Today was my first visit, and I have to go back for my procedure next month but I loved it! The staff and everyone there was so nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Was very disappointed to have my son’s long-awaited wisdom teeth extraction appointment canceled via text. No explanation was given. Was then told there would be a 6month+ wait for another appointment. Looking for an alternative doctor now. 👎🏻

I love dr.wood he was so nice and the nurses were very tolerant with my anxiety attack. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and although I dont remember most of the experience the staff definitely treated me with lots of care and all took good precautions against covid 19.

Our first visit was two thumbs up. The staff was very friendly and competent. Dr. Wood was pleasant and careful to explain the problem and solution in laymen’s terms. Thanks to the efficient execution of of their schedule, we were in and out with no waiting.😊

Dr. Wood and his assistant were very comforting through the process and getting all 4 wisdom teeth out went smoother that I imagined it would. I definitely recommend them for any type oral surgery needed!

I have surgery scheduled for next week with Dr. Wood. I am not full of dread as he his so reassuring and gentle. Great Dentist!!

I was told the procedure was one price and then show up for my appointment and it had gone up in price. The office tried to cancel my appointment at 3:00pm the day before the appointment. The front desk lady proceeded to speak slower to me as if I didn’t understand her the first time. I would suggest getting everything in writing. Rude pretentious staffing.

Dr. Wood is a very good Oral Surgeon and despite the fact that the removal of all my wisdom teeth was going to be complex due to excessive nerve intersection with the roots and a massive impacted tooth into the back of my jaw, I suffered no complications. I healed quickly and was out of pain much sooner than I expected. Dr. Woods bedside manner was far better than most dental professionals Ive dealt with and the office staff is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Wood is a competent oral surgeon. However, I did not know, until the day of my appointment, that he had opted out of Medicare. This was never explained to me until I arrived at his office. I did not know the full ramifications of this until after it was too late. If I had known, when I went in, what I know now, I never would have used Doctor Woods services.I had a tooth pulled which is not a Medicare eligible procedure. My dental insurance covered this procedure,However, I also had a growth removed from the inside of my mouth. This was a procedure which should have been covered by Medicare. Because Dr. Wood had opted out of Medicare he was able to charge more than the usual Medicare cost for the procedure and I was not able to have Medicare pay for the biopsy on the tissue removed.I ended up writing 3 letters to Dr. Wood and never got a satisfactory written response. I have never gotten a clear understanding from Dr. Wood regarding the cost of the biopsy he recommended. I have finally come the to the conclusion that I will have to pay the bill without Medicare because he has opted out of Medicare. This after several phone calls.If you wish to use Dr. Wood for a Medicare eligible procedure, please be advised that he has opted out of Medicare and that he charges more than Medicare would allow - and will not make an adjustment to his charges. He will also not be forthcoming regarding charges for something like a biopsy.I understand that, like any professional, he is in it for the money. You should understand this also.
