and glasses. I got the one that fits me!

I really appreciated the very professional staff. They were very welcoming and helpful with the whole process. Blaine helped me with ordering my glasses and was very thorough with explaining my benefits. The doctor was very nice and professional. I liked how she always explained what she was doing. My visit today was a pleasant one and I cant wait to try on my very first pair of RX sunglasses!

Went there for an eye exam as I had previous corrective lenses prescribed years ago and wasn’t using them anymore. Here they said I only needed reading glasses. Used insurance, paid $180, insurance invoice said I only needed to pay $150, tried calling both and in the end, never clarified which one was the right bill. So $30 unaccounted for. After wearing the glasses for 3 weeks I started having temporal headaches,I know you have to have at least 2 weeks for your eyes to adjust. So I just took ibuprofen for the pain which doesn’t completely remove the throbbing pain. Just decided to stop wearing the glasses as advised by an ophthalmologist and pain went away. So I just paid $180 for headache and now my glasses are just sitting in my locker. Will I go back? Nope!

We went to Pearle for glasses for my son. He is between kids and adult glasses. Josh was great about finding the right style to meet his preferences as well as being creative about how to size him. He is very exited about his new glasses and happy with the overall experience!

This place is a gem. The staff is super helpful and amazing. Great selection of silhouette glasses. But best of all, the staff is helpful. Their staff member spent an hour with me going through different eye glasses/color/models. They also have a policy that they will replace or fix any glasses for free within 30 days of glasses receipt. I didnt have to take advantage of this benefit, but it gives you piece of mind and confidence. The services are not cheap, but they are well worth it. I walked away with TWO pair of silhouette prescription glasses from them. I came in just to take a look :).

My wife and I both had our eye exams scheduled for an evening appointment and they were able to get us both in quickly so that we had time to enjoy the rest of our evening. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful from checking us in to helping us select new frames. Definitely glad I decided to try them out.

I have been going to Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie for many years for my glasses. Recently my bow broke on my Silhouettes. The receptionist and Ivan worked as team to help me with my problem. Ivan was able to take my lenses and place in my old Silhouettes. I had my eye exam 2 days later. I ordered a new pair of Silhouettes. Ivan, once again, was able to help with ordering the new glasses. He was very helpful, professional, and answered all my questions. I would recommend Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie for your eye glasses.

The first time I went there my daughter and I were looking at $99 glasses and the salesperson came over and told me they had great deals on this other wall. I said even better deals? And he assured me yes. When we walked over there the sale may have been up to 50% off, but the frames were a minimum of $400. So you tell me $99 or 50% off $400. Which is a better deal?Then my husband went there because they had a buy one get one free offer. We figured that had to be the better deal. Well it turns out its buy one and get one free at equal value, but it was only applicable to the $99 frames or you got a discount on frames over that price, but not buy one get one free. Not a good deal at all.

Overall experience was good during the recent purchase of glasses for 10 year old.The selection for kids frame was quite limited as with most of the places. Overall time taken was much longer than expected.But the final price of glasses after the Insurance was much lower compared to other stores in the mall.

After my informative eye exam with all the fancy bells and whistles, my new personal eye-wear consultant Melissa assisted me with glasses selections. It was like having a personal shopper, especially helpful since I cant see without my glasses. She suggested glasses that I ordinarily wouldnt have tried, and they really did look better than ones Id picked. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was nice.

Im really disappointed. I got my glasses a couple months ago about 4-5 months and I am still not use to the glasses and makes me dizzy. I called to see if we can do something about it but the service I got made me feel like I was bothering them so I do not want to go back. I mainly use my glasses for driving in the dark and so far it hasnt helped me see better. Ive tried wearing it for 2 weeks but after a week I just couldnt do it anymore. These glasses werent cheap either. I honestly regret coming here.Service was good when I first were at the store about to buy the glasses but not so good the second time when I actually have issues. I do not recommend.

After having to deal with an absolutely horrible experience at the Hwy 7 location, the staff at the Eden Prairie location have been amazing! They have restored my faith in what an eye appointment should be like. They have gone out of their way to help me fix the situation I was in because of the other doctor I had previously saw at another Pearl Vision. I would highly recommend going to this Pearl Vision!

Ive always subconsciously avoided commercial offices like this one (or Target, vision works, etc) in favor of smaller/individually owned practices because I think I was maybe nervous the bigger places would just see you as another buck and not be as attentive. But this place definitely changed my mind! The whole experience was organized, thoughtful, and friendly. Krystal at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. She also did the pre-exam which went off without a hitch. Dr. Jennifer Scott was so lovely throughout the whole exam and took the time to really explain everything to me in a way I could understand (would you believe that Ive been wearing glasses for 4 years and NO doctor before this has explained to me what having astigmatism meant?! Lol). Then Jessie was SO much fun to work with when picking out my new glasses. She gave me her opinion and it honestly felt like I was shopping with a friend! They ran pretty much on time and the actual duration of the appt was about what I expected. I was in and out in about an hour an 10 minutes. That included arriving, check in, the pre exam, the initial exam with Dr. Scott, dilation (and waiting about 20mins for that to take effect), picking out glasses, and checking out. They were also very informed and communicative with me about what my insurance covered and my particular benefits.Overall I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone looking to have an eye exam. Great experience!

Dr. Scott is always very kind and thorough. She explains all of the testing very well, and takes her time with you. Ivan did a nice job helping me find a frame that I liked. He helped me through the insurance info without trying to sell me something I didnt need.

This is a very nice clean store and the staff is very knowledgeable. The service was quick and the eye doctors are very thorough and friendly. We will continue to use Pearle Vision for our glasses.

I had a great eye exam at the Eden Prairie location. The Eye Doctor was very friendly. Ivan was great to work with when picking out glasses and got me the best deal for ordering a new pair of glasses.

I am so happy. My daughter broke my glasses and on a split noticed they got me in and also set me up with contacts so i could see so happy.So thats the only good part about them.So just to start off I would never take my family there ever again. The managers name is Maggie she represented herself as the owner when we started having problems with billing. My bill was 160 and it should have been billed through my insurance and they didnt file it correctly and so I had to keep calling back to resolve the issue its still not resolved. Then she want to tell me that I actually owed her 560 and that is not what my billing statement says. She was rude and yelling and screaming all because she kept getting told that she needed to contact the insurance company and heres the correct information just incase they got it wrong and this all started because people were delivering messages correctly to the right people when it was asked. My fiance then called after she got done telling me not to call back again just to make sure we were on the same page because she said she was gonna wipe out all charges .he didnt even get to talk to her She started screaming and yelling hung up on him several times and then said she was gonna call the cops because hes trying to get a written statement saying that she was going out right out the charges. So I decide call corporate and go up the line now Im waiting for a regional manager to call me back and this is gonna go a lot farther at this point she was so rude so disrespectful. Ive gone to prearle visions for years Ive never ever had a problem with any of them before now. Just so everybody know Maggie works also in minatonka so when you have issues with your billing as probably in one of her locations. Im hoping good things will come out this. Im gonna be requesting that the money I spent on a contact exam will be refunded as well because. Im just recommend anyone thats looking to get their eyes checked and needs glasses or anything should not go to any of these locations I like just beg you to pick somewhere else. Somewhere that doesnt have rude and arrogant managers who cant give you your prescription sheet on paper.its just so sad that people lie.like she does but it has been Brought to the reginals attention and know the publics.
