This place is excellent! Kind of a tiny shop, yet they have tons of different kinds of herbal, vitamin and protein supplements. The staff are cool and they make absolutely delicious smoothies for your health in the front of the place.

Great place with lots of healthy products and if you buy certain items or if you’re a regular you get an extremely tasty coffee for free!! They sell raw milk and lots of organic food. They also carry many supplements and the staff is very approachable and helpful. I truly recommend this place. The store is somewhat small but you could say that it adds to the “cuteness” of it.

Their new location (across from Bar-Don Bowling Alley) is a great transformation! Plenty of space to shop in and their service is always above and beyond!

I was looking for a specific spice all day and the girl working was soooo nice. Even though she thought they didn’t have any, when they found some she ran out to my car to let me know they found some and I’m so grateful. Incredibly kind staff!

Just discovered this place recently. The owner Larry is great and for a small space, they have a good selection of products. Looking forward to seeing the new space they are moving into.

This shop is one my favorites. Larry and the staff are top notch. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are and the outstanding customer service I received each time I cross their threshold. They carry high quality products and are always well stocked.

Essence of health in my opinion is the best store in town for all of your health care needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The juice and smoothie bar is wonderful and reasonably priced for organic! I send my clients there when they are in need of products too. If you have not been there yet you are missing out!

Larry and Brad give great customer service. If they dont have it, just let them know and they will try to get it for you. I compared 3 different health food stores, and this one is by far the best!

Friendly service, always eager to help you find items. Lots of otherwise hard-to-find items (raw milk, bulk herbs and teas...). Juice bar, small play area for young children.

This is a good health food store, but it us significantly more expensive and less stocked than others in the Lehigh Valley. It is also not well organized and very cluttered. They will order what you need or help find it in store, but sometimes even the staff doesnt know where to find things.

Staff is very friendly and helpful plus they are knowledgeable of what they sell amd where it is as nothing is really in any order. The owner is there frequently and just as helpful

I go here after the gym and get a smoothie, and get this, a freeeeee coffeee. If you wanted to win me over Essence of Health consider your job done! The smoothies are always perfect. They have macadamia nut milk which Im super thrilled about, and they are generally super knowledgeable, helpful, and very cordial.

Great mom and pop store for your health supplies. Much greater focus on whole natural health vice what you would see at vitiman shoppe or gnc.Only downside is the folks who prepare the jucies / smoothies come in one hour after the actual store opens up.
