Every class you take something with you! I love Bayoga and yoga with Tim... Its challenging on ones strength, balance and flexibility... Couldnt ask for a better mind, body and soul work out. Not to mention the studio is laid back, they sell awesome Sea Glass Jewelry, and have excellent Massage Therapists. I also love doTERRA essential oils, which Bayoga sells :) Total health package all-in-one.

So glad Bayoga opened in downtown Easton! Tim offers high quality instruction in a laid back, comfortable environment. As soon as you walk into the Biz and Artz building you can smell the lovely aroma and feel the good vibes of the space. I enjoy the HOT VINYASA and BOOT CAMP classes the best as they are challenging and fun and Tim offers modifications to make it safe for EVERYONE. I have enjoyed massages with both Tim and Joyce and can not wait to get an AROMA massage soon! BAYOGA is the place to destress, challenge and balance yourself all in one!!
