First time there and it was amazing front desk made me feel welcome everything went smooth and better then expected. Strongly recommend Marchelle very friendly and gentle and was able to explain everything extremely well. The Doctor was awesome . I certainly will be coming back .

This dentist visit with my daughter was absolutely amazing! From the doctor, to the front desk staff and to the x-ray technician. Each person dealt with my daughter and myself with a great deal of care and had excellent customer service skills! I was also able to get a great deal on my services, seeing as though my insurance was not accepted here. My daughter was very comfortable, and enjoyed her visit. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking!

My husband and I are new to the area and decided to visit Complete Dental of Easton after seeing good online reviews. They did not disappoint! The office is beautiful and clean, and in a super convenient location. I am pregnant, and was a bit worried about visiting the dentist during my pregnancy, but the team were so kind, supportive, and attentive - in fact, Dr. Miller was able to walk me through what is and isn’t safe during pregnancy, which was so helpful. I had a fractured tooth that needed attention sooner than later. My wife set an appointment with Complete Dental because admittedly I have not routinely even going to the dentist. The experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in the door people were very friendly and welcoming. I had the opportunity to have Marchelle as my hygienist and she is fantastic. Great energy, explains what she is doing, and incredibly personable. I felt wry engaged in the process. Then I was able to see Dr Mansore and his assistant Erika. What a great team! I truly felt like I was their only patient of the day (note: I definitely wasn’t). I have to get more work done but I can strangely say I look forward to going back. I definitely would highly recommend. They are definitely NOT just a run of the mill dentist chain - feels like it’s been in the area for generations.

I recently moved and had to find a new dentist.. I could not be any happier to have found Complete Dental. From the first time I called and spoke with Jessy, she was so energetic and helpful, she made the entire process of scheduling an appointment so easy. Dr. Miller is by far the greatest dentist I have ever had. She is kind and frequently asks if you are okay while she is working on your teeth. She had me in and out in under 40 minutes! I have never had to wait over 5 minutes to be taken back for my appointment. The office is clean and modern. I have nothing but great things to say about this office, I never knew a dentist office could be like this.

They are all very knowledgeable and spend the time to teach you about your oral care. I am 29 and for the first time I am really taking care of my teeth, flossing, and paying more attention to spots I previously ignored. In fact, I had a sensitive area on my gums that would bleed daily for almost 7 years and thanks to this office, that has stopped!2. I do not have dental insurance and they gave me information on a dental saving plans to help with the cost. They trialed the cheapest intervention with me so that I could save a ton of money. And they did this honestly and genuinely without me having to haggle down the price. Its refreshing to go to a dentist that cares about your smile and also your pockets.3. It was actually enjoyable coming here. The staff was so welcoming and calming. I am often anxious when it comes to going to the dentist but the staff does a great job of building rapport and making the patient feel at home.Even if I away from this area, I would come back just for this dentist.

I have been coming to Complete Dental of Easton for several years. I continued to come because of Dr.Miller’s excellent work and patience doctor relationship. She makes things easy and knows how to calm a nervous patient. Though I’ve had issues with the office staff in the past the new office staff have made my experience much better. My appointment was accidentally scheduled with another dentist and they went above and beyond to fix the problem and get me back with the correct dentist the next day had I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist. With the addition of the new and clearly highly trained office staff it’s the best dental experience I’ve had. The dental hygienist is also wonderful and very personable.

For the most part everyone is nice! I always love my dental hygienists they actually remember me and take great care of my teeth. They respect the fact I don’t want fluoride treatments or polish. Everyone in my family knows that I’m super picky when it comes to finding TOP NOTCH DENTAL CARE. I lived in East Stroudsburg for 7 years & I traveled back to Long Island,NY because the offices out there were AWFUL. The one dental office I did love was out of Network so I stopped going. I recently moved to Bethlehem,PA & I had a bad experience with one office, so walking into today I was skeptical. Let’s just say I found my new dental home. First off walking into their office makes you feel like royalty. It’s beautiful & extremely clean 😍. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist who did an amazing job with explaining what my plan covers & what it didn’t. I arrived 15 mins ahead of my appointment because I knew I was going to have paperwork to fill out. Once I was done I waited less than 5 mins to be called back by a hygienist. I’m very Spiritual & I prayed that I had a good hygienist. Let’s just say Jessie was a doll plus MORE. I ask ALOT of questions & I expect them to be answered accurately & professionally and she did just that. I was a child that was always in the dental office. I had braces growing up & due to me having a bad ice & gum addiction, I was always breaking/cracking teeth & having root canals done. Jessie was literally the best hygienist I EVER had. When I met Dr.Miller she blew me out of the door with her kindness and her thoroughness. She explained exactly what my treatment plan will be & explained to me the exact issues of my teeth. Ok now let’s move on to TECHNOLOGY. They have equipment that I NEVER seen before. Coming from a high-end dental office in Long Island I thought I seen It all. I guess not lol. My rant is over!! Lol make an appointment with them & you won’t be disappointed!! Pinky promise 🦷

I’ve been going here for 4 years. And every time I left, I swore to myself that I would find a new dentist. I could never just go for a normal visit, they wanted to do X-rays every time and Fluoride treatments, or cancer screening. I have almost perfectly straight teeth and they wanted me to get Invisalign! My last appointment (that I left work early for) I sat in the chair and the hygienist told me that if I did not get the deep cleaning, she can’t clean my teeth at all. My insurance doesn’t cover that and it’s $300. So I had to leave and went there for nothing. If you’re looking for a new dentist save yourself the money and frustration and DO NOT go to this place!!!

