You only get one chance to make a first impression? I walked in to a clerk on the phone. Was not greeted or acknowledged. I later found out that she was on the phone with one of the chains higher ups. If your stores staff is a single person I would think that higher ups would know that you cant tie up your only clerk when a customer walks in the door? As it turns out the clerk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in advising me on my purchase. I would highly recommend visiting this store and hope that GNC is a company will stop shooting themselves in the foot by having management focus on services instead of calling in numbers that they are inhibiting?
