Michelle is fantastic! I have been looking for a small yoga studio with a comforting environment and I am so happy to have found Lift Easton. Michelle is very mindful and ensures the safety of her students in the midst of this pandemic. I recommend this studio to everyone I know!

Michelle has created a very welcoming space where you will receive high quality yoga instruction and body work! She has decades of knowledge and experience, and uses a variety of techniques depending on your needs. I always feel amazing after her classes and massage sessions, thank you again!!

I’ve practiced Yoga all over the world and Michelle is one of the most kind, knowledgeable and supportive instructors I’ve met. Her presence is almost enough to make you relax but her classes are fun, challenging, through and you always leave feeling better. Its a beautiful space for a practice and she’s just a lovely person to be around. She’s been teaching and doing yoga for a long time before it was a “thing” and it shows - she is just excellent!!

Great classes and nice atmosphere. They have all the extras you will need as well: blankets, blocks, stretch straps, bolsters. Id give 5 stars if they did not have to cancel prenatal yoga due to low enrollment and if the heat worked a bit better.

Michele is an excellent instructor who is very intuitive and knowledgeable. As a new student, I was feeling intimidated about starting yoga after so many absent years, but Michele made feel comfortable, welcomed and encouraged.

Michelle is a very gifted teacher & unique person...Besides great innate abilities she also has a lot of experience.She watches & instructs me & gets to the heart of my practice often..really an incredibly worthwhile experience.

Sunny little yoga studio in downtown Easton. Nice small classes. Michele is the best masseuse in the area. There is no where else to go for a perfect massage in Easton.