I received your notification regarding an exam x-rays and cleaning and it sounded very appealing as I was looking for a new dentist. The office is quite impressive to say the least and you’re high Technology is superior. The location is easily accessible.However...I left the office quite disappointed as I was expecting to be in and out within an hour. The technician spend all the time x-raying my teeth which I really didn’t want so there was no time for a cleaning. Additionally I asked several times if she could begin the basic cleaning And she refused to do so saying it’s necessary for a deep cleaning which I did not want. you should so show more consideration to your clients and their own personal wish list Rather the yyour agenda. I don’t see the harm in doing a basic cleaning if that is what someone wants.I left the office without having my teeth cleaned. Very disappointing. I’m afraid that I cannot recommend you

Waited over an hour to even be taken back and then over an hour in the chair, with no explanation. I needed a crown and never even saw the dentist in that time! They then asked me to come back the next day. I will not be back.

Today was my first time visiting Complete Dental of Easton and I am beyond impressed. My hygienist, Marshell, was as sweet as can be and thoroughly explained everything step, treatment, machine and tool in the exam room. I had a cavity and they were able to treat me that same day...no need to come back and I barely had to wait! Dr. Miller was extremely down to earth and easy to talk to. They also broke down all the costs BEFORE treating me and made everything clear and easy to understand. A beautiful office, great medical team and great service! I have no complaints whatsoever!

Last week was my second visit to complete dental and like other have coment the staff is super friendly , couldnt be happier, lots of parking wheel chair accessible lots of other businesses around...like food in case someone have to wait for you...the place is super modern with all the things necessary for us the (patient) to be comfortable . I’m a new patient and I’m so thankful I went to this dental office. I read all the great reviews prior to making my appointment and I understand why its a 5 star rating! Checking in at the front desk with Roxanne was a breeze and she explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Then I met Marshell, Amanda and Dr. Mansour— what an amazing team. Every single one of them really listened to my concerns and came up with a great treatment plan which I’m very excited for. Today was my first visit at Complete Dental, and I was very impressed. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Jam (Dental Technician) was terrific. She handled the Xrays and cleaning, explaining everything in detail as she went along. The technology of dentistry has advanced tremendously, and I was pleasantly surprised by much of what I saw. Dr. Miller was easy to talk with, and explained my exam results in great detail. The exam in full was the most detailed I can recall having. I chose Dr. Miller because she had one of the highest ratings for a dentist in this area, and now I understand why.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had going to the dentist. I stopped in after having a bad experience at another dental office one morning and they not only saw me right away, but treated me with the utmost kindness and respect that was truly genuine - comparatively the previous place left me feeling like I left a chop shop using car salesman tactics to increase their profits vs. focus on dental care. I’m so happy to have come across this group of great people and will continue being a patient for years to come.

Unprofessional employees, belittling a mother trying to care for her infant child, asking questions that were disrespectful, ignorant and had nothing to do with my appointment. “Maybe I shouldn’t have waited so long to make an appointment then I wouldn’t have so many issues” “do I need to call your mother to ask her for money for you or can you pay for this yourself” Those are just a few things my hygienist had to say. My hygienist made me feel like what I was doing as a mother was wrong and they also wouldn’t allow my son to come back to the room I was in. He was screaming in the waiting room and they thought it was acceptable because “babies cry I should get use to it”. I’ve never felt so disrespected in a place that was suppose to be doing their best to take care of me.

Love it here! They really make you feel like family. I had to bring my 8 month old to a cleaning because I didn’t have a sitter and the girls were so great and helpful with her! Jan is my hygienist and she is amazing! She has such a gentle touch and she is excellent at explaining everything to me and helping me to feel at ease. Victoria up front always greets me with a smile and has been so patient and helpful when it comes to explaining my dental plan and payment details. Oscar is also one of my faves! He is so relaxed and sweet and puts me at ease. If you want first class service this is the place to go!

I had the most amazing experience EVER . Marchelle, Dental Assistant is amazing shes very informative, professional and is great at what she does . I was extremely impressed. The office is beautiful and very clean . Front desk staff Karen was very professional and efficient. The patient rooms are very cozy with small TVs and comfortable chairs to make you comfortable and relaxed. Dr Chu came in the room for about 15 minutes looked at my teeth gave her recommendations and let Marchelle do the rest . Marchelle explained everything in detail to me about what she recommended and assured me that I would not be disappointed, that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Again ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE 🦷❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
